Don't use their AFFILIATE program. They don't pay commissions and if you write them proving that products have been sold thank to your affiliate links, they invent excuses like "cookies" problems or other stuff.

This is my experience. I gave my referral links to a guy who placed 7 orders, i got paid commission for only ONE order out of seven. The guy used the links at the same times, he placed the order in the same moment. Nonetheless six orders commission have not been paid by Banggood and they said in a very quick answer that probably my links were wrong.

I checked the links i generated with their system and all links were perfectly working, i sent them the screenshots and links and they just stop answer.

I asked them to delete my Affiliate account and they are not answering anymore.

Avoid to get fraud by them.

und den Drucker noch mal aus CZ Warehouse bestellt, Drucker ist nun innerhalb von 4 Tagen angekommen.
Banggod muss an seinem Aftersalesverhalten arbeiten sonst machen sie in Europa die Grätsche.

Die Qualität hat extrem nachgelassen.
Was die Produkte angeht und was Reklamationen angeht.

Aber jetzt der Hammer 3D Drucker vor 2 Monaten gekauft sollte nach 2-5 Tagen hier ankommen.
Angekommen ist leider nichts.

Nach zig Emails und Paypal Fall Eröffnung schickt mir Banggood jetzt eine andere Tracking Nummer bei der das Paket anscheinend angekommen sei - miße, dreiste aber vor allem dumme Nummer, da es davor zig Mails mit einer anderen Tracking Nummer gab...

I do not know why the bad reviews but might be because of the time it takes to receive an item. You have just got to accept it may take 2 or 3 months to receive an item to Australia. The time is usually lower but long with the global virus.

I have bought over 150 items from Banggood with one or two problems. I contacted Banggood and sent a photo of the item and they replaced it without the need to send the damaged one back.

Out of all the cheap sites Banggood has great radio controlled quadcopters and aeroplanes and will always buy here first.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE , awful ,i want to cry at this stage.

Placed my order on the 6/10/2020 ( order nr 90823462) wirh an EXPRESS shipping ,they still processing it. Estemanted time if shipping was changed nr of times,spoke to them on chat,they reassured so many times that 13th of Nov is definitely going to be shipped,but still PROCESSING my order,i ordered XIAOMI Catlink automatic litter pod ,we collecting our kitten in just few days,also not cheap item 399.99 USD
WHATS IS WRONG WITH YOU BANGGOOD? I am waiting for an Immediate response and concrete offers of how you will resolve this unfortunate situation,where buyer's rights were completely violated.
It took you second to deduct 400 USD from my account and it's taking you 33 days to ship item? Or you ok with selling products out if stock? Or you can't even give me an explanation?

Unbeliavable low professionality and ARROGANCE.
The service is really low, you place an order, they are saying that article you are purchasing is available in stock and this is not TRUE. They are accepting the payment and after they are informing you that goods will be shipped after 15-25- one months!
THIS IS A CLEAR FRAUD!
But now they want to be customer friendly, after the complaint they are suggestin to you to cancel the order and to cyhoose another similar item...
this is LACK OF CUSTOMER RESPECT! The situation is the same and they are refunding the money from to 7 to 15 days, always more than 10 days.
So, they are using the customers as their banks!
I am completly upset, they BELIEVE TO BE THE KING OPF THE WORLD. THEY REALLY MAKE PEOPLE CRAZY!
This is unfair!

The motor stopped working after using it for one day. Very poor quality

I bought a lot of drones parts and gadgets on Banggood and they arrived in perfect condition.
They have a catalogue with a lot of parts and very good customer service.
I received only one time, over about 50 orders made, a defective product and the customer response was immediate. I sent photos and videos to show the problem and they sent me a new one item.
Very good customer support! I reccomend Banggood

Żenada. Informacje podane na stronie są blędne. Oczekiwany czas wysyłki towaru to 24h. Towar znajduje się w magazynie. Rzeczywisty czas wysyłki to kilkanaście dni lub otrzymanie wiadomości po dwóch tygodniach że niestety towar jest niedostępny. Support to totalne dno. Powtarzają te same regułki że Twój towar zostanie wysłany w ciągu 24-48h po czym znowu prosisz się o jakiekolwiek informacje po mimo , że Twoje pieniazka są zablokowane i przetwarzane przez Banggood. Acquisto spesso con Banggood e non mi ero mai trovato in grandi difficoltà. Gli unici momenti un po' più fastidiosi accadevano quando mi ritrovavo a pagare il dazio doganale e dovevo dimostrare di avere ricevuto questa sorpresa.
Purtroppo da quest'anno la situazione sta degenerando. La qualità del loro lavoro è calata di molto e mi stanno dando l'impressione di non voler veramente aiutare più i clienti.
Una delle mie esperienze è la seguente.
Ho ordinato una serie di articoli elettronici. Prezzo relativamente basso. Codice di tracciamento STCPA....(Nexive, o santo cielo!!).
Aspetto la consegna a casa mia per parecchio tempo in quanto con l'emergenza COVID i tempi di spedizione sono praticamente raddoppiati in tutti gli shop online dalla Cina. In data 23 Giugno, mentre sto salendo le scale condominiali per andare in ascensore e raggiungere la mia abitazione, ore 14:20 mi arriva la notifica di avvenuta consegna del pacco. In un attimo di shock torno immediatamente giù pensando sia arrivato il postino/corriere ma non trovo nulla. Controllo nuovamente la cassetta della posta e nulla. Decido di aspettare qualche giorno, poi diventati qualche settimana in quanto avevo già avuto una simile esperienza.
Quando inizio a mobilitarmi per cercare il pacco e almeno recuperare il rimborso il servizio di assistenza Banggood mi risponde più volte di fornirgli prove scritte che non ho ricevuto il pacco. Ma stiamo scherzando? Come posso dimostrare di non avere ricevuto un oggetto che non ho mai visto?
Pazienza, mi mobilito e scrivo a tutti i corrieri che conosco incluse Poste Italiane e Nexive. Tutti mi confermano che non hanno mai ricevuto alcun pacco con quel numero di tracciamento. Lo faccio presente a Banggood che ancora mi ripete la stessa risposta copia e incolla. Giustamente alterato rispondo a tono specificando che finora (26/08/2020) il cretino che si sta facendo in 7 per carpire una qualsiasi informazione sono io. Risposta? Copia e incolla di 3 riposte precedenti.
Stamattina 26/08/2020 ricevo un altra notifica di un altro pacco che viene segnalato come consegnato sebbene io non abbia firmato ancora nulla e, ovviamente, non c'è nulla in posta.
Il negoziante ERA ottimo fino all'anno scorso ma, come un altro utente ha fatto notare, da quando si avvalgono di NEXIVE per la spedizione dei loro pacchi in Italia le tempistiche si sono estese fino a raddoppiare mentre la qualità del lavoro, e qui includo la quantità dei pacchi che si perdono nel tragitto, è deteriorata al punto che è meglio andare in Cina a prendere la propria merce.

