Had a good experience everyone was professional and kind. I had my boobs done and I am extremely happy with them. They are very natural looking which is how I wanted them. I will be back soon for more surgery. ✌️😁

I decided to go to coolest clinic to Dr Baran kul after I’d seen a friend who was treated there, her experience had been very good from start to finish, what did it for me was how very neat her scar was so I messaged and sent pictures, paid my £100 deposit and booked flights for me and my husband. Serhan was very helpful and answered all my questions. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our hotel, which was lovely and the following day picked up to go to the clinic. Dr kul came and measured me up for my uplift and implants, he was very thorough and made me feel at ease, I had previous implants which I’d been told where under my muscle but he instantly knew they where over the muscle and completely different, I just felt very at ease with him and knew already I’d made the correct choice, I was very nervous going down to theatre and was given something to relax me and all the staff where lovely I honestly didn’t have that good of care in the UK, after surgery I was taken back to my room to my husband and given pain medication thankfully as by then I was in quite a bit of pain which I believe now to have been because I went under the muscle, my breasts where very high but Dr Kul assured me they would drop and settle and the did there was absolutely nothing to worry about. I thought the language barrier would be awful but it was quite the opposite and the next day I was discharged to the hotel, I was checked on via WhatsApp and the day after the lovely nurse came to shower me and change my dressings, everything went well in the following days and I was discharged to go home. It’s been 5 months now and I very very happy with my results so much so I’m planning to go back for a tummy tuck, I trust Dr Kul and his team and I’ve recommended him to friends and clients of my own x

My recent surgery was my second visit to Dr Barun Kul . This should speak volumes , I had my FDL 2 years ago and 4 weeks ago I had a thigh and arm lift with breast augmentation. My whole experience was amazing from start to finish , I can not thank Dr Kul and the whole team for my journey. The scars are incredible and the care and support I received was second to none , thank you 🙏

I Came to The coolest clinic to have Breast uplift with implant done I couldn’t recommend Dr BarenKul And his staff, they were absolutely amazing. I felt safe & comfortable and the hotel was pefect, I couldn’t be any happier with my results thank you.

Everything was brilliant until I got home.

I’m not allowed to reveal his name on this review but it begins with S. He booked my surgery with dr tugrul. A month before my surgery he asked me if I wanted to pay extra £700 to have my surgery done by dr baran kul- I said if I could do a payment plan for it then I would consider it. He said he will speak to a manager and let me know. He never got back to me so I assumed I was having dr tugrul as originally planned. On the day, they said dr baran kul was doing my surgery. I didn’t question it as I had paid my original price and nothing was mentioned of the extra £700. My surgery was a week ago and I have received a message from S for £700 in total. I said there hasn’t been an agreement to pay this extra as I didn’t receive a reply about a payment plan. I have been sent abusive messages threatening me and my children, saying how he hopes they get hurt and blocked me. All messages from serhan have been unsent immediately after sending because of how disgusting they were. He said I was never welcome back again and hopes something goes wrong with my recovery. Very unprofessional and embarrassing behaviour for a grown man. You made a mistake, you didn’t communicate properly, you mentioned nothing about money to be owed when I was making payment on the day of my surgery, don’t be mad at me for your incompetence. Ruined my experience here when I had nothing bad to say about the place. Just goes to show it is all about the money they can make and the commission they earn off each patient rather than ensuring they are delivering quality customer service. He didn’t care about me, he only cares what he can earn from me. 1 person can ruin it all. He has my address and other personal details I am worried what he is going to do with them due to the nature of his threats.

On a positive note, every other staff member was absolutely wonderful. I travelled alone and felt safe the entire time, everything went smooth. The hotel is immaculate and the staff do everything to help you. The hospital staff are lovely and take great care of you. Dr Baran Kul is extremely professional and amazing at his job. My results are fantastic and my recovery has been great.

The only downfall was the greedy man S-han who I booked the surgery through. So be careful with him. Nice as pie when you’re handing money over, but his true personality shows afterwards.

I went to the clinic sia and the surgery was terrible never pay cash the police say you cant chase it i.was scammed ripped off and they lied about all things thet said they were going to do ! Never hand cash to these people its a illigal business and police are informed!

So the two star rating is for the hotel and airport and pickup service. I think it was quite smooth. I'll give them a thumbs up for that.

I don't usually leave a review for anything, but i think i would have found it helpful if i had found a review of a hair transplant procedure at this clinic when deciding. It would have been very helpful. Hence i decided to leave a review for anyone who is thinking of having a hair transplant here.

I had a hairline transplant at this clinic and after a year, i must say i am very disappointed with the results. I also have feedback regarding the consultation process.

