My experience was amazing from start to finish. From the co-ordinator, nurse and surgeon all were so professional and kind.
My results were even better than I imagined and if I ever need any surgery in the future I would only use Dr. Kul.
The transport, hotel and hospital all superb.
Everything that is promised is delivered.
I can’t recommend him enough.

I had a great experience with this clinic everyone was so friendly and very attentive from start to finish il definitely be going back I got home 2 days ago and I feel brilliant better than I thought I would of this doctor did my surgeries he’s fantastic changed my life so anyone considering getting anything done I would recommend this clinics 100 percent Thankyou to everyone that helped me

Ich schreibe diese Worte, weil ich noch heute kaum glauben kann, was mir passiert ist und weil ich möchte, dass niemand anderes dasselbe durchmachen muss.
Im Oktober 2024 wurde ich über einen Bekannten an diese Klinik verwiesen, um eine Brustoperation durchführen zu lassen.
Ich vertraute darauf, in guten Händen zu sein, und zahlte 2.200 €.
Die ersten Wochen nach dem Eingriff schienen harmlos – doch dann begann mein Albtraum.Drei Wochen nach der Operation entzündete sich zunächst eine Brust von innen, dann die andere. Die Nähte platzten auf, aus mehreren Stellen lief über Wochen und Monate Eiter und Blut. Es war die Hölle auf Erden! Mein Körper kämpfte gegen eine massive, immer weiter fortschreitende Entzündung. Ich bekam am Ende eine Blutvergiftung – ich war kaum mehr bei Kräften, lag ein halbes Jahr lang im Bett und hatte mehrfach das Gefühl, dass ich das nicht überleben werde.Trotz der schlimmen Schmerzen, der Angst und Verzweiflung bekam ich von der Klinik kaum Unterstützung. Eine Mitarbeiterin, die sich dort als medizinische Assistenz ausgab, verhielt sich abweisend, herablassend und völlig empathielos. Ihre ständigen Sätze wie „Das vergeht irgendwann“ waren blanker Hohn. Als ich nach medizinischen Erklärungen fragte, wurde sie sogar patzig und beleidigend. Ich fühlte mich hilflos, gedemütigt und völlig alleingelassen.Schließlich kontaktierte ich den Arzt selbst, in der Hoffnung auf Hilfe. Doch seine Reaktion war ein Schock:

Er schickte mir ein Video einer anderen Patientin, deren Brust nach der Operation schwarz geworden und teilweise abgestorben war und meinte wörtlich: „Sei froh, dass deine nicht so aussieht.“ Danach fügte er hinzu: „Was erwartest du für so wenig Geld?“ Diese Worte werde ich nie vergessen. So respektlos, kalt und unprofessionell kann man einem Menschen nicht entgegentreten, der gerade um sein Leben kämpft!Über meinen Bekannten wurde mir später mitgeteilt, ich könne doch einfach für einen Tag anreisen – er würde mich morgens erneut operieren und am Abend könne ich nach Deutschland zurückfliegen. Nach allem, was geschehen war, kam das für mich nicht infrage. Ich bin sicher: Wäre ich noch einmal hingeflogen, hätte ich das nicht überlebt.
Erst durch eine konsequente Umstellung meiner Ernährung, den Einsatz alternativer Heilmethoden und eine dreiwöchige Kuraufenthalt konnte ich langsam wieder zu Kräften kommen.
Doch die physischen und psychischen Narben bleiben.Heute – eineinhalb Jahre später bin ich körperlich gezeichnet und seelisch tief verletzt.
Meine Brüste sind entstellt:
Beide Brustwarze sind deutlich unterschiedlich groß.
Eine wie eine 20Cent‑Münze, die andere wie ein 2Euro‑Stück.
Die linke Brust ist durch falsche Nähte deformiert und wirkt, als wäre sie in drei Hälften geteilt.
Ich hatte früher große, schöne Brüste, jetzt blicke ich in den Spiegel und sehe Vernarbung, Dellen und das sichtbare Zeichen eines Albtraums, aus dem ich nur knapp mit dem Leben davongekommen bin.Ich habe sämtliche WhatsApp und Telefonaufzeichnungen,
die meine Aussagen belegen.
Und ich weiß inzwischen: Ich bin nicht die Einzige, die mit diesem Arzt lebensgefährliche Erfahrungen gemacht hat.
Ich schreibe das aus tiefster Überzeugung und mit allem Schmerz, den ich erlebt habe: Diese Klinik darf keinem Menschen mehr anvertraut werden.
Mein dringender Rat:
Meiden Sie diese Klinik es geht hier nicht nur um Schönheit, sondern um Leben und Gesundheit!

