Așa ceva mai rar! O banca care fură pe față cu consimțământul autorităților din România.
Schema prin care fură este urmatoarea:
Dacă ați avut vreo tranzație refuzată, banii pleacă din contul băncii Transilvania, clientul returnează banii, însă Banca Transilvania are o politica de doi lei(politică pe care nu o mai vezi la nicio altă bancă din lumea asta), anume, timpul de porcesare a returului de până la 30 de zile. Problema este că ei iți arată la tranzacții instant ca intrați pe cont banii din retur, însă la soldul contabil nu apar banii, deci practic induc clientul în eroare, iar mai apoi își iau acele 30 de zile drept de procesare a tranzacției. Schema prin care s-a întâmplat să mintă că au bagat banii, însă dacă nu ai o evidența clară, eventual fotografii făcute cu un al doi lea telefon la tranzacțiile pe care le faci în cele 30 de zile de așteptare și nu știi exact câți bani ai în cont, nu vei știi niciodată dacă au mai procesat returul sau nu. Evident i-am prins că mint și că nu au bagat banii in cele 30 de zile. Fugi de ei! Hoți cu a te în regulă!

I could NOT be authorized on my wife's account because the bank restricted this right to me abusively. They hide behind banking secrecy. Although my wife insisted that I be authorized on the account, they refused without giving us a reason. I have never had any relationship with this bank, but I asked 10 years ago to make an estimate of the default on a loan. Because I didn't take the loan, they put you on a kind of blacklist, illegal by the way, an invention of theirs. It is a bank to avoid at all costs.

Am dat 1 stea pentru abuzul pe care il fac in ultimele luni. Desi avem cont propriu Revolut Business blocheaza tranzactiile instant pe motiv ca ar fi frauduloase.
Astfel sunt nevoit sa fac plata instant catre un cont BCR si de acolo tot instant catre Revolut. BCR nu are nicio problema cu Revolut dar Banca Transilvania se teme profund.
Le-am facut sesizare aratand ca este contul nostru si nu este niciun risc.
Nu au schimbat nimic.
Peste 5 stele ii dau managerului sucursalei Tractorul Brasov. O colaborare excelenta.
Banca insa se pare ca a ajuns la un nivel de la care crede ca poate face abuzuri subtile.
De aceea m-as muta cu drag la alta banca.

Un management prost care isi bate joc de clienti, nu se respecta clientul, bancomate stricate mereu, comision pe banii tai adica nu iti merg bancomatele dar daca vreau sa retracted din banca imi ceri comision . Amenzi si penalitati ar trebui sa plateasca banca.

Ho un conto a questa banca e oggi per che avevo assolutamente bisogno di mettermi in contatto per la applicazione che ho...sono arrivata a fare 38 telefonate...senza che mi rispondono...ho scritto mail...ho provato a catture...impossibile a mettermi in contratto con loro ...e domani perdo una visita ad un professore che ho prenotato...4 mesi fa...per colpa loro

Momentan am o problemă cu această bancă din cauza unor bani trimiși prin WU și nu mi-au ajuns încă în cont. Operatorul call center este varză , nu știe pe ce lume este . Sfătuiesc banca să nu se joace cu inimile noastre , pentru ca este vorba de banii munciți de noi prin alte țări ca să putem supraviețui ! Am dat deja mult o stea ,

- 2factor SMS option to sign transactions is not working (sendind wrong or very late codes or nothing at all)
- banking app is crashing often
- nonexistent customer support
- fees on everything
- have lots of apps. None working ok

Cele mai proaste servicii. Îți irosesc o grămadă de timp și de nervi cu serviciile lor proaste. Au mai multe aplicații in loc de una și bună și cu toate acestea accesul îți este îngrădit la informație. Comisioane aproape la orice. Pe lângă astea sunt și escroci. Nu recomand. Pierdere totală de timp.

