Never sent my friend her voucher - scam

I love the photobooks from photobubble. I have just received 5 more albums. The quality is great. The service is excellent. They are easy to make and they look great on my bookshelf

Very impressed by the colour of the photos & the quality/ thank you

Excellent high quality products every-time! I have ordered at least 10 books, which have all turned out perfectly! Fair prices for product quality. I plan to order many more books from this company- people its legit! Shipping is consistent too

Very impressed with the quality of the printing and the overall book itself, but not so much with the 'one-day delivery' service, as the courier failed to deliver it on time, thus missing the occasion for which the book had been ordered. To be fair to Photobubble, they processed the order swiftly, and the fault lies completely with DPD, the courier. Photobubble also refunded the (rather hefty) express delivery fee.

Great quality. Fast delivery and easy to use software. My go to for printing photo books.

Great quality book and affordable lovely present

Overall quality is good, and the user experience when creating the photo book was easy to learn. The book itself self is uneven in the center the pages do not align when opened. There is also a crease from poor attention to detail in the binding process.

See my google review 👍

I am satisfied with the book as a whole, but dissatisfied with the color reproduction, which does not match the original photographs. Many images fail to capture the original colors and lighting; some appear fade, while others have increased darkness light, meaning they do not accurately reflect the originals. But that is a problem I’ve noticed with many book orders of this kind. I am satisfied with the project, the price, and the number of photos I was able to include. I would also appreciate the option to have pages that lie flat when open and to place a horizontal image across two pages in a project like this. I will maybe try to do another project with a lot of pictures in the future and compare it with this project.

The sweetest photobook I have ever seen love it so much💕 and a really good quality💗

Three attempts and still no decent wedding photobook. Really disappointing experience and a huge waste of time.

I originally ordered 3 copies of our wedding photobook - one for us and two for family. After spending hours arranging hundreds of wedding photos using their photobook builder, I received them and found the overall quality not great - the books creaked when opened, looked cheaply made, bubbles in the back paper stuck to the hardback and the gloss finish looked really cheap. To make matters worse, one of the books arrived with a huge dent.

I contacted them and requested a replacement, asking for a matte finish instead to see if this was better than the gloss. The replacement arrived with ink/staining on the cover, and the front page was half ripped out.

They tried again, and somehow the third attempt was also faulty - this time, the front white page had been completely pulled out. The damaged, bumpy fold makes it clear that the page had been there and had subsequently been removed (probably because it was half ripped again).

They are refunding me for one of the books, but that doesn’t really compensate me for the overall experience. I’m still left without a single wedding photobook that I’m happy with, and now I have to spend more money (and time as it takes hours to build!) with another company to get one decent-quality book.

Very disappointing experience and not a company I’d use again.

So helpful. My friend had ordered me a book and it was beautiful I wanted to get one for her the same as I knew she wouldn't. As I had her order number I was told what I needed to order and keep it blank and the pictures would be added to it for me. Which has happen and it is beautiful

We ordered our wedidng photo album. And by gosh it is amazing.
We enjoyed designing it, choosing the pictures, the layout, the sizes, the order.
The site was super easy to use and I loved how we could save our work to come back to another time.

The wait for it to be printed and delivered wasn't too long. Especially as we picked loads of photos and added extra pages so would have taken time to print and bind it.

When it arrived it was packaged well to prevent any damages in transport and the quality is amazing. Not at all what you would expect for the price we paid. Cheap in cost. But not cheap in quality.

Only criticism, and it is a small one, is that it would be nice if there were more choices for the front cover.
But even with that, I would still highly recommend PhotoBubble.

The packaging is beautiful, but arrives always in bad condition(probably it is the problem of post office). I love the quality and the final product itself. The sending time is quite fast and the prices suits the product really well, it is not expensive to buy. I love the way it looks and how nicely the order packed🫶🏼

A last minute 60th birthday present for my mum. Lovely photo book, pictures were high quality and it arrived on time.
Overall 100% would recommend and order again.

Good on the whole, paper could be better.

Very fast delivery service. The quality of the photo book was amazing. Very easy website to use and so I was able to create it exactly how I envisioned.

Easy to use and although I paid for express delivery I’m very impressed they did get the photobook done and delivered as quickly as they did

I have ordered two albums, in two different occasions, with international shipping, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The products are of exceptional quality, exactly as shown on the website. The process of creating the albums was intuitive and easy, and the delivery was fast. Both albums arrived in perfect condition.

I couldn’t be happier with the albums and the service. Thank you!
