Worst AfterSales experience ever
I'm a VIP4 in this website. I order a lot of stuff. Everything is fine as long as you don't need after sales support. They are okay with taking your money but not so much when they have to spend money to help. I ordered an expensive machine. Within months it broke down. I provided proof, the machine was in warranty. I tried having it fixed but I couldn't so I let them know. Support "specialists" didn't even bother reading the messages. They keep going in circles to have it fix and check the manual. I told them I couldn't and I demanded a replacement. Kept giving me scripted messages. Sometimes they would repeat the "fix the machine you have" reply. It's been over a month now. They reply whenever they please and obviously they give no solution. Side note: I contacted the live chat several times and they wouldn't do anything. They kept saying they made my issue a priority and to wait for the specialist's reply, which is how we got where we are now.
Terrible rider and customer service
Terrible customer service. Chat starts with bots, when you’re connected to a live agent, they reply with pre-compiled answers. You start with one issue, you end up the conversation with a couple of issues.

I have never experienced something like that. Simply a phone stopped working in one hour and they wouldn't refund straightforward:
Website is confusing to let discourage you from claiming. Tickets are confusing and surfing the place is just messy. Replies are always trying to divert you from claiming. Blaming language is used "your are responsible for this and that". Customer bears the proof of defective item. They ask you to send you Youtube videos to proof item is not working. They then keep asking you for more and more things to show to avoid returning item. Then after being very firm and insisting asking for a refund they ask me to go and fix it myself (a brand new phone) in a local shop and "if they agree" with the price they will refund. I obviously said no as this is really a bad thing and opening the phone will loose all the guarantees (and I will end up with a broken phone if the fix does not work). After insisting I asked for a full refund. Then they asked me the price of shipping and see if the agree in the price. I told the the price and after again insisting they accepted the refund and the shipping cost. I shipped the phone back after they send me the details. After again insisting again they keep writing ticket answers because "if you don't answer in three days" they will close the ticket. After showing the shipping tracker (you have to post pictures to them) they CLOSED the ticket unilaterally and never got my shipping cost refunded. No law applicable, no place to claim. Please think twice in which country are you buying stuff, because some of them just don't follow the same rules as in Europe. An absolute waste of time.
Do not trust Bangood
Ordered an item for £24 item did not arrive
contacted Bangood help centre they told me item was dispatched and gave me a link to the courier.
Checked the couriers site it told me order had been placed
Bangood site said order was dispatched their help centre offered me a refund I asked for a replacement
but thy told me the item was out of stock. I looked at their site and the item was on sale for £107
No wonder they didn't send the original order

Pacco mai consegnato. L’autista dichiara 3 passaggi in tre giorni diversi, noi in casa ad aspettare loro, perché non hanno neppure la compiacenza di indicarti una fascia oraria, e stranamente nessun pacco e nessun biglietto. Dopo lunga ricerca tra banggood e Bartolini lo trovo in giacenza presso un interporto a Parma via Lisbona 1 dove trovo gente ingiudicabile, che non contenta di tutti i disagi già arrecati mi fa attendere un’ora e 15 min perché da 15 min erano in pausa. Ich habe ein tragbaren Monitor aus chinesischer Direktproduktion gekauft, weil es diese Monitorgröße (19Zoll), mit Vesa Halterung, usb c Strom und Video Anschluss nur dort gab.
Insgesamt ein Glücksfall. Der Monitor ist angekommen. Relativ günstig. Qualitativ kein Highlight, aber für den TV Zweck ausreichend. Mein spezielles Problem konnte ich durch den banggood Marktplatz lösen.
Im allgemeinen würde ich bei banggood nicht einkaufen. Subjektiv zuviel Risiko nichts zu erhalten.

Sono veramente stupefatto dall'inefficienza e dalla scarsissima considerazione del cliente da parte del personale al customer support di BANGGOOD.
Mi hanno consegnato un pacco diverso da quello ordinato e fino a qui può succedere ma, da allora, e sono passati più di 20 giorni, fanno continue richieste di codici inutili e non restituiscono i la somma pagata.
Dicono che stanno controllando cosa è successo e non rispondono su cosa fare, quando potrò riavere la somma ecc.
Assolutamente sordi alle richieste di aiuto.

Banggood defective drone has not being refunded.
After getting a non working drone from Banggood I have tried to use their costumer support services but it is impossible! Designed to keep you waiting and waiting for a refund that will never come.
I have sent them all documents requested plus a film posted online to demonstrate the product is faulty and still no refund or replacement.
Please avoid buying anything from a company that will not honour the product warranty. See bellow for the transcription of our frustraiting dialog

Je regrette mon expérience avec Banggood. Les délais de livraison donnés à la commande étaient très corrects deux à trois semaines en période de fêtes et me laissaient une bonne marge pour recevoir ma commande avant Noël. Sauf que les délais se sont allongés au fil des jours et des semaines. Un objet prévu entre le 10 décembre et le 22 décembre, est toujours en attente de monter dans l'avion depuis le 15 décembre, et l'autre est chez le transporteur depuis le 14 décembre. Bien sûr, je ne peux pas faire de réclamations puisque les délais de livraison ont été repoussés au 28 décembre pour l un et 6 janvier pour l'autre. J'attends une issue favorable mais mon fils attend toujours son cadeau...
Banggood made their own warranty Law
I bought a Lenovo earbuds set and after hardly used the item, the battery is empty fast. I made a warranty claim within the first 6 months. According to EU NL warranty regulation I don't have to prove anything myself within these first 6 months. But not for Banggood. Banggood has a terrible after service and they don't care about customer service and EU NL warranty Law.

Var super tilfreds med banggood har brugt det mange gange og det sparrede mig masser af penge men tilsynenladende er nogle latterlige mennesker der fandt et våben kniv/kastestjerne de mente var farligt som om man ikke kan finde en sådan nogle ting en million steder på nettet til salg så fik de lukket for os danskere kunne benytte denne mulighed tak for bæ i fjolser ta jer sammen og få åbnet den mulighed igen frb.
