Astonishing.
Astonishing. Two cats with sensitive stomachs were unwell on everything. Within days of switching to MH, one was completely better and two weeks later so is the other. This is an excellent product.

Two stars for the prompt delivery
Two stars for the prompt delivery. Box arrived undamaged but 3 of the pouches inside had split, spilling the contents. The smell was disgusting and the whole box was infested with dead and living maggots. Raised a case with BH but the case was closed without offering a response, let alone a resolution

Svar fra Barking Heads & Meowing Heads
We're very sorry to read about your experience. While we're pleased that your order arrived promptly, it's extremely disappointing to hear that several pouches had split in transit and that the contents had spoiled, leaving the box in such an unacceptable condition.
We're equally concerned to hear that you raised this with us and felt your case was closed without a response or resolution. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration.
If you could please check your junk and spam folder as sometimes our emails do go into there. If you still have not received a response after checking this, please do feel free to call our lines where we can investigate this further for you.
Please be assured that your feedback has been noted, and we're sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

hmm..not sure now
OK so I did previously give this company 5 stars. However, since subscribing the food has increased in price every month (that is only over a few months) and with every order I receive emails to leave a review on Trustpilot. I have emailed the company to inform them that I had already left a review but obviously fallen on deaf ears. my dog likes the food but he also enjoys other brands and as it is not his main meal of the day I may be looking elsewhere .

Thank you for taking the time to update your review and share your honest feedback. We're delighted to hear that your dog enjoys our food, but we're sorry to learn that you've been disappointed with the recent price increases and the review request emails you've continued to receive.
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive repeated requests after you've already taken the time to leave a review, and we're sorry that your email regarding this appears not to have resolved the issue. We also appreciate that regular price increases can be a significant factor when deciding where to shop.
We truly value your support and your previous 5-star review, and we're sorry that your recent experience has left you considering other options.

Meowing Heads is brilliant
Meowing Heads is brilliant. Unfortunately our cat now requires a special renal diet which means we had to stop using Meowing Heads. But we would 100% always consider using them again. Recommended. Good quality pet food, and reasonable prices.

Our dog loves barking heads food But we don’t love the delivery
Our dog loves barking heads food, but this was our second bad experience with the delivery. We will give the company one more chance then we shall give Forthglade a go. We ordered 48 pouches which came in a big heavy box & it was left near the road with no notification - all the other delivery drivers can manage to deliver it to our door. We are both pensioners and struggled to get the box up the drive!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that this was your second poor delivery experience, particularly given the size and weight of your order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to find a large box left near the road without any notification, and we are especially concerned to hear that you both struggled to move it up the drive.
This is not the level of service we want our customers to receive, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention, we have opened an investigation into your delivery issues. We value your support and are sorry that this experience has left you considering due to these delivery issues.
