My Beeline Moto 2 kickstarter edition broke down after 2 years but the customer service was very accomodating in analyzing my problem and helping me find a solution.

I've had an original Beeline Moto for years, I had backed it in the Kickstarter campaign and find it to be utterly simplistic in design yet the most intuitive bike sat nav I've used, touring all over Europe on a variety of bikes.
On my latest trip, whilst travelling on the A38 to get the ferry to Santander, the mount failed! Having had the unit for years, I was gearing myself up to replace it on my return, so contacted Beeline support to enquire if unit only purchase was available.
However, they offered me a better, solution, a complete replacement unit free of charge! Was born away by the helpfulness of the team, and their willingness to resolve the issue. Thank you so much!

I'm very pleased with my Beeline Velo 2.
It is a minimalist bicycle GPS tool, to find my destination or (very important) to guide me through routes I had planned in advance and for which I could upload the GPX file.
As it is depended on your cell-phone, no worries about outdated maps, etc.

Great navigation for motorbike
Hi,
I wanted to let you know that my Beeline is working well now, but I also want to give you a huge compliment. I get such incredibly nice routes when I set the Beeline to "fun" or "relaxed" route. I end up on roads I would never have come across otherwise. Below is a report of my motorcycle trip, which I shared on Polarsteps.
I have the Beeline navigation on, and you can choose between: fast (via highways or without highways and 80 km/h roads), fun (no highways, but also fewer 80 km/h roads), compass (only points towards the end point and otherwise you have to figure out your own way), and relaxed. I used the latter yesterday and today, and I was sent via roads where I think the residents living there have never seen other people before. Except for people from that neighborhood or the package delivery person. Hamlets smaller than Homoet (one church and 3 farms)

Failed twice in 2 years
I have owned a Beeline Moto II for the last couple of years. My first one failed after 2 months and only a couple of uses. The company replaced it with a new one free off charge. Great, I thought, I just got a duff one. 2 years on and only light usage (455 recorded miles) and the replacement has now failed too. While it worked I thought is was pretty good. It's out of warranty now so no point trying to contact Beeline as I wouldn't want to spend any more money with them. My advice is to steer clear unless you are happy to pay £199 for 2 years use. They don't last.

I had previously owned a gen 1 beeline moto and liked its simplicity so it was a no trainer to upgrade to the Moto 2. I ordered just before a trip to Spain and fitted the night before I went. During the trip the handlebar bracket caused me some issues but I managed to come up with a workaround, and when home contacted beeline support. After I provided a description of the issue and some photos, they sent me a new insert by post which has solved the problem, so im now very happy with my purchase

Excellent product backed by outstanding customer service
I’ve been using the Beeline Moto II for both on-road and off-road riding and genuinely think it’s one of the best motorcycle accessories I’ve bought. The simple, intuitive navigation works brilliantly on the bike without being distracting, and I’m always happy to recommend it to other riders.
When I recently experienced an issue with my device, the support from Beeline was excellent. Georgio took the time to understand the problem, communicated clearly throughout and went above and beyond to get everything resolved quickly and straightforwardly.
The replacement arrived promptly, and the whole experience reinforced my confidence in Beeline as a company. It’s great to find a business that not only makes an excellent product but also genuinely stands behind it and looks after its customers.

Look elsewhere for motorbike navigation!
I bought the Beeline Moto 2 to use on my motorbike primarily as a sat-nav system but also as a random round trip generator for the days when you cant be bothered to plan your ride yourself!
Firstly, the device itself is excellent. Very discrete and it provides just the right amount of information when you are on your journey.
However, the companion app is very poor. It does not seem to understand what a 'highway' is or rather my definition of a highway is wildly different! For example, if I try to create a random round trip that I define to exclude highways, it will, 99% of the time, create a route that includes national speed limit dual carriageways.
Its app route implementation is generally very weak and clearly the company should have just paid the licensing fee to Google to piggy back off Google Maps!
For products like this, I always review them on the principal of if it broke, would I buy it again, and the answer for this product is a resounding NO!

Velo 2 Beeline
I have a Velo 2 Beeline and have used it since May 2025. I've stopped using any other GPS devices as Beeline does everything I need. I've used the app to plan routes and used the device to record where I've ridden. I've used to guide me turn by turn and it's been spot on every time. I also enjoy using the Compass mode and just exploring.
The customer service is second to none and they've been very helpful whenever I've been in touch

Fantastic device and amazing support
Had a moto 2 for a little while now and it’s been fantastic. The app works really well and the display has been clear and accurate.
My device did develop a fault, but I contacted their customer support who were brilliant, arranging return and a replacement device in under a week

I can't speak highly enough about…
I can't speak highly enough about Beeline and their Moto II. I was an early adopter of the Moto, and they've only gotten better with the second iteration. They also offer great customer service, which as an end user is often more a part of my decision to buy certain products than I'd like to admit. I recently used Beeline and my Moto II on a 1700-mile motorcycle trip over eight days of riding, spanning distances of 100 to 300 miles per day. Navigation was smooth and easy all the way!

Now i love tech, when its actually helpful. I own a BMW R1250RT and for those of you who are familiar with this bike will know there aint a lot of room for a conventional GPS, unless to go for the NAV Vl, which is 600 quid plus 315 quid for the the housing and about 45 for the wiring loom/ bracket. and they aint all that reliable I've had two brand new and well lets just I've learned. Beeline. does what is says on the box, stylish, easy to set up, functional as it doesn't make tea etc but does tell you where you are, where you are going with out all the wasteful graphics, who needs to know there are trees, i have eyes... mounting was easy, bracket supplied was easy to fit as it came with varying sizes rubbers, a small Allen key isn't in the box, whether it fell out when i opened it not sure but you'll need one. I've ridden perhaps 300 miles, in and out of London, Berkshire, Hampshire. routing is straight forward, the little lights flash and you CAN hear the little ping that lets you know your on your junction even with, in my case the wind shield completely down. i'm short sighted but can still read the screen which is about 20 inches from helmet, charging again is easy from any usb c cable, not run the battery out yet, planning a ride down to Penzance Cornwall 500 mile round trip, later next week and back same day so we will see. so was it worth the money, in my books yes, no fuss no fancy screens, i haven't gone through all it does here, but i bought it to do what its doing go from a to b with out exposing my phone to the elements, plus i don't get interrupted or distracted by phone calls, we've all done it. here's the clincher, i'm 63 years old, i grew up with phone boxes, fag machines, and beer that was a pound a pint. you wont go far wrong with this, take it from an old fart.

Outstanding direct support from Beeline after local retailer failed!
I experienced a structural issue with my Beeline Moto II Metal Edition—the top cover with the metal ring detached due to motorcycle vibrations, despite the device being kept in its original case and having zero signs of impact.
My local retailer in Poland (X-KOM) unfairly dismissed the warranty claim as "mechanical damage." I decided to escalate the issue directly to Beeline Support, and it was the best decision ever.
The Beeline team was incredibly professional. They immediately reviewed the photos, validated my claim as a structural/workmanship issue, and took over the process. Within two weeks, they bypassed the uncooperative retailer and shipped a brand-new replacement unit directly to me.
As a Beeline Plus Yearly subscriber, I am absolutely thrilled with their customer-first approach. They truly saved my riding season. If you ever face an issue, trust the manufacturer—Beeline’s direct support is absolutely top-notch!

The original Beeline Moto was humming along. 5000 miles later it conked out. The folks at Beeline were incredibly responsive, ultimately replacing the unit. Couldn't ask for more.