I inherited this bank - two accounts within it - from my late brother, so I had no choice or other options.
The bank, as an institution, has outdated and very bureaucratic processes - the poor reviews on this site just show that they do not listen, or cannot adapt to what customers ask or expect.
The banks' staff, on the other hand, bent backwards to help and accommodate me, despite numerous administrative shortcomings set up by the bank.
Particularly Virginia Brojba, from one location in Arad, was amazing: knowledgeable, friendly, interested to help and minimize the bank's bureaucratic impact on my time and my funds - I only have GREAT things to say about her. Too bad her excellent client service cannot compensate the backwardness of the bank.
Also, Ioana Renich, from another location, also in Arad, helped sort out an issue that seemed to be insurmountable and unsolvable, according to the bank's procedures. Between Virginia and Ioana, and after two full days of dealing with the bank, including waiting on hold three times (the call centre kicks you out after 20 minutes of muzak) my problem seems to have been solved, for now. I will see if that is the case, once I get back home, across the ocean.

4 or 5 RON per month by using their mobile banking apps, what world are we in right now to live without a phone. It’s simply unacceptable, I didn’t even notice that until I saw the transaction history today, so over the years I have lost couple hundreds of euros

Horrendous customer service wait times. Waiting for 25 minutes just to add my card to the Apple Pay wallet

I've been a client of Banca Transilvania for many years and I can say they have the lowest fees among all the banks in Romania. Additionally, it's the most digitized bank in the country and has the most advanced mobile internet banking applications. Recently, they've also launched a fintech called SALT, so Banca Transilvania is always innovating. It's true that they can be a bit disappointing on the phone, but giving the bank a bad rating for having an unpleasant experience with customer support isn't exactly fair.

Online shopping, interbank transfers - no fees. Banking the way you want it, without having to go to the counter, you can do whatever you want on your own using the two, even three, applications, NeoBT, BT Pay, and SALT.

Personally, I've had a pleasant experience with this bank in all aspects, so I give it 5 stars.

Everything works as expected, online banking, apps, services. I rarely need to go into the bank itself anymore and when I do it is a bit crowded but not much more crowded than at other banks.

Have been their client for many years and BT has come a long way. I heard they launched a new Neo Bank called Salt Bank but I didn’t check it out yet as I am already happy with my current experience.

One of the worst customer client experiences. Nobody answers to you calls, you can try as many times as you can. Even on the chat the personel is avoiding to help you, is sending you to broken links, and instead of doing their job they are leaving the chat.

Unii angajați sunt drăguți în conversație dar rezolvarea problemelor durează enorm. Așteptările la telefon tot asa.
Procedurile contra hackerilor sunt distrugătoare de nervi pentru clienții corecți.

Horrible app. Fees for everything you do. Can't login into my app, they ask me about face recognizition. After 6 years of being client.

Cel mai prost serviciu de call center din toata reteaua de banci - nimeni nu raspunde.

BT = Banca Tâlharilor . Comisioane ascunse , serviciul clienți este o glumă proasta , îți umblă în cont și îți iau banii pentru comisioane inventate ( ascunse la tranzacții) . Să vă fie rușine mizerie de bancă ce sunteți.Sper ca în viitor să aud că ati dat faliment și ati ieșit de pe piață.

Aplicatile lasa de dorit.
Am incercat sa fac un transfer din BT PAY (contul de EURO) in contul international tot de euro si nu ma lasat... am sunat le ei la callcenter sa intreb ce se intampla de ce nu pot face transferul am asteptat cam in jur de 30 de min si imi raspunde o cucoana asa mai adormita ea, imi zice ca sa raman in apel mai astept vreo 10 min.... OK astept.. revine tanti si imi zice> Veti fi sunat de catre un coleg/a in decurusul a 5 zile lucratoare...... NICI VORBA.. au trecut 2 luni si n-am fost sunat...... NISTE JEGOSI! Daca as putea sa inchid contul online as face in secunda doi, doar ca nu pot fiindca nu sunt in RO.
