Edge brush fault on my hoover that I’ve had for little over a year. Have emailed twice and Facebook messaged to get absolutely no response! Not good enough!
Purchased a BG950 max in March 2025
Purchased a BG950 max in March 2025, came with spare side brushes, magnetic strip and a few spare dust bags... OK I thought and put it to work upstairs, this is what it was purchased for, hard floors everywhere downstairs.
First thing I noticed was its vague mapping (doesn't pre map, just shows where it's been) that didn't resemble anything i recognised upstairs but hey, it seemed to be getting the job done.
Here the problems started, emailed bagotte with a simple question, "where can I get more dustbags please?" No response, emailed this question almost weekly accompanied by searching online, nope, nothing.
So when the dust collector started making a horrendous noise, sparking and smelling of burned electronics last week I didn't hold out much hope of response, I did pop onto their website and complete the warranty claim section but, as I suspected, I wasted my time.
In the end I contacted Amazon, they told me to return it to them and are refunding me.
Bagotte are an appalling company to deal with, avoid at all costs

I purchase a Bagotte BHV10 on Amazon on 2 November 2023.
At the beginning of July 2025 the vacuum was already broken.
I wrote for assistance to the support address indicated both on Amazon and on Bagotte’s website and there was no answer.
I followed up with another email and still no answer.
My experience with Bagotte can be only summarised with poor quality and no existing customer service.

Chinese company that do not have any means of contacting them for support or aftercare AVOID. I love the robot hoover but cannot get any replacement dust-bags or brushes so my money has gone down the drain as now I can't use the hoover.

Such a shame
Such a shame, they used to have excellent customer service. I recently bought a hoover off Amazon that stopped working just outside the return period. I contacted customer support a few times and received no response at all, even after submitting a warranty request on the website
No customer service
No customer service! Our BG750 failed after 2.5 years when the battery would not recharge (planned obsolescence?). Bagotte customer service claimed via email that the battery could not be replaced, so told us to return it to the UK (at a cost of USD $110), to expect refund of shipping costs, and replacement of the unit. Neither ever happened. What a joke!

They don’t have any customer service!! One email and they never respond. Such a shame as i really liked my robot vacuum until recently it stopped working and even if it’s in warranty you can’t get ahold of them!!!

Absolutely aweful.
DO NOT buy from this company or any of their products.
They are selling a product, BG950 MAX which requires replacement dust bags of which no one anywhere sells replacement bags. Not even on their own website. You look through the manual and it just says go to recognise retailer to buy replacement bags. It doesn’t even recommend what bags to purchase for replacement.

Who sells a product that requires replacement dust bags, but no one sells them. Totally unprofessional and this product should never be on the market knowing you can’t purchase replacement bags anywhere.
As for the app, it’s really basic. There isn’t even an option to send the vacuum home.
The vacuum itself, I must admit cleans ok, but there’s no rhyme or rhythm of the route it takes. Some days it clears right through, other days it just stays in one room, even tho it’s the same layout every day with all doors open so it can get through.
There are numerous errors on the vacuum that happen every day, which is quite baffling, considering it should be doing the same route every day.
Bagotte, you’re a very useless company who obviously don’t care about customers or the reviews it gets. If you did care you’d show the decency to respond and help customers.
BG650 is shoddy and customer support useless
We bought a Bagotte BG650. It keeps getting stuck in corners and recently started making a horrid screeching noise.
If you try to ring the UK number on the underneath of the machine all you get is "Goodbye" and the phone goes dead. The US number is never answered and trying to email them is a waste of time.
This is a unreliable, shoddy product and the customer support is non-existent. Avoid at all costs!
Awful company. Give your money to charity instead of Bagotte
When they work they are nice little units but beware if you have a fault. If you can send you device back to where you purchased it from then do that. Certainly don't listen to Bagotte customer services (assuming you get a reply) and send the unit back to them as all you'll be doing is spending more money on posting it back to them. Once they have it, you'll never hear from them again. Posted my battery faulty unit back to them in Mid March 2024 (as requested - return address below) and haven't been able to contact them since. To add insult to injury the tracking photo showed the package on a desk at their office.

Bought my Bagotte Robot Vacuum Cleaner just before Christmas and now not working. It will not charge. Have tried contacting Customer Services at Bagotte but total silence. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this company at all.

Have tried contacting this company via several email and messenger, but get no response. I needed a replacement battery for my robot hoover. Do not purchase from this company.

Terrible customer service. They asked me to send my vaccum cleaner to get fixed but then they never contacted back. They have my vaccum cleaner and they have disappeared and it's been 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
