Bathroom & kitchen eleven recently completed my cloakroom. Alex did an amazing job getting everything to fit in such a tight space. He listened to my brief and got it spot on, down to adding a picture I showed him that was going in the room into the 3D designs! Ben the owner checked in ensuring the installation went smoothly.
After such an excellent experience I have now engaged BK11 to do my kitchen and utility room. We’re in the design phase which has been just as fun as my cloakroom experience. Their displays are inspiring to the point I just want to put them in my house! I’m very excited with the designs and choosing colours and adding things I hadn’t even thought of. They may be a bit more expensive than other places, but it has been seamless and hassle free, I have not had to worry about a thing. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We recently went through a bathroom and kitchen renovation in our flat. Our spaces were not the largest but BK11 showed us clever design ideas to get the outcome we were looking for and one we will love living in for many years. We met at the design studio in Long Ditton and were shown moodboards and 3D designs including the products, colours and finishes we would be getting in our rooms and worked through all design and budget options until we were happy with the final designs. The project was seamless on site, Filip and his fitting team were so respectful in our property and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day with the Director, Ben, popping in on occasions to make sure we were happy with the work being done. They took care of the removal of our old space, the building works, installation and ended with the decoration. Overall we are so pleased with the final outcome and it was made so much easier by one company taking care of both spaces from design through to the installation. We feel confident knowing the skill of the designers, fitting teams and overall process of BK11 but even more so the work is guaranteed for 11 years.

BK11's showroom and design studio in Long Ditton came highly recommended so we visited recently - really glad we did.

It's a very different and unique showroom experience. You book an appointment, they greet you at the door, and you get a dedicated session with a designer who clearly knows their stuff inside out. We didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They asked questions we hadn't thought about and came back with ideas we hadn't considered.

We've visited a few showrooms while researching and there's a real difference with BK11. Most places will sell you a kitchen or bathroom and leave you to figure out the rest. BK11 handle everything - design, supply, and installation. Yes you're paying a premium for that, but for someone who doesn't have the time to manage trades, chase deliveries or get involved in the day to day, that's exactly what we need.

The displays are beautiful too - really well put together and useful for actually visualising what you could end up with. It's good to see the quality of the products and finishes in person.

We're not quite at the build stage yet but when we are, BK11 will be the first call we make. We won't be looking anywhere else.
