Fast, efficient service

Nincs mit írnom. Gyorsak voltak. A könyv előbb itt volt mint az e-mail a szállítási számmal. Természetesen a véleményemre is kíváncsiak voltak , hogy milyen szolgáltatást nyújtanak mielőtt megkaptam volna a könyvet. Ezek miatt nem adok maximum csillagot mert nincs meg a következetes ügymenet. Tehát először a szállítási szám és másodszor a kiszállítás és harmadszorra kellene kérni a véleményt a munkájukról. Remélem nem okoz önöknek problémát elolvasni a véleményemet mert minimum tíz szót kellett írnom a munkájukról és én csak tanulom az angol nyelvet.

Book for study
I bought a book for study. The listen buttons are not active in the book. And without these assignments, I can not complete the lesson and pass the test. I wrote about the problem twice to your mail that you indicated in the letter. And in response, silence. Who can help with this problem? While I was buying a book, 100 tips were sent, and when the money has already been paid, the client is no longer needed. This is bad company policy.

Hi Iryna, Thank you for your review and sorry to hear that you had issues. You purchased the PDF eBook of Outcomes and this was advised by your tutor so you may have to speak to them. The listening activities will not be in the PDF version and we have not received an email or any contact from you. We get back to all of our clients about issues with orders, but may take up to 48 hours to respond in some instances. We also only distribute on behalf of English Language Teaching publishers and any information you require in terms of the content or issues within the book should be sent to their customer service team as we are a third party supplier.