Never order from this company. Even you do the drop-shipping or buy for yourself they know how to steal your money. I placed an order with them on the 28th of June. There were 3 items altogether (£175 total) The posted £15 worth of parts and then the other expensive camera they said out of stocks and will post in 2 weeks. But until 20th of June, nothing posted. On 20th they have given tracking ID just to convince me. But that item never handed over to the courier still tracking shows it. I requested a refund and they refused. I opened PayPal dispute. Afterwards, they just submitted the tracking with the items they initially posted to me and tried to win the case. Becasue those small parts delivered. Then I provided evidence to Paypal saying some parts of order never delivered. Then paypal contacted them again.

Afterwards, bagged made a decision saying return the parts whatever I received and they will offer full refund. They gave China the return address and forced me to return to China. Now I have to pay the return cost from my end. Then I have to wait till return arrive in China (maybe months) and then ask for a refund. Let's say something happens to return package while in transit then I'm going to lose everything I paid. Never ever order from this company. You will lose money, time etc.

Bought a drone and extra parts. 2 weeks later the extra parts show up so I inquire about the drone. It's not in stock and they don't know if/when they'll get it back in. They refund the drone only after I file a dispute but now I'm stuck with useless extra parts that I paid for. This was a 6 week headache dealing with their robotic "customer service". Absolute garbage company.

This is a very BAD COMPANY to deal with ...BUYER BE WARE .... Horrible customer service .... Not worth the cheaper price ... you will lose more time and money dealing with them . I made an order on Feb 10, 2020 for order # 85138150 and they took my money .... Due to Covid19 product was out of stock so i waited until May 2020 when they got it back in stock ... once back in stock they shipped the order in June 2020 using fedex . The package made it from California to NJ in 4 days and then it seems like someone lost it or stole it in fedex facilities . i have reach out to fedex and they are willing to investigate the issue but BANGGOOD Customer service will not help . been waiting for 70 days and have been asking to speak with a manager but No response from the BAnggood customer service ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ... NOT worth the savings

Il customer care usa solo risposte preimpostate, senza dare un vero aiuto. Passano i giorni, il tuo prodotto non arriva, li contatti (cosa difficile da fare) e ti dicono sempre di aspettare. Insomma: i sospetti sono fortissimi. NON dare retta ai vari Youtubers, che traggono vantaggi diretti dal loro rapporto con Banggood.
Nel mio caso si tratta di un drone DJI Mavic Air 2 combo. Già il pagamento è stata una sofferenza: solo Paypal (che non ho) o bonifico bancario, che richiede tempo, mentre loro mettono un timer sull'ordine (48 ore esatte, trascorse le quali l'ordine si auto-cancella, e magari il vostro bonifico è già partito !!)
Poi la spedizione: nel mio caso loro dichiarano partito il 16 luglio (20 gg fa), ma il corriere (DHL Germania) dichiara che la Spedizione è stata curata dal mittente, e quindi DHL aggiornerà lo status di tracking quando il pacco gli sarà arrivato. Dopo 20 giorni è molto, molto strano che DHL non abbia ancora ricevuto nulla...
Tutti i contatti con il call centre sono praticamente inutili: tutte risposte preimpostate, che non servono a nulla.
Quindi il consiglio è di evitare Banggood come la peste. DITELO A TUTTE LE PERSONE CHE CONOSCETE e che pensano di ordinare da Banggood !
Aliexpress, Gearbest, Amazon sono un altro pianeta. Non fatevi del male da soli !!

I tried to order a phone there, luckily they were thinking my payment card is not good enough for some reason and they did not charge me otherwise I'm sure I would be losing money too.

Now I'm trying to get rid of the account with them.

The support is straight out contantly "misleading" me for 3 weeks that is deleted and then the next guy saying again it will be deleted and continue opening meaningless cases and so on and so forth.

Meanwhile I can login and see all my addresses and they probably keep my financial information as well. They seem so bad that sooner than later they will get hacked and my details will get sold on the internet...

Totally scam, customer service is horrible, stay away at all costs. Bought an e-scooter from this website, broke in less than 2 months. Emailed them about the issue and sent them video proof. They responded they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. Okay 72 hours later no response received, email them again, they would pretend they didn't know about the case and asking me to further explain the issue. Okay I replied to that email, then received same response stating they will investigate and would respond within 72 hours. And forever like this over and over again. I first contacted them on March 2020, it's now July 2020, no progress made at all.