I traveled to Istanbul from the uk for my tummy tuck and liposuction.I would recommend DR BARAN KUL as my whole experience was amazing from start to finish. My operation went well and I am a new woman with my flat tummy.The whole team were amazing and even when I returned home I was able to ask my nurse any concerns I may off had and she always replied swiftly and put my mind at rest .Im 3 months out now and planning to return later this year for an arm lift.I am very happy that I chose DR BARUN KUL.Honestly I am amazed at how different my tummy is now,I love it x

On 07/11, I underwent a breast reduction and lift surgery performed by Dr. Baran Kul. The transfer services, the entire hospital staff, and everyone at Bricks Hotel were extremely polite and helpful. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Baran Kul provided thorough and detailed explanations, which made me feel comfortable and allowed me to enter the operation calmly and without stress. His assistant Serhan and my nurse Nupel were very attentive, and all my questions were answered promptly. I am very satisfied with my decision to choose Coolest Clinic and Dr. Baran Kul.

Dr. Baran Kul is an exceptionally kind, honest, and professional doctor. From the very beginning, I felt truly well cared for. He is clearly not money-driven and always puts his patients’ health and safety first. I am a smoker, and he initially advised me not to proceed with surgery, encouraging me to quit smoking first and return later. If money had been his priority, he would not have cared – this alone says a lot about his integrity and ethics.

In the end, I decided to go ahead with the surgery (Mommy Makeover), and I could not be happier. The operation went extremely well, the healing process was very fast, I had no severe pain, and the results are absolutely beautiful.

I would like to give special praise to Fadime, the assistant, and Nupel, the nurse who took care of me. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. They still check in on me, ask how I’m feeling, request follow-up photos, and genuinely care about their patients. This level of aftercare is truly rare.

Overall, an amazing doctor with an outstanding team. I am 100% satisfied and can recommend Dr. Baran Kul and his entire team with complete confidence.

I’m looking to book to have a Mommy Makeover includes breast Implant and uplift, Vaser liposuction(abdominal area and love handles) and tummy tuck(mons lift and muscle repair included).

Can anyone who has had this done show me there scares please as this is my biggest worry

If you planning to have tummy tuck and liposuction 360 we highly recommend Dr Baran kul. Wife did a tummy tuck and lipo360 by Dr Barankul and the result is so amazing we are so happy that we choose the coolest clinic.
Our coordinator Serhan was very caring and helpful 🤌🏾 our postop nurse Nupel was very helpful and caring with fluent English. The surgery was in may 2025 which is month a go but the progress is so amazing with no complications Thank God🙏 and Dr Baran kul 🙏 they reply to our concerns very fast and that’s all you need after a big surgery like this . Generally our experience was Great!!!!

Hello.Im considering surgery and it would consist of a tummy tuck and 360 lipo,can anyone please advise me on there treatment if they had the same the after care and rest and how long it was till they could fly home safely thank you

I had surgery on March 18. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Baran did a great job, the hospital staff was nice, although not many people spoke English, but thanks to Google Translator everything went well. we had a wonderful lady who served us food, greeted us with a tender smile and a kiss on the forehead, I had great care, an extra night in the hospital at no additional cost, dressings was changed every day and all medications were administered on time. My representative, Burak, was super helpful, I was a little worried because the communication with him before the surgery wasn't always the best. I believe that the time for a consultation before the surgery is very short, everything happens very quickly, I did not have the opportunity to compare the sizes of the implants, which meant that I chose an implant size with which I am not completely satisfied. I will also add that we had a wonderful driver, Cuma Ali, who was very helpful, helped us with our luggage, always wrote if we needed additional help. he was one of those people who gave me an additional sense of security at a time when I was completely helpless and very dependent on the help of others. I will also add that I returned home safely, everything healed well. I'm.in touch with nurse Nupel ,she is always happy to answer all.my questions.

Firstly I want to say I never write reviews . However reviews played a massive part for me when researching for my chosen surgeon / clinic.

From picking me up from the airport via private transfer to dropping me back off at the airport 7 days later I literally have zero complaints or anything negative to say about my whole experience
what an absolute magician DR BARAN KUL is. what a talent this man has. Wow! I’m 3 weeks post op and I’m obsessed with my results already. I’m heeling amazing and had zero complications. My scars are so neat and hardly noticeable already . He has given me a new lease of life and I’ll be forever grateful.
The moment I met him, I felt at ease .He is a very professional ,Honest ,genuine man . And you can clearly tell he loves his job and not in it for the money.
So massive thank you to you DR Baran Kul and the team that works along side you.

My 2 night stay in the clinic (coolest clinic) was fantastic, all the nurses were lovely (no struggle with communication) as this was one thing I was worried about. they made sure I was comfortable and managed my pain amazing getting me through the first 3 days which was the hardest for me.

From the minute I enquired about the procedure NUPEL ( patient coordinator) was very responsive with replying to my messages and very informative with replies to all the questions I asked. She was with me every step of the way from day 1. And since I’ve been home she’s remained the same. She literally can’t help you enough. She’s an absolute babe inside & out.

I honestly can not recommend this surgeon / clinic enough.

