I have ordered from Baltic Peptides repeatedly. Great service, quick delivery, responsive customer support.

I placed my order on Saturday based on your explicit promise that it would be shipped on Monday. Since then, my order has not been shipped, and every one of my emails has been ignored. This is unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on my order status and a confirmed shipping date. If I do not hear back within 24 hours, I will request a full refund and open a dispute with my payment provider.

Při akci 30% sleva není zboží skladem. Akce do neděle 23:59. V pondělí 00:37 již zboží doskladněno. beru to jako podvodnou akci.
Jinak objednávka dorazí cca za 5 dni pěkně zabalena.

For the moment I didn’t purchase anything from them, but I want to specify I wrote several weeks ago to understand the guarantees and the provenience of the row, but they have never answered. I rewrote twice, still silence. Or they have to hide their facts, and that would be a problem, or they are completely unprofessional.

The first order was perfectly fine but the second one wasn’t because I got the wrong package/product

Man glaube, das das nicht notwendig sei usw.
Ich Stufe diesen Laden als unseriös ein. Lieferung mit DPD, dem schlechtesten Paketdienst aller Zeiten. PayPal hat denen das Konto entzogen, da waren wohl schon mehrere Rückforderungen in der Vergangenheit. Für mich ist BP auch Vergangenheit.

Great service, fast delivery, great products. The support is top notch, they answered my questions literally just minutes after sending them an email. The products are working great, I am 100% satisfied with them. Oh and let's not forget the prices, everything is very reasonably priced compared to similar companies. Overall, highly recommended!

I placed an order with Baltic Peptides on September 11th for nearly €600 with delivery to Belgium. Despite their website claiming "same-day shipping," my package was only dispatched 4 days later. To make matters worse, they selected DPD, which is notoriously unreliable in Belgium.
Knowing I was leaving the country for 3 weeks, I immediately sent two urgent messages to alert their customer support that the package might fail to deliver on time and get returned, creating unnecessary issues. I received absolutely no response.
It was only after my third "Urgent" message—where I explicitly warned them that I would file a dispute and initiate a chargeback via my Revolut online shopping protection—that they finally replied. Their only solution was a generic statement saying they would refund me if the package is returned to them.
I have used 7 other peptide suppliers in the past, and every single one has been exemplary compared to this experience. For a €600 order, the lack of communication and poor logistical management is unacceptable - business is risky and stressful. I will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for better customer service.
