Easy to open a cash ISA with Prosper's App
I recently opened a cash ISA with Prosper, attracted by a decent interest rate. It was easy and straightforward to do via their App. There's loads of information regarding investing too. So far I've been very happy with the experience.

Great ISA rate & simple/clear guidance too.
I opened a cash ISA with Prosper for its top interest rate. It was very straightforward with clear instructions and I received immediate receipts/acknowledgements of my cash going in the account and then during the simple process of moving the money over to the ISA 'pot' too.

I have been using Prosper for a while now and have made a number of investments into accounts supported by the app. It is easy to navigate and the investment information is clear and easy to understand. Good choice of options for various investment strategies and I will be continuing to support this and would recommend it.

I hold both ISA and GIA with them and I've found opening and managing these via the clean and straightforward app to be a positive journey. Their product range is evolving well, the low fees have been welcome, and occasional comms with their team have been clear and responsive; I'd recommend them to others based on these experiences.

User experience done right
I’m usually quite critical of user experience, but these lot get it right. The app is clean, quick, and easy to navigate, with a really clear layout. Even the chatbot is genuinely useful and actually helps when you need it. Chapeau.