MMO and BACKLIFT 15th Dec
From booking to arriving home was a smooth professional process.
The team, staff and Dr Baran Kul were absolutely amazing. I had a MMO and backlift and never been so bloody happy. Outstanding work from Dr Kul, my incisions and scars are soooo neat, my nurse Demet who visited me in the hotel everyday was amazing and sooo lovely even helped me 2 have my 1st shower would always go outher way 2 make sure i was ok and comfortable before leavinv and even washed my compression garmets for mewas looked aftwr from day 1 from every bit of staff including cleaners.
Even after arriving home she would continually message to make sure everything was ok and always on hand 2 answer any questions
5* service from start to finish. Im sooo happy with my results Dr Kul has changed my life and my confidence and im never been happier

I had an amazing experience at Dr Baran Kul’s clinic in January 2024. All the team were amazing from collection at the airport to drop off for my departure home. Nursing and clinical staff put my mind at ease with all the information I could need pre op. Dr Kul was helpful, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I felt safe in his hands. Post op care by every member of staff was amazing and efficient. Timing of meds, information on what was next and what to expect was incredibly helpful. Translation services were on hand at any point. Once back at the hotel nursing staff visited and were in constant contact via telephone and messaging. The slightest query was answered quickly, no such thing as a silly question. Back at home still contacted regularly and queries answered promptly and happily. Post op guidance has been brilliant. Huge thank you to Mr Kul for transforming my life and my eternal gratitude to all his team for their care and continued support.

Highly recommended dr Baran kul is the best I had surgery in the uk that was a worse experience compared to Istanbul ! , the staff are really really genuinely nice people treat you with the up most respect at all times , one thing I was when I went was terrified, all the staff made me feel such at ease as soon as I meet them the whole process from landing to getting to the hospital was a fantastic experience well looked after ,I can’t say enough if you want surgery go here you will not be disappointed im the happiest I’ve ever been since I went for my operation and can assure I will definitely going back in the near future

I had surgery with Dr Baran Kul on November 8th 2023 I had a extended tummy tuck, Muscle repair, 360 lipo, fat transfer to hip dips and a Bbl Dr Kul was so caring at the initial consult and advised me that he will not risk my life and will only do what is possible which was very reassuring.

I went into surgery and came out a few hours later to the most amazing team of nurses they were absolutely loving and caring gave me my pain medication and assisted me with anything I needed I wass well looked after when I was most vulnerable.

The first night was a little rough but with all the love and support I got from the nurse I done really well and knew I was in great hands.

The stay at the hospital was 2 nights in total and Overall the stay at the hospital was amazing.

Upon coming home I seen my gp and she was so pleased with the scarring and Dr Kul's professionalism and his amazing work !!!

DR Kul has hands of gold. His scar work is amazing. His work overall is amazing I am ecstatic with how my body looks I feel amazing !!!

I had surgery with Dr Baran Kul on October 19 2023 I had a lower body lift, back lift, FDL tummy tuck and breast lift. Dr Kul was so caring at the initial consult and advised me that he will try his best to do all surgeries in one time but my health was paramount and if under surgery anything happened he will stop and we would do the rest at a later date. I would never forget how he was pacing up and down the room and thinking about my surgery. He kept telling me your health is number 1. I went into surgery and a few hours later I came out and thankfully he was able to do all procedures.

The first night was tough but I had a young gentleman named Saleh, he was my angel. He took care of me like I was his sister, made sure I couldn’t feel any pain and was as comfortable as can be. He kept checking in on me every 20-30mins.

The stay at the hospital was meant to be 2 nights but Dr Kul kept me there for 5 days to make sure I was doing fine. Overall the stay at the hospital was amazing.

Aftercare was also amazing had a lovely nurse named Demut she was so caring and would come out to check up on me.

I did however get a small case of necrosis that was nipped right in the bud and the team were on it from day one making sure it wasn’t spreading or getting worse. Thankfully it’s been managed.

To be honest I didnt mind if it scarred as it was just minor skin necrosis but he insisted that he cuts it out and fixes my scarring to be perfect.

I had another surgeon check my scarring and he couldn’t fault Dr Kul’s work.

He honestly has hands of gold. His scar work is amazing. I’ve healed amazingly everywhere else and his team Nupel, Burak, Demut & Saleh are angels.

I have to say that Baran Kul is an amazing surgeon .I had tummy tuck, 360 vaser liposuction, breast uplift with implants and I am very happy with the results. I am 6 weeks post and healing pretty well. If you think to do it , JUST DO IT.
Serhan was always replying fast and explaining everything.Demek ( the nurse) was lovely and really helpful . Nupel replies fast in any questions I have after surgery.
Drivers and the staff at the clinic were very kind .

The experience was lovely from the start to the finish, Dr Baran Kul is one of the doctor I would definitely recommend! The nurses and the staff from coolest clinic are amazing and really helpful. Serhan was one of my favourite he patiently answered all my questions and maked sure I was comfortable in the hospital. After two days they’ve dropped us back to the bricks hotel it was lovely there aswell. My aftercare Nurse Demet was the best she was there anytime i needed her, she helped me a lot.
