I initially thought I had received the wrong products because the vials were packed inside a cosmetic serum bottle, which was not clear to me when I first opened the package.

My shipment was delayed by the courier. I contacted the customer service the following day and asked them to look into it and let me know. Nobody ever answered. Ever. Delivery arrived 3 working days afterwards because I personally contacted the courier service. Haven't tried the products yet so I'll write a separate review.
