Unfortunately my Beeline developed an issue, where it wouldn't charge. It got me home so that was one hassle I didn't have to worry about. I contacted Beeline over the weekend and told them it wouldn't charge. I was abit concerned as I had a 600+ mile trip in less than 2 weeks. On the Monday they came back to me and asked a few questions and for some photos, and on Tuesday asked me to return the unit, which I did in the afternoon, they even paid me back the postage straight away. By Friday of the same week I had a replacement Beeline!!. Their customer services department are first class, willing to help and very freindly, I can't recommend this company enough, and the Beeline MOTO II is a fantastic bit of kit.

I’ve just come back from a self guided…
I’ve just come back from a self guided tour in the US. My primary navigation, was the Beeline Moto. It performed admirably, and I always felt confident, I’d get to my destination. I had one issue where it kept timing out and the screen went blank while riding. Reaching out to technical back home, they could log in and see if accidentally pressed the pause button. Once I knew this and corrected it, it was flawless. I covered 1260 miles in 7 days and the experience was fantastic. To all the complainers who down rate the device for one reason or another, I say your wrong it’s an excellent device. To the manufacturer’s, could we see distance to next fuel garage on the map, would be very useful.

Very quick and awesome support
I backed the Moto II on Kickstarter, the process was very smooth.
My device broke, but the handling process was also very smooth and I had my replacement device in no time!
Overall very good experience — with the device as well as with the support of the company! 10/10, would totally recommend!

I’ve been a fan of the original Moto and the newer MotoII almost since they came on the market.
I recently had a minor problem with a mount and after an email to customer services, it has been sorted very quickly. In fact, they couldn’t have been more helpful. I actually feel like a valued customer.

A problem is only a problem if it’s not…
A problem is only a problem if it’s not handled correctly. I had a problem with my Beeline but the guys there were fantastic and solve the problem without question without pause. I have been very happy with my Beeline moto 1 but I had a problem and the guys they replaced it instantly with the Beeline moto 2. They went above and beyond. I will be out this weekend testing the new Beeline and I will report how I get on. The Beeline moto navigation unit is only surpassed by the customer service from Beeline. Many thanks again.

Great app with one major issue
Great app with one major issue! The map does not track with your vehicle, you keep disappearing off the edge of the screen which means you have to keep physically moving the screen across to keep pace with your vehicle. This is both disconcerting, and dangerous as you have to keep taking your eyes off the road.
I have tried to resolve this with Beeline, with little success.

Reliable in use and good customer support for any issues
I have been using Velo2 for about 6 months now and would give this device a five star rating anywhere!!
Recently used on routes in Northumberland from Berwick down to Morpeth and app did not miss a beat!!
Also used with Sustrans gpx files supplied with various books.
Very good for finding way home whereever that may be!!

J'ai eu des petits soucis de localisation pour les premiers essais... Le service support a été super réactif, m'a même relancé alors que je ne donnais pas de réponse !
Finalement tout s'est bien résolu (option économie de batterie téléphone), quel plaisir de pouvoir se repérer sans être distrait par des informations superflues !
L'application propose aussi beaucoup d'options pour permettre l'itinéraire parfait souhaité !
L'autonomie m'a aussi impressionné, 20% de batterie pour environ 2h d'utilisation.
En bref, Beeline répond effectivement aux besoins des usagers préférant un design épuré et une utilisation minimaliste !
Je vous le recommande !

Game changer
Great experience so far with beeline. I love using the device, it's simple but effective allowing one to enjoy the ride without needless faff on the screen. It's small enough to easily slip into a pocket during breaks.
The suggested fun option has taken me on new routes where I thought I knew them all!
It's an easy thing to set up, even for a luddite such as me.
Lastly, the company goes out of their way to assist with customer service, they might be a small company but they certainly go the extra mile!

Moto 2 motorcycle navigation and some user mistakes
The product „Moto2“ for motorcycles is working very good! Exactly what i excpexted. Simple, no nonsense, pure navigation. Had one service request due to an operator mistake. The support was very friendly all the way and eager to solve my issue. A few days later, after it was solved and clearly my mistake, they came back and asked me if everything is working properly and to my expectations now. This little bit of extra effort is invaluable and shows the passion for their product and customers! So my experience was great and i can fully recommend Beeline!

The Beeline Velo 2 works for me, and my intended type of riding
I did a lot of research about the Beeline Velo 2 before purchasing, so I didn't have any unrealistic expectations. I was looking for a cycling navigation device that is simple and streamlined, and without any fitness related functionality that I wouldn't use. I don't consider the Beeline Velo 2 to be minimal because, along with its app, it does provide a good bit of information. And the Beeline team is continuously improving its interface (for example the new elevation graph) and product support (for example the new silicone case), all based on customer feedback.
The first time I experienced my Beeline Velo 2 was on gravel roads and forest service roads in southern Arizona. Using the Beeline app was easy and intuitive and its map recognized the entire route (mostly off-road) that I entered. The device navigated my path accurately which was mostly in a very remote area. Its display is bright enough to see in direct sunlight and its audible beeps before an upcoming turn were easily heard and helpful.
I read that some people don't like that the Beeline Velo 2 has to be used in combination with a phone running the Beeline app. Well, even if I was using the most advanced standalone navigation device available, I would still have my phone with me while riding and I'm not going to risk an expensive phone mounted on my stem or handlebar. I see the Beeline Velo 2 device as an extension of your phone, which enables the device to have a small form factor and be truly unique.
I really like my Beeline Velo 2! It works for my non-competitive yet adventurous style of riding.

I love everything about Beeline
I love everything about Beeline. Yes, it's a bike GPS, but it doesn't feeling like one. I've had the original Beeline Velo and now the Velo 2, and they just blend into your experience of riding. No awkward tapping on your phone screen mid ride, instead you get incredibly smart routing that informed by thousands of other cyclists. Hate that road with dozens of potholes, a little tap and the beeline learns to suggest a different route next time. And if you have a little more time, the "as the crow flies" mode that just keeps pointing towards your destination is amazing to explore. Beeline probably has the best customer service I've ever experienced with a "tech company". And they build their gear so it can be repaired and recycled.
