Bought our second cleaner (first broke and we couldnt find the warranmty), this one broke after two months. Have now filled in a warranty claim 3 times and sent 6 emails - no response. Very poor

Aspirateur acheté en novembre 2021, fonctionnait très bien envoi rapide en 2 colis.
Mais depuis quelques semaines, la batterie ne tient plus, voir ne charge plus. Plusieurs emails au SAV, avec réponse, mais sans solution. Pas de pièce détachée disponible...
Un aspirateur qui tombe en panne à cause de la batterie en 1 an et quelques semaines ce n'est pas normal.

BEWARE the BG800
BEWARE. If buying the bd800 then can I make you aware of a fault. The battery is rechargeable but will need replacing at some point. The battery the bg800 uses is no longer in production. If you have a black and red small connection you will not be able to get another so your very expensive machine can be thrown away. Bagotte are very sorry about this but will not replace the machine if over 18 months old and if they do it’s only will a full receipt and shipping number. So please, if you have this machine ask for your money back. You will not be able to use it when it dies and although Bagotte will be very contrite and apologetic they will do nothing about it.

Everything about this company is a scam. The vacuum cleaner I purchased worked great (only on hardwoods; terrible on carpet) for 4 months, and then it suddenly died. I tried all suggested trouble-shooting and it won't turn on again. When contacting customer service, they requested that I send videos and photos as evidence, which I took the time to do. After I sent the proof of product failure, they let me know that it is outside of the 1-month warranty of the product. This company is knowingly selling a product that is only intended to last a couple of months. They will not give me a refund or replacement.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Already more than a month waiting for them and no reply. No nothing. I did send them a video and pictures and everything, they wanted,nothing so far more than a month. Tried to contact customer services probably 10 times and nothing.
Absolute RUBBISH.

Seriously appalling customer service. I have a Bagotte 600 and clearly it needs a new battery however every one their customer support tell me to get doesn't work so effectively it is now unusable. The customer services do not care one bit, they just keep asking me to send a video of the problem and now they won't even bother replying. Do not waste your money on these Hoover's as you cannot replace the battery once expired. Waste of money!!

Worst tech support of any company I have ever dealt with. The only tech support is they ask you to send a video of the problem via email. How do you take a video of the unit not connecting to the network? I'm a network tech, and I can't get this damn thing to connect. I wish I had never bought this vacuum. Do not buy this piece of crap!

Bagotte BG700 - A wizard around the house!
I have owned a Bagotte BG700 for over a year now and can honestly say it has helped around the house wonderfully. I had my doubts at first, as I had never owned a robotic hoover before, but the BG700 hasn't let me down. It zooms around the house picking up even the smallest of things - including my dog's endless dog hair! The battery is still going strong and considering the amount of dog hair it deals with daily, it's amazing the hoover is still working! The build quality is very good. As a widowed father of two young kids, the BG700 has certainly helped me free up time to concentrate on other important chores. Highly recommended.

Et au moins de 10 mois, il n'aspire plus et s'arrête tous les 10 secondes en mode serpillère...
J'ai envoyé 2 mails au sav à 1 mois d'intervalle et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse (double déception)

Bonjour,
Je déconseille fortement cette marque. L'aspirateur en lui-même est un jouet plus qu'autre chose. Et il est impossible de les contacter, ils ne répondent pas au mail, ne sont jamais disponibles sur le chat, et le numéro de téléphone vous accueille avec un : "Good bye". Je suis toujours dans l'attente de la facture. Site à éviter.
De qui se moque-t-on ?
Le 1er juillet dernier je commande un aspirateur robot BG800 et l'accessoire de lavage. Sans signe de vie de ma commande j'essaie de m'informer et voilà ce qui m'est répondu aujourd'hui 14 Juillet:
"Cher client,
Désolé pour la réponse tardive.
Nous avons vérifié votre commande. Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre colis puisse être perdu lors de la livraison.
Étant donné que le produit est actuellement en rupture de stock, nous ne pouvons pas vous en envoyer un nouveau.
Nous vous avons remboursé. Le remboursement sera retourné au canal de paiement d'origine et normalement votre remboursement sera effectué dans les 3-4 jours ouvrables.
Nous sommes vraiment désolés pour les ennuis que nous vous avons causés et espérons que vous pourrez comprendre.

The bagotte bg700 battery stopped charging after 18 months. Contacted customer support to enquire wher e I can purchase replacement battery. They said they couldn't help. Now have useless robot hoover. Batteries are available for other makes of robot Hoover

They made it right.
Bought a new robot vacuum, they sent me a used product with dirt included, that does not work. Now they won't respond to my emails and they take my info over the phone and are not getting back with me. Basically just took my money and sent me a used broken product. I want to return and a refund.
Updated: They actually sent me a new one within a few weeks and it worked. Still not giving more than three stars for sending me a used broken vacuum. Also, they didn't want the original one back, which means they are not recycling/refurbishing.

I've owned a Bagotte 600 for over three years with virtually daily use and it has never let me down. When the battery is running low it finds its way back to the charger. It does the basic (cat litter, pet hair, small stuff - my front and back doors are straight onto the street/garden so stuff comes in with the dogs and cats). Not good on larger or heavier waste ie chunky bits of shredded paper, larger pieces of grit. It copes well with rugs and hard surfaces and edge cleaning is good. Threads get wrapped around the roller, like most cleaners. I love the automatic timer, it startled guests on Christmas day when it set off automatically...... Good for light daily cleaning.

I would give 0 if I could. There is not any order status after I ordered a week. And I reached out the customer service on the Facebook and Instagram- NOBODY REPLY. I called customer service- they let me wait another two weeks and not allowed me to cancel the order. This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME. They just don’t care customers..
I own a 700 and a 800 and both stopped
I own a 700 and a 800 and both stopped working within months. Both were still under warranty. But the warranty and customer support are non-existent. Now one (800) has stopped working completely (well, it works for one minute and stops). I've had it (and this is replacement I got through Amazon badgering them) for a little over a year. The 700 partially works (one brush still spins) and it does its own thing and beeps several times a day, five times and then five more times of five times. Would I ever buy another piece of junk like this...NO! I'm about ready to toss the 800. I guess when it comes on for its minute, I could move it to another area of the living room???

Works great I'm a smoker and my house no longer smells like cigarettes and it doesn't smell like nine dogs either I highly suggest the Bugatti b a p 20 - HF for anybody that has a smaller living area it works fabulous thank you
