My family has been booking through Beach Reunion for years. We have stayed at multiple properties in the area over the years, and have never been disappointed. The properties are always well maintained and stocked with items needed to keep the entire family happy. We recently stayed at Flamingo in the Avalon community over our Fall Break. We will continue to use the company and their available properties when we come down to the area.

We vacationed in Miramar Beach, Florida for our 5th Annual Friendsgiving celebration. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to our rental house, Soak Up The Sun. Every inch of this house was magnificent. All 22 guests were pleased with their rooms. The openings of the kitchen was a great feature for our chef. The outdoor living space was a hit. The pool and hot tub was utilized every night during our stay. We loved the views from the rooftop so much, therefore on our last day in the home, we had our massage therapist complete our massages on the rooftop. Was very calm and relaxing from the rooftop. Carrie (house manager) made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Soak Up The Sun is a home I plan to return to.

Good Day Sunshine is an amazing place!! This beach house was used for our family reunion and a place to spend quality time with 4 generations altogether at one location! Everyone had such a great time. The swimming pool and hot tub were a huge hit-- even in November! Plus a short walk to the beach, and you get that experience too. Three floors with so much space. Lots of places to sit and visit. The elevator made it easy for my elderly Dad to get to the third floor to play a game of pool!
He also enjoyed the view from the deck.

The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs for cooking. Just bring your own food and spices. The island is huge with plenty of space to sit and eat. This place was built for large gatherings and you won't be disappointed staying here. Get your family together and make memories that will last for a lifetime! It is worth it!
The house manager, Carrie was fantastic to work with! She was very kind and extremly helpful with local information. She communicated often with me and kept us informed with the info we needed during our stay. She made it quite easy checking in and out. I just can't say enough about the whole experience. The home is open, spacious and is thoughtfully curated. I plan and host a group vacation every year and Good Day Sunshine is my new favorite! The property manager (Carrie) was amazing and answered all questions and addressed concerns in record time. I enjoyed meeting and speaking to her. She is a gem and only made the experience better.

My friends and I had an excellent vacation staying at Good Day Sunshine! The Beach Reunion staff hospitality was incredible and they were extremely responsive. The house was extremely clean upon arrival with a well stocked cleaning supplies and toiletries! We were really impressed! We loved the outdoor kitchen which was spacious for entertaining! The heated pool and hot tub was a huge plus! You also cannot beat the beach access. Steps away from the beautiful Miramar beaches. We will be back. Thank you to the Beach Reunion team for making our trip so memorable!

I was recently lucky enough to spend a week at Good Day Sunshine, one of Beach Reunion’s houses in Sandestin. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a week at such a fabulous property. The house is practically on the beach, and also close to restaurants and shopping.

There are ample linens and towels at the house, and everything is spotless. In fact, the entire house was thoroughly cleaned - even the grill, part of a high-end summer kitchen that faces a heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you will need to cook and has an abundance of storage space. The downstairs is open-concept and offers room for everyone staying at the house to eat and hang out.

Whether it’s staying in this home or another one of their properties, I can’t recommend Beach Reunion enough. The service is impeccable and the properties are in great condition. I will be back as soon as possible!

We stayed at Soak Up the Sun for our wedding weekend 10/25/25. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our house rental. The house was spacious enough for both our families, clean, fully stocked with anything you could need, and just a short walk to the beach. The views from the rooftop were amazing. The pool and hot tub with outdoor living room was great. The house also came with beach chair and umbrella set up so we didn’t have to worry about that. The house manager Carrie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We can’t wait to come back again and visit.

For our family's yearly trip, we decided to visit Destin. This was our first time using Beach Reunion. However, the house we rented through Beach Reunion was the start of a great trip. It was clean and very well maintained. Pictures of the home online looked good but in person the home was a beautiful beach home prettier than the pictures with the feel of home.

EXCELLENT! Service Was Top Gun! This is the absolute best company that we have worked with for vacation rentals. I do not often give a review; but, this review is necessary because of the outstanding service. I would give 10 stars if possible. If you are going to the gulf on vacation; you should definately rent from Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals!!!!!

The house was absolutely amazing. Large enough for my family of 24. The outside was great for entertaining witha large pool and hot tub. The beach was just a very short walk. It also had plenty of parking. We plan on staying there again!

We visited Miramar Beach in Sept 25 for my mom's 75th birthday. We enjoyed the spacious Santorini property so much, my husband did not want to leave. From the spacious floorplan to the gorgeous beaches. Additionally, the customer service was top notch, we will definitely book again.

We stayed at Soak Up The Sun. It was an amazing experience. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a very short walk. Carrie, the property manager, was fantastic. It was like having a personal concierge. We are booking for next year.

