Nice products especially for those without pierced ears. My ear cuffs were perfect and adjustable to make it tighter. Quality of the metal pieces were nice and sturdy. The cuffs were also sturdy and fit well. Delivery takes a bit as with all items coming from Asia and customer service was very helpful and responsive.

Retourkosten komen uit boven de 100 euro, dus echt niemand gaat dit doen.
Tip: Probeer zoveel mogelijk van het bedrag terug te krijgen door zelf een voorstel te doen. Dat verzacht de pijn iets.

I have to start with their customer service. Top Notch. They are very responsive, which I appreciate. The items I purchased are of good quality, and I am very pleased. The only negative thing I have to say is that it took longer than expected for the items to be delivered, but nothing over the top.

I ordered a ring Dec 2025 that I have just found out is not coming after chasing 11 times to be told it was lost in transit. I then reordered & that got lost in transit & was told it was discontinued in Nov 2025 so there is no more how is it it is still on the site to order. Now waiting for a refund that could take 30 working days..why as it is pressing a button

I had a serious issue with one of their items. My request for a resolution was immediately addressed and resolved. I will definitely repurchase from them, and tell my friends and family about their great products and customer service.

Customer Service very helpful and quick on order to find a solution with my problem.

Received a defective ring and the rest of my order was bad quality. Reached out and they offered me a 30% refund or i'd have to return it myself and pay the shipping cost. A customer should not be responsible for the return shipping costs of a defective item. Terrible quality and customer service.

The Studio Edition Orb hoops I ordered were a major disappointment. Don’t be fooled by website and pictures on FB.

Ordered and arrived. Little confusion around the product and its order but easily rectified with the customer support team. Would perhaps purchase again in the future with a little more research around chosen items
