It’s simple and does the job. And it does it well
I like my motorcycle. It’s simple. It does what I need it to do (like touring). And, in my eyes at least, it looks good.
I like my Beeline. It’s simple. It does what I need it to do (like tell me where to go when I’m touring). And it’s a discreet addition to my handlebars.
I started with Beeline Moto I in 2021. Switched to Beeline Moto II in 2024
The products works. Customer services works if you need it. It doesn’t do everything it’s more expensive competitors do. But it’s cheaper and looks better.
If you want big screens and bells and whistles and lots of buttons to press and stuff, go elsewhere.
I just like riding. I (mostly) plan my routes. And I just want a gentle nudge in the right direction when I’m on the road. And Beeline is the only product I like. And I like it a lot.
16,800 happy miles so far. And counting.

I absolutely love my Moto II
I absolutely love my Moto II. Unfortunately, I was caught in very heavy rain for an extended period and my unit sustained some water damage.
I wrote to customer support with some pictures and was promptly offered a replacement! I only had to send back my damaged unit so it could be repaired. Beeline even paid the shipping fees for me to send my damaged unit back to them.
They are always super friendly and answered my questions quickly. They were also very patient as real life got in the way of me promptly sending the package away.
Great customer support is rare in this day and age, and Beeline sets a high standard.
I cannot wait to get my new Moto II and ride with it again!

Should have a 6* button !!
In June I had an issue with my Moto II. I contacted BeeLine and their support was simply superb. Courteous and professional. There was a speedy resolution and they went over and above to ensure I was delighted. I was !! In today's age of lackluster support this company are just brilliant. And, by the way, the Moto II is a superb, simple SatNav system. As I said.... a 6 star performance.

I also have nothing but good things to say about Beeline and especially the support. The support responds very quickly and is open to improvements. I was helped with a bug in the app within 3 days and an update was released. As I develop software myself, I pay particular attention to the app and its user-friendliness.
I still have to get used to the navigation on the Moto II, as there is no map in that sense, but with a little practice that will also work. Less is often more.
Auch ich kann über Beeline und besonders den Support nur gutes berichten. Der Support reagiert sehr schnell und ist für Verbesserungen offen. Mir wurde bei einem Bug in der App innerhalb von 3 Tagen geholfen und es wirde ein Update veröffentlicht. Da ich selber Software entwickle, habe ich ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die App und deren Nutzerfreundlichkeit.
Ein wenig gewöhnen muss ich mich noch an die Navigation auf dem Moto II, da es keine Karte in dem Sinne gibt, aber mit ein wenig Übung wird auch das klappen. Oft ist weniger mehr.

Exceptional!
I've been using a "Moto l" for a few years now, and I've had very few snags but LOTS of fun out of it.
When contacting support I consistently feel like a class one customer!
Every problem is resolved quickly, competently and pretty personaly.
Every support team should take lessons from the beeline girls 'n' guys!

Beeline - Great Device and Great Service - This made me forget the T*mT*m Motorcycle Nav System
I stumbled upon a little bug in the App some days ago - contacted the Support and now the Bug is already fixed. Excellent Customer Service !! The Device (using the Moto II) is anyhow a great piece of Kit ! Small reliable and great Battery lifetime - Love it !!

As predicted... first Ride on my MotorBike was discouraging
I don't carry a Map, or set a Destination...if I get turned around, I find my Way. I picked up a Moto II last Year, and planned all my Adventures when I got my Halcyon 250 #1194 "Calliope". So, I mounted IT ... and set off on my first Adventure. I stuck to County Roads as I'm a newbie to this type of MotorBike. When I switched over to Reserve, I opened the Beeline App to chart me Home ... well that didn't "work" because I had no Cellular Phone Service! Beeline doesn't use off-line Maps to create Routes, so I had to guess my Way back until I picked up Service. I made it Home, but now I have to "limit" my ramblings to my Service Area until Beeline upgrades their App, and I get extra Fuel Bottles.

Simple to set up and use, even for a beginner
There were issues with delivery (due to the carrier) however this was very quickly rectified by Beeline.
Very easy to set up and install, I'm very new to road biking and not fully comfortable with removing my hands from the handlebars yet, this system is very quick and easy to navigate and the display is simple to follow and use. Highly recommended and a few of my friends and coworkers are looking to purchase this too.

Impressive customer support
Attention to detail and going the extra mile to sort out a problem in time for me to undertake a road trip to Ireland. With a short window for fixing a non charging unit, the Beeline Team agreed to supply me with a loan unit for the trip and managed to get it to me incredibly quickly. All in all a great experience and as I now love the Beeline Moto II, knowing it has good back up is the icing on the cake for me.

