Good food. Let down by delivery
I have 4 cats. 3 of them love it . The other one thinks I’m trying to poison him!! Can not get him to eat any of the flavours . I think he is just a cheap date and doesn’t know what is good for him so I will persevere. I had been looking for another wet food with a high meat content and this fit the bill. Would have given another star but delivery was dreadful.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're delighted to hear that three of your cats are enjoying the food and that it has been a great fit for most of your feline family. We certainly understand that some cats can be a little more particular than others when it comes to mealtimes!
We're sorry to hear that the delivery experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we're disappointed that it let down what was otherwise a positive experience. I had a subscription to a couple of barking heads products, but had far too much, and missed the email saying the next order was due. The order was processed before I spotted this, so I emailed them, and despite the order being out for delivery they cancelled it, asked the courier to return it, and gave me a refund.
You never know how good a company is until you have a problem. Barking heads have passed the test with flying colours, you couldn't get better service than that. Would 100% recommend.

Disappointment
I was very disappointed that for a second month running as a monthly subscriber there was not sufficient stock to fulfill my order. The food is excellent but getting a guaranteed delivery is not

Svar fra Barking Heads & Meowing Heads
We're very sorry to hear that, especially as this is the second month in a row that we've been unable to fulfil your subscription order due to stock availability. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be, particularly when you rely on a subscription for a regular delivery.
We appreciate your kind words about the quality of our food, but we recognise that excellent products must be matched by a reliable service. Your feedback is important and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continue to improve stock availability and the subscription experience.
