Absolutely unacceptable experience!

I placed an order for a super king size bed on 5 March and paid £1597. The company initially confirmed that the item was in production, but since then, I have experienced constant delays, vague updates, and extremely poor communication.
I have sent multiple emails over several weeks, many of which were completely ignored. I also tried calling their customer service number repeatedly at different times of the day, but no one ever answered, and the calls went straight to voicemail.
Despite advertising delivery within 5–10 working days, it has now been over a month, and I still have no confirmed dispatch or delivery date.
For a company presenting itself as a “luxury” brand, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
I have now had to involve my bank to try to recover my money.
I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before ordering!!

I rarely leave reviews but after purchasing a bed from this company and getting the product and service which I did from them I had to!
We purchased the Ares bed in Ivory plush and it is just AMAZING! The build quality, the fabric, the speed of delivery everything was top notch from start to finish. Couldn’t be more happier

Absolutely beautiful website with loads of bed choices to choose from. I can safely say we were spoiled for choice haha.
Prices are great and quite competitive to be honest specially for the quality of bed that got delivered. Happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

We've had the best experience with Azeena. From our initial contact to placing the order and finally having it delivered everything was pitch perfect. We bought the cloud bubble bed in Cream Boucle and WOW is all I can say to it. I cannot fault it one bit! Delivery was spot on, bed was well packaged and everything was just great.

Outstanding service from start to finish. We had to hold our order due to our builders delaying the entire process of moving in. This wasn't a problem for these lot at all. They ensured this was delivered as smoothly as possible and without any extra hassle which we were already going through with no fault of their own. Absolutely chuffed up and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Great place to shop online. They have such a beautiful and large collection of sofas that looks stunning. We purchased the cambridge sofa and we couldn't be more happier with it. I recently purchased 2 beds from Azeena and I am genuinely delighted with the entire experience. The beds are exceptional incredible comfortable, beautifully designed and finished to an outstanding standard. The quality truly stands out and the craftsmanship reflects impressive attention to detail.
The delivery and assembly process was seamless and well organised with us getting a phonecall prior to the drivers arrival. They were polite and ensured everything was delivered and assembled with great care. They took their time to make sure the setup was completed perfectly before leaving.

What a beautiful bed I must say. Strong and sturdy and delivered right on time. Never have I ever been this happy with a purchase haha. Would be buying another one for the kids bedroom soon.

Very happy with the customer service provided, very professional and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was from start to finish, Fabric samples arrived the next day, and our bed and mattress arrived within 2 weeks of placing the order. Very happy with the bed quality, and the mattress is very comfortable. Will be suggesting this company to others!