First i'll start with the result. So after one year i saw first that the density was totally off at the hairline, it looks like thinning hairline because the density did not match the hair surrounding it. So i am still left with the same problem i invested time and money to go fix. Hence requiring me to now go find a another clinic where this can be fixed.

About the consultation and surgery. First off i do not believe that the person i consulted with, that performed my hair transplant was a licensed surgeon. I believe i was dealing with a technician.
First off there was a communication barrier and also they could only answer the most basic hair loss questions. With the marketing consultant chyming in to answer some of my questions.
For example i asked questions regarding future proofing for hair loss, and about further prevention, like if i'll need some medication oral therapy and they really answered like they had no idea what i was talking about.
They only analysis they did was drawing a line on my head.
In the end it looked like just a consultation of, mark a spot shave the hair and move grafts there.
But there is an entire science to hair loss, and the persons i was talking to had no idea.
Sadly i also didn't do proper research so as to avoid making the mistake.

After shaving and laying on the table for transplant, they said they noticed some irregularity with my left temple compared to the right, and that they could fix it, they took quick pictures(note i was already on the operating table) and showed me, and asked me on the spot if they should fix it. I was a little confused as i didn't see what they were talking about.
But at the same time i thought well they are the doctors and they know better.
If only i had known i was making a huge mistake.
First off a qualified surgeon should know every choice regarding what and what not to do during the surgery should be well assessed and explained with clarity.
Secondly a good hair transplant surgeon who knows the science of hair loss would also know that density and future hair thinning should be taken in to consideration.
The result of that choice right now is first, an ill done temple line completely disproportionate from the other side. The technician simply drew a free style arbitrary template line and transplanted hair there, not taking into consideration my actual template hairline structure, so now the left is different than the right.
Secondly the left temple has a lot more volume than the right, so i looks like i have thinning on the right temple, when its in fact my natural density.

Unfortunately i only started making my research after i noticed all these and then realised my mistakes in accepting those changes.
And sadly like i said i was being treated by a technician and not a hair transplant plastic surgeon.

In any case now i have to do proper research and find a good clinic that can help fix these issues, quite sad because i didn't think i'll ever have to go through the painful numbing and uncomfortable recovery not to mention waiting several months to see results.

Thats the cost of not chosing the right clinic.

So to any one who want to get a hair transplant, do yourself a favor and look else where. Perhaps they excel at other procedures, im not sure as i never tried, but this is not the place to get a hair transplant.

Find a real hospital with good surgeons who specialise in the procedure and also understands the science of hair loss and will not give you faulty recommendations. The cheap price is not worth it.
Remember you have limited grafts and also there is time and other investments to consider.

Dr. Barankul and his team showed genuine empathy and professionalism from the very first point of contact with Serhan, to our airport pick-up driver, the hospital staff, and Nupel, our aftercare nurse. Dr. Barankul himself had such a calm and reassuring presence that immediately put us at ease. He listened carefully, asked the right questions to understand and manage my expectations, and provided clear recommendations to ensure my safety during the procedure. From start to finish my whole experience was amazing I had breast uplifted and implants and a tummy tuck with lipo and muscle repair. The nurses were amazing didn’t try the food as I wasn’t hungry the hotel the bricks is also amazing. Dr kul will definitely be seeing me again x

Returning to dr baran for a 2nd time I had breast implants 2 years ago and recently I had liposuction and tummy tuck
Due to my health conditions dr baran took all precautions and would not perform any surgery that would keep me in theatre for a prolonged period he put my health first at all time even with me requesting additional surgery he would not carry this out as wasn’t safe I’m so greatful for this and doing my surgery in stages ensure I am safe
The whole experience start to finish is excellent from airport to hospital to hotel contact with coordinator nurse interpreter everyone is just amazing I felt well looked after and in safe hands
The after care I am still having with the nurse daily puts my mind at ease if I have any concerns I am healing well and extremely happy with the results I will always return to dr baran in future

Come to this hospital to have surgery and couldn’t recommend them enough felt very welcome doctor baran kul and the staff was absolutely amazing, the hospital was very nice and very comfortable from experience I definitely would recommend them to everyone I’d give them more then just 5 stars thank you all so much for everything and will definitely be back soon

Disgusting. Said there would be no extra charges, then I was forced to pay an extra £400 because I was too poorly to leave the hospital. The Nurses were ok but didn’t speak English. The Surgeon told me to ‘stop crying in pain, you’re a woman not a baby’. I asked over and over for water. The food was disgusting. I felt so alone. Avoid at all costs.

