The service goes down every tournament and stops early because they don't know how to keep the games going. You will lose the last bit of most games.

As a grandparent of a 10 year old I am frustrated that you can’t have a subscription for 1 tournament that the only options are a 3 month subscription. It is ridiculous. After reading all of the other reviews I think it is probably time for BallerTV to make some changes. Overall most reviews are negative.

I would leave a negative if it would let me. Over the weekend I was only able to watch 1 gave live in its entirety. Very very poor product. When I said something to ballertv I was basically told too bad! Buyer beware: do not waste your money on the product. They take your money and give you crap in return.

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. Absolutely horrible service and tech. Streaming was unwatchable. Device panned to the parking lot during the games final minutes. The worst. Don't waste your money.

I paid for a four-day event. The resolution for the first game was tolerable but the sound of the wind was distracting. The second game was unwatchable. The third was reasonably good, but I have been unable to access the fourth because I could not login. I had a chat with an agent that lasted about 35 minutes before I could login. Missed most of the game. Would not recommend baller.tv no matter how much you want to watch a grandchild's events!

I would NOT utilize the services provided by ballerTV. I purchased a coach pass, and could not get access to the event I purchased. Then, after providing the receipt and email requesting a refund, costumer service did absolutely nothing. said they couldnt find the email. and on top of that, couldnt/wouldnt provide a number to reach a supervisor/administrator.
Dont waste your money. Instead, try to get to the event live.

I can't give it 0 stars or I would. They lead you to think you can sign up quarterly and cancel any time. Not so!
I couldn't even watch the game I was signing up for. Terrible customer service and they just keep putting you off until you give up.

The camera angle was not in view of the game, the camera froze and then went black, missed half the game, can’t talk to support unless you pay more money. DONT pay the money, it’s a rip off. Never again

This service is quite a rip-off. You can't purchase individual games but have to pay for a full year. They offer quarterly prices but debit your account for the full year. Then i tried to watch a game yesterday and the 1st half cut off every 10 sec and was so pixelated you could not ID the players. Then the cameraman. the cameraman was stuck just showing the right hand side of the court. Why he couldn't pan to the left hand side is a mystery. Finally i requested a refund and they said no since the video played (even in the condition described). They offer to refund my upgrade and drop me back to the lowest subscription available. You make your own choice

Paid $155 to watch a game. The basket was out of the frame the entire game and the score was incorrect. Despite contacting customer support there was zero resolution. We missed half the game due to camera not capturing 1/2 the court. Do NOT waste your money.

Worthless. Poor quality and replay of games freezes. I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding missing games. Their email response: It may take some time for game to download. Check back in a week. SMDH

"HD" streaming quality is horrendous. I have super high-speed internet in my office and home - currently running 340+ Mbps (just checked my speed). Baller's system blames the user's internet, which is quite convenient for them. Don't waste your money. They've had this same poor quality for years and should be investigated for advertising HD video, when it's consistently anything but.

Do not give this company your credit card information. They will continue to charge you when you cancel.. Canceled auto renew like I do with all my subscriptions and of course what do you know I got charged a year later for another year subscription..Finally got ahold of a lady from customer service and she said she saw a request to cancel but it never went through. So I figured ok honest mistake.. wrong. Looking on line I see this is happing to everyone.. the lady then gave me an email for billing.. guy said it was guaranteed canceled this time but he couldn’t issue a refund!! They literally stole my 96$.. don’t do business with them!! Then they add insult to injury and issue me half a refund. Well if you can give me half of my money back you can give me all of my money back!! This is absolutely ludicrous. What a rip off company.. because we all have 50$ to burn On absolutely nothing!! Plus my time dealing with this..

If I could rate zero star I would. Rip off terrible customer support terrible streams of games. No scores, streaming just 5 minutes of the game because they can’t start on time. Wrong team names to start games. Baller tv is an unprofessional rip off company. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money you will be disappointed!

HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

My review is a 0. DO NOT USE. I have notified the Attorney General in their state and hopefully an investigation and an arrest will be made. I have been waiting since the end of January 2025 for my son’s highlight reel from a tournament in Florida with NAL (I will be blaming them for hiring this 💩 company). A total scam. Have over a dozen emails giving me the runaround.

If I could give a zero I would. I purchased a highlights package back on Feb 17 and yes it’s March 27 and still no highlights. I have email and spoke with multiple people about the situation and every time it was give us a week to get it done. Then it was can you send a pic of the player. I did all that still no highlights. I asked for a refund, it was give me a week to get it completed and to please be patient. 🤔 my patience has ran dry and I don’t care to receive them anymore. Bad business and even worse excuses.

As a grandparent wanting to watch games from afar this is not worth the money they charge. Limited programming with sports not at a lot of games . Also I canceled my subscription for the reason above, well in advance of the time frame and they still charged my card at subscription renewal. I asked for them to refund me fully and yet they only want to give me half of a refund. they admitted it was an error on their part to charge my card yet feel they should keep half the money for subscription. Make it make sense !

The majority of set in a volleyball game was just absent, thought I could download a copy to see if it would be there, used a credit. The missing set wasn't there and asked for a refund. Got scripted and impersonal messages and eventually to saying I checked and the whole game is there here's the clip, obviously not looking at the game because it freezes for 30 mins. When I brought that up, he ignores and says i gave you a credit back. Zero professionalism, sub par EXPENSIVE product.