Me lo acabo de comprar He salido 3 veces con el. Es muy intuitivo y te guía muy bien con el trazado y con el bip e iluminación cada vez que te acercas a un cruce. Me he quedado el modelo plateado y queda muy bien en mi Harley. 100% recomendable.

The product is great, but unfortunetaly I have ned to use the warranty. The ai chat works good on the website after the real person has every information that the chatbot asked. They support person answered all my questions and help me get through the procedure and give good advices. The support is absolutely 5 out of 5.

I love my Beeline Velo 2!!
I love my Beeline Velo 2!!! It takes the hassle out of planning routes when cycling, and I've discovered loads of new routes that I would never have thought of by myself. I don't need to worry about having my phone on display on my bike, and it also saves the power on my phone.
Any issues with the software are sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Great product AND customer care
So, I have only used my Beeline Moto 2 for the short commute to work in bicycle mode but am already loving the ease of use! The main reason I wanted to write a review was to mention the customer support. The delivery went a little wonky with 2 failed delivery attempts to a designated drop point of the carrier and it seems to have been down to their labeling. As soon as I contacted Beeline for support I had an immediate response and then useful and friendly follow up to make sure that the issue was resolved. Honestly, it doesn’t matter how great a product is, if the customer support is not up to par you very quickly let people know about it! In this case quite the opposite, the customer support is equal to the, so far, amazing bit of tech on my handle bars! Thank you Bryony and Beeline!

Ich habe mit Teile für das Velo 2 bestellt - das Gerät selbst hatte ich schon. Der Versand ging wirklich sehr schnell. Das war auch das einzig Positive. Da ich die Teile doch nicht nutzte, habe ich eine Retoure angefragt. Diese blieb mehrere Tage unbeantwortet. Auf der Seite selbst konnte man sich an 2 Mails richten. Jedoch bekam man nirgends eine Antwort. Erst durch den ChatBot wurden mir unterlagen zugestellt. Versand per RoyalMail? Da die Retoure Adresse eine Deutsche war nahm ich DHL mit Sendungsnummer. Natürlich musste der Versand selbst bezahlt werden.
Nach nun knapp 3 Wochen, die Retoure ist bereits angekommen, kam noch keine Nachricht. Auch keine Antwort auf meine Nachfrage. Bin gespannt wie lange das noch geht. Aber empfehlen werde ich Beeline sicher nicht mehr.
-UPDATE-
Nachdem ich nun 2 mal über den Chatbot einen Mitarbeiter angefordert habe ist nun endlich die Retoure bearbeitet. Nach nun gut mehr als 2 Wochen nachdem die Retoure angekommen ist.

Above and beyond customer support
I had a great experience with the customer support at Beeline. I purchased the Velo 2 through a third-party seller, and unfortunately, it was faulty.
I reached out to the Beeline directly, and they responded quickly and professionally.
To my surprise, they went above and beyond by sending me a replacement even though the issue originated from a third-party seller. The new item arrived in good condition and works just as expected.
Really impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find such responsible and responsive customer service these days.

Impeccable customer service!
The company has impeccable customer service. There was an issue with my Velo 2 device and the customer service rep sent me a replacement within a few days of registering my grievance with them. The new device is working great and as a little treat they also provided me with a protective sleeve for it. Love to use my Velo 2 device for my daily commute!

Beeline.... above and beyond
I rarely write reviews,
However I think the customer service from Beeline is exceptional....
While on a very wet ride north on the M5 motorway, my Beeline Moto device fell from my bike and bounced into oblivion.
With no hope of retrieving my device I resigned my self to saving up the pennies and purchasing a replacement.....
I contacted Beeline and explained what had happened and suggested that maybe they should design a type of lanyard, so that other users may be spared my fate. After all they are quite expensive to replace...
They replied very promptly and asked me to send a photo of the mount, which had failed, which I did....
To my suprise, I then received a very apologetic email and the offer of a FREE replacement Beeline Moto 2....
This was totally unexpected....as my Beeline device was about 4 years old...
They really didn't have to do it..
In all my years (I'm getting on a bit), I have never experienced such brilliant customer service... especially as Beeline is a fairly small company I think they are exceptional....
Brilliant customer service aside.
I think they make a fantastic product....
The app is brilliant and works seamlessly with the device or as a stand alone Navigation...
I love the fact you can plot your own routes and save them...
My Triumph Tiger has built in turn by turn navigation...but I never use it, the Beeline is far better....
All that's left for me to say is a big and very public THANK YOU to all the staff at Beeline

Favorite purchase of the year!
1. The shipping was very fast. It was dispatched the next day and arrived very quickly even though it had to come to New York.
2. Before I bought the Velo 2, I had a few questions and the customer service team was very quick to respond to me and was very informative.
3. I've never had a bike computer so it is hard for me to compare but this product is working better than I expected. It is soooo light and sleek looking. I can't wait to go on more adventures with it!
