Bambino Baby Anmeldelser

She spent so much time with us to find the right carrier for us. She explained everything so clearly and really helped us work out what we were after. We didn’t buy there and then but had such a great experience that when our baby arrived 3 weeks early we made a purchase on the website as we couldn’t get into the shop. It was posted the next day and arrived within a couple of days.

Fantastic service both in the store and through the website. They may not be the cheapest prices but the customer service is fantastic. Will absolutely be purchasing from them again.

Very fast delivery. Lovely item. Very happy with purchase.

Fantastic small business. I ordered the wallaby coat just before Christmas and it had to be ordered in, it arrived really quickly and Roamy kept me up to date on the progress, she was also helpful re sizes. I wanted the Bebe trek cover now we are getting into summer and this was the only UK stockist, again great customer service and it arrived really quickly. It’s a shame I live so far away otherwise I think I’d be a regular visitor to this shop!

We came to Bambino Baby after nearly giving up baby wearing. We have a high need fussy, refluxey baby who just seemed to hate her carrier. After some late night research we came into store as a last hope. We were warmly welcomed and shown through various carriers to fit our need. We were shown the correct techniques, tips and tricks for baby wearing safely and managed to find a carrier that baby finally settled in. Thank you so much for your help and advice. Will be recommending to all family and friends!

The item I wanted was out of stock so I requested being kept informed of when back in stock and Roamy could not have been better at keeping me notified. Items were received quickly and are great, too. But the customer service she provided was fab ☺️

Amazing!

After a bad experience elsewhere, I asked for advice from Roamy- who gave so much information and support. I ordered a new carrier, which she sent promptly and I received within a couple of days. Absolutley lovely lady who clearly knows her stuff- so glad I found your site! 100% recommend. Thanks again 😊😊

Package arrived in brilliant time with a fab note inside. It’s the small touches like that, that make a difference.

Only UK based company selling the product I really wanted - the Bebe Trek sun screen blanket. Love this to keep my baby protected from the sun when in the pram or sling. Postage was very fast and item came well packaged. Thank you so much!!

First time ever ordering from bambino baby!

They take pride in their customers & products, shown through their hand written personal message
Will be ordering again.

Excellent service from Bambini Baby. I had been looking for the perfect wee sleepsuit for my soon to arrive nephew and this was just the one with the beautiful illustrations of whales. Arrived much quicker than anticipated too which was lovely.

Fantastic customer service, Roamy quickly responded to my queries with such an in depth and helpful answer. I purchased the bebetrek UV suncover which arrived very quickly and the item itself is brilliant. Thank you!

Items posted quickly and as described. Would order from them again.

Absolutely faultless . many thanks

Great communication, when I placed an incorrect order. Responded swiftly and made the whole process as easy as possible. Lovely jellycat items, received swiftly, in appropriate packaging.

Bought the BEBETREK suncover.. they are the only retailers in Europe.. and even if we had some trouble with the postal service given the new rules UK - EU the seller was always super nice and responsive and help me solve the situation. I have my product and it was 100% worth it. Even if I'm not in the UK I have a feeling this seller has a highly curated babystore.. she only sells top tier products that you will use. And is super aware that the item will be useful for you.

Lovely jellycat plushies. Quick delivery, recommended seller

Fast shipping and great customer service! I accidentally purchased twice and they were very quick and cancelling the repeat payment and refunding my money. Thank you! I would highly recommend and shop here again.

Roamy is excellent! I’ve purchased slings, baby items and jellycats! Highly recommend!!

The product was delivered quickly and exactly as described, and it's absolutely fantastic!

Faultless from ordering through to the delivery.
My parcel arrived well packaged and in the time stated, communication from Bambino was good too.
