Fantastic service and price is almost good.

I purchased a refurbished HDD at a very reasonable price, which was delivered securely the next day. It looks to be an ex-server drive with over 6 years 24/7 use.

Looking at the initial SMART scan I could see that the drive had been previously been periodically checked for errors and that the drive was in perfect health. I performed a full extended SMART scan and a full write test to the drive - performance was excellent and the drive remained 100% healthy.

I was absolutely thrilled to see that Bargain Hardware offer Linux and BSD options for some of their configurable products and for that reason alone I will continue to check available products on the website. It gave me complete confidence and peace of mind that they know exactly what they're doing in this industry.

I am 100% happy with the product and overall experience. 5 stars for Bargain Hardware, a great company to do business with.

Above and beyond customer service. I bought 3 SAS disks and one had a few errors. I emailed support and geared myself up for a lot of emails to and fro.
I could not be more wrong, I recieved an email with RMA details first thing Monday and the next day a courier turned up with a replacement drive and took the old one away. You can buy hardware anywhere but this level of support, I thought, had gone forever.

Bought an HP Z8 G4 workstation that arrived with damage in transit. Although this was down to the courier and through no fault of their own, Bargain Hardware handled the RMA superbly — Ben arranged to collect the unit, replace the motherboard, chassis and faulty RAM, fully tested the machine, and turned it around quickly with clear updates the whole way. It's been running under sustained full load since it arrived with zero memory errors.

You really learn what a company is made of when something goes wrong, and they were professional and thorough throughout.

In addition, having seen the build quality of these workstations, I'd be reluctant to buy a consumer PC ever again (my background is in PCs, having never used a workstation before) — proper ECC memory, serviceable parts, and engineering in a different league. I'd happily buy from them again. Highly recommended.

i went looking for a rather obscure workstation pc tower, specifically hunting for a chassis only for a personal project. although there was a minor issue with the website, customer service was extremely helpful (and prompt!) getting me set up with a custom order for just what i needed. despite my rather specific requirements, Chris was efficient and cordial, and delivery was super quick. thankyou!

Had a small issue with the charger sent with I pad purchased. E mailed the team who got back straight away, offered replacement and sent out the same day! Excellent! Well done

Communication is great at Bargain Hardware, a beautifully designed website and if you slip up their support team are fantastic and will fix it in minutes. Believe me this is a 10/10 company.

Only a small order this time but still treated with the highest respect and care, great ordering experience as always. I like the web application and its dynamic customisation features but just a SAS drive and caddy today - well packaged, great price, quick delivery, works perfectly on home server lab. Thank you.

I purchased a Z8 G4 HP workstation at the end of last year. It was unbelievably well specced for the money and appears very well built. The customer support also gave me some good advice when configuring the machine. It came quickly and was packaged well.

This review relates to the second purchase I have made from Bargain Hardware and the experience was as good as the first . Their team was able to take my description of what I wanted to achieve and convert that into a specification , efficiently presented, and rapidly delivered at a very competitive rate
The actual hardware functions flawlessly and precisely as expected . Some additional requests have been met with the same level of care and attention , such as when I decided to add extra ram to the HP server , they were able to check records and ensure that everything matched seamlessly.
