Appalling customer support
Impossible to contact anyone to speak to. Phone goes to automated answer machine.Tried e-mail and chatbox and still no response! Would choose a company you could get a response from. I decided to go elsewhere.

P-Shaped Bath Panel Installation - Good Quality
I'd had a cracked P-shaped bath panel for several years and put up with it but eventually I got fed up with the unsightly appearance. As I'd bought the bath (and the rest of the bathroom furniture) from MFI - out-of-business since 2008 - a direct replacement was impossible. Bath Panel Store was the only vendor that had what I needed: a custom-fit replacement. The reviews I'd read were variable but I went ahead and ordered it, along with installation. I have to say it was actually a very good experience. Communication was good, the installer was excellent and very helpful, completing the job in around 3 hours. I'm very happy with the result and I finally have a bath that looks good again. In many ways, it looks better than the original panel which was pretty flimsy.

Absolutely delighted
Absolutely bloody delighted with our new bath panel. We had a leak, under the bath, and fixing it meant trashing the old one to get at it. We hadn't appreciated that although the bath is a standard size, the wall juts in a bit around it, and the waste pipe from the sink runs along the wall under the bath, so the first standard bath panel we bought from PlumbWorld was no good (and returning it to Evesham was a nightmare in itself, but that's another story) so I was looking for a bespoke bath panel service. We found Bath Panel Store, and ordered everything online, which, while slightly finicky (you do need to provide decent accurate details obviously, and that requires a bit of effort), we made the order. Within 10 days the panel turned up, well packaged and protected. Typically, husband spent another month avoiding the job, until today when I refused to go out and do anything until the job was done. It took less than 10 minutes, fitted perfectly, and it looks fantastic! Couldn't be happier. Thank you. ☺️

Another dissatisfied customer
Same experience as others who didn't check reviews before ordering. Ordered toilet seat online one weekend and got an immediate automatic standard email saying delivery would be Friday. Friday came and went. Spent the next week trying to find a new delivery date - no emails answered, phone never answered, web chat not connected to anyone. Towards the end of the week I opened a case on PayPal - I got an immediate email (not via PayPal) from Brendan saying there were manufacturing difficulties (strange they wouldn't have such a standard item in stock) and it would be ready Monday. Monday came and went with no updates on delivery date - my email asking for new delivery date not answered. Towards the end of that week I elevated it in PayPay - got an immediate email (not via PayPal) from Brendan saying "Don't you want it any more ?" I then waited out the time as PayPal's request to them for an explanation was also unanswered as far as I could see and then a month after I'd ordered PayPay refunded me.
There are reviews like this going back almost 10 years. They have no dedicated customer service at all and only ever responded to me when prompted by PayPal. So, if your order goes wrong in any way be prepared.

I need a replacement wrapped MDF panel with a rounded edge, something rare nowadays, but which the Bath Panel Store said they could provide. I send a drawing and they said they'd need to confirm the colour, and sent me a sample. It was fine, so I asked them how I could order the panel.
No response to emails or telephone or chatbot! I sent another enquiry from a different email address and received a cheery response. When I repeated my 'how do I order?' there was again no response.
...it seems an odd way to run a business, but at least I'd not parted with any cash, unlike some of the people on here who have been blanked. Wish I'd read reviews earlier and saved my time too.

Very happy with purchased curved bath panels …
We ordered panels for a curved bath that we had to cut to size due to uneven floor/bath rim measurements. Product delivered in given time frame and in good condition.
Job is now complete and happy with result, it was difficult to find another solution so very happy we have a good solution. My husband cut and fit it himself which wasn’t easy as is outside his skill set but we managed to find a good total fitting solution.
Some additional fitting solutions might be useful for novices like us but otherwise happy with purchase.

Please avoid this company
Please avoid this company, they are at best completely incompetent, but I suspect more likely deliberately scamming customers. I received a damaged bath panel, emailed immediately, phoned multiple times over 2 week period, no answer to calls or emails. I’m now £250 out of pocket and trying to recover money via bank. Please try calling their sales number if you need any further convincing, they will not answer. My experience seems fairly consistent with other reviews, only wish I’d read them before ordering.

