The company is a great source for any study material. The range of books is excellent and I had no trouble finding what I needed. There Web page is easy to navigate and once ordered, a quick personalised confirmation is received.
My book was posted 1st class the next day (I ordered after hours) and recieved the following day. The packaging was environmentally friendly, not excessive and the quality of the book on receipt was in perfect condition. Thank you!

Amending my review to thank the great support of Nick and the Operations team
I am amending my original review from 1-star to 4-stars thanks to the incredible help and support provided by Nick in the Operations team.
I ordered my Portuguese language book on July 7th and was first disappointed by the delivery timeline. This was because I learned
that the book had to be pre-ordered from the publisher in Portugal, which could take weeks - something I had not been aware of as I placed my online order. I reached out and Nick, head of Operations, apologised and acknowledged that the BEBC website could have shown more information. He started to keep me in the loop on a weekly basis about the status of my order, which was very much appreciated. I received my book yesterday (August 5th), 29 days after my order. And yes, it was long, but Nick and his team have been nothing but supportive as the publisher made things quite difficult for the order to be dispatched earlier.
I hope that the BEBC website can be updated to give a heads up about expected delivery timelines on specific books, but I will definitely come back in the future as I know my order will be in good hands. Thank you Nick and Mandy.

Thank you for your review and BEBC are sorry you have had to deal with the issues on the book you ordered.
BEBC supply and stock English Language Materials and you have ordered a Modern Foreign Language book from us. We are still finding our feet when supplying MFL material as we only recently started to load these titles on to our systems. We received your order on the 7th July and we ordered in stock on the 10th July as it was a weekend in between. We have chased the publishers up for these books and others we have ordered but many of the European suppliers have had issues with customs clearance in the UK and delivery issues so we will refund you the book order price and postage.
We will send you the book when it arrives, free of charge.
Huge apologies for this issue and we will be looking to stock some of the more common titles for Modern Foreign Language material in the future.
Again, we are sorry you had to deal with this and we will do what we can to rectify this delivery issue.
