Trust me, do not buy from here. Never received my product, then they fought my credit card company to instill the charge anyway. Really unfortunate given how much I love the Dead and Co. They need to align with a better company.

NO stars for this scam. Didn't receive my product and the emails with my receipt and track number magically disappeared. It's a scam. Someone get these scammers!!!

I was getting ready to order a facial product and for some reason
my payment didn't go through. My spirit told me to check their reviews and I read that they are a scam. Just saved me some money. THANK YOU GOD!!!

I ordered an item, it came open and more than half used. When I contacted them they said that it's normal. The product was also supposed to clear brown spots. It didn't.
Do not buy anything from them. They sell you rubbish and already used products.

Where is my i paid for

The product is different than described, not working, only small lights flashing. Charged more than initial offer with a discount.
Scam

Shopreivew selling SCAM products and should be banned from Australian search engines.

I have purchased a tag and mole removal. The item I have used does not do anything. It is a totally fake product.
Once, I reported through PayPal. The shop review wanted to return the product at my own cost (which is insane, knowing it is very expensive to send items back to China).

Sent wrong item then tried to claim not their problem with any return costs... SCAM company Avoid

I have been using it for 2 months 4 times a week and not lost an inch.
Total waste of money and adverts are all a hoax.
Sad part is that I still have 6 months worth of products.

I ordered a "Flawless Foundation Wand". I then sent it to my daughter whom lives across the country. She opened it and it was broken thus rendering it useless. The company lacks quality customer service and business ethics. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I am not even giving a 1 star for shopreview. Do not order even a single or tiniest piece of merchandise from this site. No delivery, no refund. At first they will respond to your first email when you follow up saying the shipment delayed because of COVID, a representative will get in youch with you, blah blah blah. After that, nothing... Horrible Customer Service. Sent empty packages of Pampas grass seeds and refuses to refund or ship a replacement. Contacted them as soon as we got them. Provided Pictures as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! YOU WILL BE SORRY AND OUT OF YOUR MONEY!

Worst online shopping site. I had ordered 3 pillows and have not received them after 7 months. When I asked for a refund, they refunded $5 less saying that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

After 3 month waiting for delivery, they still refusing to give a refund. Do not buy from this Website !!!!

If I could give ZERO, I would. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing. It's been 6 weeks since I paid for my order and I still don't have it. If they can't ship to the USA in a timely manner they shouldn't sell their crap. I will report them to PayPal and hopefully get a refund.

I ordered $30 pampas grass seeds and never received them. They say package was delivered to correct shipping address and they can’t reship or refund money. I have contacted PayPal, but since they were shipped from China, I doubt I’ll get anything back. Disgusting scamming company. Should have checked reviews first. DON’T ORDER from ShopReview.com