​Service/Booking Experience:
We were very impressed with the service provided by the rental management company, Beach Reunion. They were highly responsive to all our inquiries both before and during our booking, making the process smooth and professional. Their excellent service would lead us to rent through them again.
​The Property: Born to Sun
While the management company was fantastic, the property itself, Born to Sun, is in serious need of repair and updating. For a house that accommodates a large number of guests (22 in our party), the condition of the home was disappointing and impacted our stay.
​Areas Requiring Immediate Attention (The Bad)
​Inadequate Seating: The living room seating was entirely inadequate for the size of the house, only accommodating about 8 people. This is insufficient for a large group rental.
​Safety/Maintenance Issues: A large picture window in the pool table room was cracked and being held together with packing tape—a significant safety hazard.
​Kitchen Malfunctions & Wear: One of the dishwashers did not work at all, forcing our large group to constantly wash dishes by hand. Additionally, kitchen cabinet knobs were falling off, one cabinet front was screwed shut, and the freezer racks were off track.
​Outdoor Furniture: The patio furniture cushions were stained, flat, and in serious need of replacement. The "new" outdoor dining set that was promised arrived as an old set with chair cushions that were visibly shredding upon use.
​Other Maintenance/Access: The elevator worked sporadically. The back door code was never provided, forcing us to leave the door ajar to re-enter the house. We also found missing tiles in the pool, and one towel rack fell off a bathroom wall.
​Amenities: Balconies were essentially bare, with only a single beat-up table and chair on the 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies.
​External Issues: The driveway was frequently blocked by construction vehicles due to ongoing work down the street, which was an inconvenience.
​Highlights (The Good)
​Location: The home boasts a great location, close to the beach, a coffee shop, DQ, a beach shop, and a carryout spot.
​Bedrooms & Baths: The bedrooms were a decent size, and nearly all had the benefit of a private en-suite bathroom.
​Newer Appliances: The washer and dryers were newer and worked very well, as did the A/C system.
​Golf Cart: The provided golf cart was new and in great shape.
​Kitchen Supplies: Although the kitchen itself was worn, it was well-stocked with a good quantity of decent pots, pans, dishes, and flatware.
​Final Verdict:
We would absolutely return to Miramar Beach and would confidently book a property managed by Beach Reunion again due to their exceptional service. However, we would absolutely not rebook Born to Sun. Given that the house appears to be up for sale, this may explain the significant maintenance neglect, but it does not excuse the number of non-functional amenities and potential safety issues.

I am still missing Soak up the Sun beach house. We were able to kick back and relax in this spacious house. Everyone had their own space and did not feel like they were on top of each other. We had a breakfast and dinner theme each day. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was wonderful having not one, but two refrigerators. Carrie was a wonderful house manager and checked in on us daily. Anything we requested, she made it happen. I believe the best part was being steps away from the beach and then having a private pool and hot tub to wind down afterwards. We will definitely book again if we are in the area. Thanks again for helping my family make memories.

We stayed at Good Day Sunshine and it was exactly what we wanted. Carrie was excellent and was readily available every time we needed to reach out. All communication was great, and the house meet all our needs for the family and friends we invited down.

Pool was nice, kitchen was fantastic and the easy access to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The bedrooms and all the private bathrooms made the stay very comfortable for everyone.

First I would like to thank Allison for her top tier customer service ...this was my family 2nd year staying with Beach Reunion Vacation homes....we stayed at Anchor Down in Destin East Gated Community which was absolutely beautiful...the house itself is a beautiful property however we did have some issues....we did have some issues with the wifi...for some reason the owner changed the wifi password knowingly she had guests in the house...we were without wifi and the use of watching TV a whole day during our stay...the pool was dirty...they did send a guy to clean the pool...it was quite a bit of black debri in the bottom of the pool....that should have been cleaned out prior to our arrival...the air in the house was not working properly but they eventually rectified that situation...one of the bedrooms upstairs had dirty sheets on the bed...they sent someone to change the linen on the bed...however our family did enjoy the house...it's a beautiful property...we rode the golf cart to the beach everyday...it's about a 5 to 10 minute ride to the beach...kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal....the view outside by the pool was so relaxing...

We stayed at the Venetian Palace. It was a great time. We had a large group. Plenty of space, close to the ocean. The kids enjoyed the pool and theater room. Overall great experiene.

Our family of 15 stayed in Soak up the Sun for five nights and had the best time! The house is huge and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to cook every night while everyone enjoyed the pool, hung out on the top balcony or made the short walk to the beach. Their kitchen was fully stocked so it made packing a whole lot easier. This is our second time staying in a house by Beach Reunion and having Carrie as our house manager. She is the best! This is our new tradition going to one of their houses for vacation.

The house was fabulous, close location, great sized pool. Our only complaint is that the back porch wasn’t covered, the trellis let in rain, it would have been nicer to have a solid roof to sit out if weather was crappy. A later check out time by 11 would have been better since our flight didn’t leave until evening. Would stay here again! Perfect size and location!

The ‘Good Day Sunshine’ was the perfect home to rent for my family reunion. They really enjoyed the extra space and the short walk to the beach!!!!🏖️. The home came with beach chairs and umbrellas which made our beach experience special!!!😊V.T