Very Poor Communication
I ordered a custom made bath end and side panel for a customer. Everything went smoothly until delivery, when only one panel was received. This was on 5th Feb 2024. I emailed to chase the other panel. I got a reply a few days later with a promise to send out the missing panel. 8 weeks later, and after several ignored emails and attempted phone calls (you can never get through), I still don't have the missing bath panel. I feel that this issue is never going to get resolved if I can't get through on the phone and my emails go unanswered. Terrible customer service!!!

The installation of a custom curved bath panel
The installation of a custom curved bath panel seemed expensive initially, but it turned out to be a high-quality product and a much cheaper option compared to replacing the entire bath. Other stores only offered the latter option as they couldn't identify the original make. The service was speedy and the installation was spot on. Both the store and the installer went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed. They even questioned our original choice of colour and sent out a swatch to confirm. Thank you!

Avoid. Not even worth one star
I ordered a trade pack bath panel , Gloss white in a modern style .
I unpacked the panels to find most of the 100mm panels to have lumps or bubbles under the finished surface , this product is manufactured to a very low standard , only finished on one side and not worth the money .DO NOT BUY customer service does not exist .
After emails and continuous phoning to a number which no one answers , I have no way of getting my money back .

I read the bad reviews and almost didn’t use bath panel store but I couldn’t find anyone else that made custom bath panels
I ordered a custom bath panel on a Monday, panel arrived on the Friday and was a perfect fit and looks fantastic!
The panel needed to be cut to exact requirements to accommodate boxed in piping which included some angled cuts. As I said earlier, the fit is perfect, I couldn’t be happier
When I ordered the panel, I received an email, when the panel was being manufactured, i received an email and when the panel was dispatched I received an email and a tracking Id
I also emailed the company before I ordered the panel with some questions and they replied in a day or two
Based on my experience, I would recommend bath panel store and would use again

Never respond to emails, never answer phones. We need our money back and with no returns process on their website we have no way of getting it back.

Awful company
Awful company, avoid them and toilet seat store (they are one and the same thing) at all costs. I ordered a toilet seat bar hinge in what was supposed to be of "solid brass construction" with stainless steel fittings. What arrived was an awful lightweight die cast piece of chinese generic rubbish I could have bought for a quarter the price. Trying to get hold of them so I can return for a full refund is impossible. They dont answer the phone, there is no live chat and they dont respond to the electronic forms I have submitted either.

No refund, terrible customer service
Really disappointing and extremely frustrating experience. I ordered a bath panel and cancelled 15 hours later as I realised it was the wrong depth. I knew that their T&Cs said you could cancel within 24 hours for a full refund but, even though I emailed about 8 times and called, the bath panel arrived at my door a week later. I refused delivery as I didn’t want to pay return fees for something I had cancelled. Then, after 10 days of emails with no response, they refunded me 50% of the price, citing their policy on needing to cancel within 24 hours! I have email proof that I cancelled within 15 hours, but they appear to have ignored this repeatedly. I know many other people who have experienced customer service issues with this company but i stupidly hoped it wouldn’t happen to me! I am now over a £100 out of pocket, with no hope of getting my money back as I have never received an email response from them. I sadly don’t recommend this business at all.

Quality of item and packaging poor.
Ordering and delivery: This was the only supplier I could find that could supply a replacement plinth for an otherwise perfectly good existing gloss white panel. The plinth arrived exactly when expected but the packaging was inadequate. The plinth was placed loosely between two very roughly cut bits of cardboard and taped round with a few bits of parcel tape. The plinth was able to move around inside the package and all four sides were visible and accessible from outside the package. When opened one end has clearly been water damaged. Miraculously, considering the packaging, there was no other damage.
Quality: The plinth was described as vinyl wrapped but was actually not wrapped or coated on the back. The plinth we were replacing was coated on the back so it is disappointing I am having to replace it with an inferior (already water damaged) product. I won't be ordering from this supplier again but will be heading for my local plumbers merchant instead.

Great product and company
What a great idea this is, panels to replace your tired,cracked original panel. And what a lovely person Brendan is. No he doesn't answer the phone. But he answered every emailed query I sent him promptly and politely. Our original order arrived with the packaging damaged so as per Brendan's instructions we refused to accept it. Brendan sent out a replacement within 48 hours. We had hired a handyman to fit it for us, unfortunately he was not able to do it so we did it ourselves. We built a frame for the panels using flexible mdf and a couple of batons, stuck on the panels and siliconed it in. It looks amazing we are so pleased with it. Honestly buy with confidence from this company, the product is excellent and Brendan is very responsive and helpful.
