I have used Beals many times for my mortgage & financial requirements and I am always impressed at the service provided, and my point of contact, Christine Poynter in particular is extremely efficient.

Christine Poynter helped me a lot during the process of selling my home and sorting out the finances.

Initially I had Louise as my estate agent, however she left when the the company was taken over by Charters.
So, I was left without any support from the office.
Christine was so helpful during the sale of my house, and dealing with the purchase of another property.

This review follows receipt of Beals's Written Report, following my Annual Review meeting with their Advisor, Will Ashley.
The Report was clear and well-written, in user-friendly language. Evidently, time and trouble had been taken to ensure that its contents were understandable to all.
The contents of the Report captured our discussion, with one notable exception. I have raised this with Will Ashley and await his response.
Generally, I would say that, in respect of these Reviews and Reports, Beals have raised their game.

Ok hopefully now I can get my pension

A really lovely team of advisors, especially Chris M, always on hand to answer questions and advise where appropriate. The yearly reviews are really helpful to ensure the pension is on the right track, but they call you mid-year if they recommend a change to any products. Really reassuring to have them assisting with and looking after my private pension.

I received good advice from my advisor and the decision I made was implemented swiftly and successfully.

We used Tim when moving house and he made the whole process extremely easy and clear to understand. We felt stuck using online bank tools not being able to get the houses we wanted but Tim was able to supervise our whole process and secured a higher loan on a good rate which lead us to complete on an amazing forever home for our young family.

Although there was some hiccups along the way with getting the mortgage offer on the property, this was completely out of Tims control and he was very responsive with talking to the lender to gather more information about the issue which thankfully got resolved.

Tim and Beals helped us organise everything, even down to getting us in with a great solicitor. We are truly grateful for everything and I’m now completely convinced that everyone should appoint a mortgage broker when taking on an already stressful process like moving and we will personally be recommending Tim to anyone who asks us.