Hi had the most amazing experience with all of the team. From the online consultations, to the day arriving to istanbul was amazing.
I felt and ease comfortable and reassured every step of the way.
Baran kul was so attentive approachable and pleasant.
To the cleaning and catering staff where all so lovely even though was a lack of communication with a language barrier they where so nice. Shout out to the elderly lady she came into my room hugged me gave me a kiss on the head and when your after surgery feeling emotionally and physically unwell that meant the world to me.
To Nupel the best nurse she was amazing and still is always in touch see how I am. Any question I had she got back to me quick no question was to big or small, absolutely doll of a lady she came to my hotel after surgery for my dressings and made me feel so much calm and relaxed.
Over all I'd recommend this place 10/10 I've already friends that have booked to to come over with my recommendation,
I've had previous surgery in Turkey and this is company is definitely the best.

The coolest clinic with the coolest experience, I was a bit worried travelling on my own but once I arrived I really felt at ease.
I had a private transport to pick me up from the airport and carry me to and from my appointments. Dr Baran and his staffs are all lovely and made me felt comfortable, not to mention the 5star hotel I stayed immaculate. I had a breast uplift with implants which went very well. I’m two weeks post opp and healing very well under the care of my nurse and following instructions I was given. If I had anymore surgery to perform I would definitely choose the coolest clinic for sure.

I had breast implants on 5-5-25. My experience was amazing from start to finish Dr Baran Kul and all his team were amazing and after an in-depth consultation I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend using coolest clinic and would definitely use them again if needed.

Récemment, j’ai eu une abdominoplastie à la clinique Coolest, et je tiens à partager mon expérience, car elle a été bien au-delà de mes attentes.

Avant l’intervention, j’ai pris le temps de bien me renseigner. Mon cœur me disait de faire confiance au Dr Baran, et aujourd’hui je suis profondément heureuse d’avoir suivi cette intuition.

Dès le début, j’ai été accompagnée par Mme Fatmanur, qui a tout organisé avec une attention remarquable. Chaque détail a été pensé, chaque étape rassurante.

Lors de ma première consultation, je pensais réaliser deux interventions. Pourtant, le Dr Baran a pris le temps de m’expliquer avec beaucoup de franchise et de bienveillance que seule l’abdominoplastie était adaptée à mon cas, en raison de mon poids. Cette honnêteté m’a beaucoup touchée. Il a choisi ma santé avant tout – un vrai professionnel, guidé par l’éthique.

L’opération a changé ma vie. Elle m’a donné une nouvelle motivation, un nouveau regard sur moi-même.

Je remercie également Mme Nupel, l’infirmière spécialisée, pour sa douceur, sa disponibilité et son soutien après l’opération. Elle continue encore aujourd’hui à répondre à mes questions avec bienveillance.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Dr Kul and his team. I booked through coordinator Serhan who was lovely. I took a friend and we got picked up in a lovely kitted out van. The hotel was really nice for our first night. We got picked up on the day of surgery, taken to the hospital and the driver was great. In hospital I had a consultation with Dr Kul who spoke excellent English. We discussed the procedures I wanted, what my expectations were, and he said he'd do his best but I needed to remember I wasn't 18 anymore lol the op was successful and I had a tummy tuck, 360 lipo, and a breast lift with implants. The nurses and hospital staff were lovely, minimal English but you can get by. The hospital food isn't great but there are shops within walking distance. We went back to the hotel a couple of days later and nurse Nupel came to see me the next day to check my stitches and dressings and help me have a shower. She's lovely, excellent English and super helpful.

My scars are healing well, everything went as well as it could and I have regular contact with Nupel who asks for updates and pictures. Highly recommend both the hospital and all the staff associated with Dr Kul. I had a great experience and am looking into further surgery with him next year.

Went to get breast enlargement and uplift. Didn’t have any conversation with the surgeon until the morning of my surgery. The lady who tried to put the needle in to my arm couldn’t find the vein so after she tried 4 times, she had to get someone else to do it. The surgeon did not sit with me and have a proper consultation regarding my breasts. Didn’t know how big of an implant they put in me until I saw the empty boxes on the side. When the nurses came in to clean my stitches, they were heavy handed and rough. They saw me in tears because it hurt so much but they didn’t seem to care. Went in to see the surgeon a couple days later and he just briefly looked at them, said nothing and then sent me away. I am now almost a year in and I hate my results. My nipples look horrible and my breasts aren’t as big as I asked for. I’m extremely disappointed and will now have to go get another surgery to try and solve the issues I’m am now left with. Considering I had an uplift, my breasts look just as saggy as when I first walked in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WASTE OF MONEY AND YOU WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED.
