Beautifully made bed. Delivered right on time and the quality is fantastic. We will soon be ordering another one.

We ordered and paid £900 for a bed from this company. It was stated that delivery would be within 5 days. 7 weeks on we are still to receive our goods. We cannot get hold of them, they do not reply to our e-mails and the phone number on their website is fake.
Having checked Companies House they are not registered as a bone fide UK company and there isn't a trace of a business address online.
We have had to refer it to our Banks Fraud department to recover our money.

An absolutely fantastic experience. The bed looks amazing and nothing short of a 5 star luxury hotel vibe now. Super happy with the bed and would definitely be recommending them to everyone I know

Once again another company quick to take money but fail to respond to any emails, no communication whatsoever since making a purchase, still waiting for a single update with no bed in sight to be seen!

I suggest exercising caution before buying from this company
I have given this company a one-star rating for the following reasons:
1. Poor Customer Service: The company does not answer phone calls, and the owner has failed to respond to multiple email attempts — even after I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
2. Low-Quality Materials: The bed frame is constructed from OSB board, a very cheap and flimsy material that doesn’t reflect the price paid.
3. Unhelpful Instruction Manual: The manual is poorly written and lacks clear guidance on how to assemble the bed or how the parts fit together.
4. Faulty Part and No Replacement: I received a defective part and contacted the company to request a replacement. Despite the supposed 12-month guarantee, I have yet to receive a response — or a replacement.
5. Lack of Transparency: There is no trace of the company on the Companies House register, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.
These are the key points I urge potential buyers to consider before making a purchase from this company. Unfortunately, I will now have to explore alternative avenues to pursue a claim.

Great experience ordering from Bedhive, their customer service was very helpful, as well as the delivery which was scheduled within a few days of placing the order online. Imran and Tom did a fantastic job at assembling the bed. The bed talks for itself, a very high quality build, nothing cheap about it. Definitely made to last.

Zen bed is everything we hoped it would be. Looks amazing and absolutely fantastic. Very happy and with the product and delivery times too.

Great experience buying my bed from this online store. Their customer service was very helpful in helping me achieve the correct dimensions for the headboard, especially Dan was very good. My bed arrived last week and its lovely, very happy with how its made really does give a high end look. I have recommended Bed Hive to my friend who has also placed an order.

Couldn't be happier with my new bed from Bedhive. I went for the Sentorini wide extended headboard in king size, with ottoman gas lift. The bed is crafted to perfection with really lovely penal type detailing, the gas lift was a nice addition as now I have plenty of room to store my suitcases duvets and all sorts. I am very pleased with the delivery side of things, Kez and Tom did a great job bringing the bed upstairs and assembling it for me. Thank you

Took the delivery of the Zen bed today from Bed Hive and we couldn't be more happier with it. It looks absolutely amazing and the quality is second to none. Excellent value for money

I am very pleased with my daughters bed that was delivered last week. Its her first big girl bed, upholstered in a very stylish boucle material, very on trend just the way she likes it. Delivery was superb, handled by Tom and Kez, within minutes they assembled the bed. We also purchased the pocket spring mattress, which is a really good quality, thick and comfy mattress. My daughter has been loving sleeping on her new bed. Thanks Bedhive, excellent service.

I am writing this review after recently purchasing the Astro winged bed for our new home. We are delighted with our bed, it is such a classic and timeless design and very well made. We managed to get 10% off during their winter sale, which was a bonus! Amaya in their customer service team really helped us, as we changed our mind on the height of the headboard after purchasing the bed online, it was all sorted within minutes of emailing them. I cannot fault this company, even delivery was smooth and on time. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family for all their future bed purchases.

Recently bought the Zen bed in ivory plush for my bedroom. I am so impressed by the build quality of the bed, it is really well made, and extremely sturdy. It is definitely a heavy bed and not as easy to move around like some cheap ikea beds I have had in the past. This just shows it is a solid piece of furniture made to last, definitely looking and feeling like pure luxury

I have had my bed for over a month now and I couldn't be more happier with it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased a bed and mattress 3 months ago. My items have still not been delivered. They do not answer my multiple emails and their telephone number does not work.
I am currently trying to get my money back through my payment method and am taking it to trading standards.

What a beautiful bed we got from here. Not only was it delivered super quick but the quality is so much better than what we normally expect even from high street brands.

Super experience and the bed we ordered looks absolutely fantastic I must say.
The headboard fits perfectly and the overall look of our bedroom has changed entirely. Never have I ever had this kind of a luxury hotel room feel and I must say I am super happy and content!
I would absolutely recommend.

I ordered a bed back in sept 25 they scheduled a delivery and did not turn up months after chasing where our bed was
They finally tried to delivery with a partial service we paid for installation but they didn’t not provide that so rejected the delivery
No communication from them since rejected delivery it is now dec 25
Unable to speak to anyone about a refund this was a standard bed ordered not a bespoke one
AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY

Poor customer service ! Including Paige the customer service representative.

I wanted to give this some time before posting the result as we had to claim the money through the credit card !!

Do not use this company read all the negative reviews , they are very quick to respond to trust pilot reviews but not emails , they will not respond to emails or ever answer the phone … ever try calling them …

On trust pilot they will alway respond with what you would expect a company to do , however the reality is not true, they won’t do half what they say and always very rude when they do respond.

We received the wrong bed , and noticed the website had a clitch ,

We reported the clitch to bedhive and they where greatful we highlighted the fault,

However once I asked for the correct bed to be sent and to arrange a pick up of the old bed which was a different price and model to what we ordered originally ,we had very bad customer service

We also told it was our pc or our phone that had the clitch our cookies , or anything but them …

Despite use doing the same order on 3 different devices and screen recording the same outcome, a clitch on each device.

However once we reported the clitch they then acted as though nothing had ever happened and there site was running as normal and there IT department continued to blame us.

We then check the web site , funny the error we highlighted was no longer there ,And they could not honour our original order as the site was running fine and the bed we wanted was more expensive…

Rather than do the correct thing and thank us for high lifting the error and honour the original order they doubled down and said it’s our devices and u need to pay more !

It took almost 6 weeks to eventually get Somone to pick up the bed , funny they arranged 3/4 pick ups that they never informed us about

And despite the company saying it was in its way it never came.

Only when my Amex card had reverse charged them for the bed , a pick up and return was sorted , as the money to my account was paid back by the credit card

Otherwise we would like many others on this site be either left with the wrong bed or worse return the wrong bed and have no refund …

trust pilot is brilliant as we can see Paige is just the same with everyone, not just us, sounds very professional on the reply , will make up that they tried to call or organise delivery , say pick ups where attempted or we offered solutions but this is not the case , if you read other negative reviews it’s the same behaviour

Buy nice or buy twice guys !! and bedhive is a scam company if you don’t believe me read the other negative reviews and you will see the pattern of behaviour , I wish we had gone to trust pilot first

We went to bedsdirect in the end and paid for a custom bed and should have done it straight away

I can’t wait to see the reply we get on here as Paige was able to respond last time I left a review , only 20 mins after the last review at midnight,posted but unable to answer a phone or respond to emails for 6 weeks , only until Amex took the money back

Funny old thing … buy with caution
