DO NOT waste your money!! You pay for a subscription, and they do not live stream all games. They should let people know this information up front.

Grandparents purchased a subscription to follow grandchildren’s volleyball. Unfortunately, there have been multiple different tournaments where they are unable to receive any of the matches. Some of the times we who attended the matches were not able to find a Baller TV representative on site to help. We even called a phone number with no pickup or voicemail. Poor product.

I've been a subscriber for 3 years and every year the service deterioates. Today I missed 2 of my granddaughters games in the MadeHoops West Circuit. Last month I missed 2 games, same circuit. There is no accountability for live events. support will answer you, but nothing gets done. I'm done with them.

Can I give a -1 star instead? Multiple games only have recorded and the chat function is useless. They want the customer to jump thru hoops to try and get a refund. No wonder this company has a 1 star rating. This isn't rocket science BallerTV if you need ideas on how to better serve your customers I have many...just ask.

Terrible quality. Poor Service. After I complained and told them that I would not be renewing for another year, and I told them I deserved a refund for the previous year, they charged me for another year. We missed three tournaments in a row that we could not watch, and our daughter only has about 10 tournaments a year. All the other tournaments had delays and glitches, so much of those tournaments were missed too. They are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

They literally steal your money! App does not work. And when you go into even click on the game your suppose to watch it takes you to the wrong game. Then they got ya! By opening the game (which was wrong game) says you used their app and they charge you for a YEAR! And I only needed to watch one tournament for my granddaughter and couldn’t watch cuz they had the wrong game. BEWARE this is a SCAM. If I could give them a ‘0’ I would! Appears several folks have been scammed!

I purchased the event pass to watch my daughter's futsal team play. When I tried to access the games, I was unable to watch them live. It took me a while to finally find them and access them. When I found the games assigned with my daughter's team, the name was correct but the video replay had the wrong teams. I asked for a refund bc I couldn't access the game videos and all I was refunded was $7.00. I paid $35 for the event access. Poor support to try and troubleshoot and the refund given me is a joke. Not even worth it. Steer clear of this service. I will never use them again

Complete waste of money. I spent 30 dollars to watch my daughter’s soccer game and only got to see half because the feed lagged and didn’t start at the correct time and ended early. Customer service said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours and got back to me 6 days later…. What a joke… please steer clear of the website and do not pay for such a crappy service.

There is no customer support or service. The games were not even listed on the event page preventing us from even finding most of the games. The 2 out 8 games or so we could actually find did not stream very well and were constantly stopped and reloaded making the whole experience a complete joke. It was more frustrating to try and watch so we gave up. We also accidentally double paid and were still charged. Your only option is to email billing and they don't help. Total waste of money and time. All Baller will ever do is give you half of your money back when you can't watch the games and even after we contacted them regarding the double payment within an hour of the mistake and before 90% of the games even started they still won't help us. Somebody needs to compete with Baller and take all of their business because they are just taking advantage of people and families.

They overcharge you and promise all the things - yet you don’t actually get to watch the games because they don’t know how to set up their cameras and stream them. Complete waste of money.

I paid for an event and only 2 of the 3 games were on.. If they had said this upfront I wouldn't have paid the $39. They don't list the games.. I would not recommend using this for your event.

Horrible streaming capacity. Some days are better than others. But more often than not, the streaming quality is terrible.

Also, whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER A CUSTOM HIGHLIGHT REEL. THEY ARE SO HORRIBLE. IT IS EXPENSIVE, TAKES FOREVER, COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE (THEY TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND), and after I got mine, I made one that was 10 times better using iMovie which took me all of less than an hour.

TLDR; This company is nothing but a scam. Seriously.

They advertise as a monthly fee, but charge you for an entire year and refuse any sort of refund, even prorated. Service wasn't even usable and therefore served no purpose other than creating frustration while attempting to watch a game. Then they still want to keep your $150+.

I purchased this 7/27/24 and it kept freezing. I canceled my subscription after the game and here it is 2/8/25 and they have charged me again for the subscription. I haven’t signed in my account since 7/30/24 and they still charged me. I sent email to their support team because you can’t talk to anyone and they sent me half my refund back. They stated that they sent me a email stating that my subscription would be renewed, but if I already cancel my subscription my would you send a email saying you going to renew it. I’m thinking everything is cancel and I wouldn’t have anymore charges, but they still. gather me for a service i’m not using. That’s a complete scam. I told them i did not want to ever renew their service again and please don’t send me a email stating that they are going to renew it.

Don't waste your money. They don't stream events that they say they do. You can see the recorded event after the fact but no live stream is findable.

Complete garbage, don’t waste your money on this overpriced service. Paid to watch my daughters vball game and of course they are having problems with that camera and court…just for that game.

If I could give BallerTV zero stars, I would. The livestream service is unbelievably terrible. Don't waste your money. Chat support is good, but I feel bad for the workers. I guarantee they're dealing with angry customers all day.
BallerTV takes your money, the livestream goes out, it never comes back on, the replays aren't available (because there was no livestream), and they give you a hard time getting a refund.
I subscribed Jan. 4 to watch my daughter's volleyball games. The games were not livestreamed. With BallerTV I'm learning there always seems to be "connection issues" on their end. I saw nothing. No games. Replays not available.
Contacted chat support, requested a refund. I got a refund today for HALF of what I paid. (You also have to subscribe either yearly or quarterly...just another way to take more of your money) So I paid $60, saw nothing because of their inadequate service, and only got $30 back. Total SCAM.
For any good reviews they might have, I'm convinced they pay for them or they have friends and family writing them. Nobody I know has had a good experience.

The stream was horrible. They advertise the price for the month but charge for the year. It is impossible to get a refund. Avoid it, everything is just terrible.

Absolute scam - charge insane fees for video access —- and represent video of all games —- and then only have a few recorded. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. Am going to have to protest charges with credit card as they will not respond or rectify issue. The worst of the sports industrial complex!!!!!

Avoid like the plague and just spend the money getting to the games.

After trying for two tournements now to share my 5 magic links with my family I am giving up. This service is NOT worth paying for. Do not sign up and here is why:

I paid for the Gold subscription which comes with 5 other viewers as well as myself. But even when you share the link via a "magic link" the link takes the other viewers to the sign up page and askes them to pay for a membership.
Customer services say the family members can make an account and not pay, then go back to the login page, share the email they used to make the account with the account holder who can then add them viewer'sUSA-basedasksto the magic link. You put the email in the magic link and it askes for a phone number. All the USA based phone numbers I tried did not work and the only way I couldreceivewhichjust send the magic link with the other viewers email was with my phone number.
Once they recieve the email invite the link takes them to the account creation page again that looks very much like you need to pay. Once they are logged into their "free" account the streaming service appears to start, then a "Become a Baller.TV account member" screen pops up and blocks the stream.
This is also true for anyone trying to use the service outside the US so any family abroad is not able to watch.
Customer service jut told me that the main paying customers are family members of players wanting to watch the live stream of games they can not attend. But the product does not work for this. It does record the games and could be useful for coaches and teams to review footage. It is very useful for Baller TV to use the footage to make their IG and social accounts look fresh and updated with your players highlights they can and do use.

I could go on but you get the drift. Just don't. Save your money and head aches headaches
