Our dog loves barking heads food But we don’t love the delivery
Our dog loves barking heads food, but this was our second bad experience with the delivery. We will give the company one more chance then we shall give Forthglade a go. We ordered 48 pouches which came in a big heavy box & it was left near the road with no notification - all the other delivery drivers can manage to deliver it to our door. We are both pensioners and struggled to get the box up the drive!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that this was your second poor delivery experience, particularly given the size and weight of your order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find a large box left near the road without any notification, and we are especially concerned to hear that you both struggled to move it up the drive.
This is not the level of service we want our customers to receive, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention, we have opened an investigation into your delivery issues. We value your support and are sorry that this experience has left you considering due to these delivery issues.
Kind Regards
Chris

Still the only cat food my li'l…
Still the only cat food my li'l Princess often enjoys, saying she's fussy is an understatement.
Her favourite is definitely the Senior Moments dry food, she eats that with relish, it's up there with cat treats for her. Very happy to have found a company who put thought and effort into their products; she enjoys the recipes based wet food too.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We absolutely love hearing about our feline customers, and Princess sounds like she knows exactly what she likes!
We're delighted that Senior Moments has earned such a special place on her menu, and it's wonderful to hear that she enjoys our wet food recipes too. Winning over a truly fussy cat is no small achievement, so we're thrilled we've found a place in Princess's good books.
Thank you for your kind words about the thought and care that goes into our products. Feedback like yours means the world to us.
Warm Regards
