Bought our second cleaner (first broke and we couldnt find the warranmty), this one broke after two months. Have now filled in a warranty claim 3 times and sent 6 emails - no response. Very poor

After 7 failed units, I am DONE.
I have destroyed 7 of these units. 600-800 models. I received the 1st one as a gift. It lasted a few months but was hooked on the service they provide. I bought 6 more on eBay. They last for a few months and then stop working. I smashed 2 this weekend. One from the house and one for my workshop. They do the same thing every time. They will not go forward. these last 2, I stopped and cleaned them really well. After cleaning, they would not even turn on.
One that I smashed with a sledge hammer in the garage exploded and I had to use the extinguisher on it. Now that was cool!
After 7, I have had enough with this brand.

Bagotte does not have spare parts. Broken after warranty expires? They did care
I bought the vacuum robot by Amazon. I had to return twice but the third worked well for over 3 years. Now the battery need to be replaced and I can't find one with the same PLUG in any store.
Bagottes Customers service wrote there are sorry but they run out of spare parts at the moment.
So they should lent me a refurbished one until they have replacement batteries.
In Europe there are rules that the manufacturer have to offer spare parts for at least 5 or 10 years.
Maybe after reading my review, the company decided to sent me a compatible Accu, I tried it first and when it worked I wrote back asking for the invoice, (I did not get until today).
I am very thankful that the Company got me the spare part as the vacuum robot is strong as it was in the beginning.
Sometimes it is worth to be stubborn.
Avoid - no real warranty and awful after care
Product was ok until the battery went from lasting about an hour to lasting 10 mins. So contacted Bagotte as under warranty. They offered me a new battery, but I’d have to wait as none in stock. After 2 months they tried to get out of sending me a battery and offered me a “ returned” battery !! I asked for a replacement machine and they just stopped replying to emails. Although they are cheap, I advise avoiding and going for another reputable make of robotic vacuum - just not worth it
Absolutely abysmal company
Absolutely abysmal company! I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner in May 2023 and it suddenly stopped working! Send two emails to their support site and I've just been totally ignored! Trying to register an account and not accepting my order ID which I purchased through Amazon! You can't register your product to get support unless you register your account which you can't do because it's not accepting the order ID number! Please stay away from making any purchases from this company once you start having problems you cannot get hold of them at all! I'm absolutely gutted that I purchased anything from these cowboys!
Be very wary - useless warranty
Be very careful - when product breaks under warranty, and it will, the customer service is useless. I was simply told for several weeks the spare parts were not available, but I could purchase them from a recommended vendor at my own cost ????. For this reason - I would recommend buying another make.

Had two - they were great when they worked (for a little over 3 months). Warranty appears to be worthless, both have broken and they have been repairing one for a little over 3 weeks, with no communication and returned at our expense. No idea if we will see it again. Customer service/support is abysmal.

Worked well enough until the warranty expired, then refused to charge up or hold a charge. Travelled about 3 feet before stopping. Bagotte customer service are hopeless, in fact I don't think they actually exist. They have never responded to any email I've sent (multiples over the last 3 months) and their online chat is equally hopeless. It asks for lots of information and then absolutely nothing happens. I would advise anyone thinking of buying a robotic vacuum cleaner to invest more money in buying a product from a proper, reputable brand. It will be worth it in the long run. The device I bought is a piece of junk, after one years occasional use. Not impressed

Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money terrible customer service I’ve sent messages by email and on messenger I’ve also tried to call but no answer just a machine that answers and says “goodbye” my robot vacuum just stopped working just before the warranty ended and now it’s passed that point and I’ve had no response from them whatsoever. Spend a little more money and buy a Samsung they give a 5 year warranty.

I bought a Bagotte BG600 from Amazon in June 2022 and it stopped working at the end of August this year. I sent an email to their support email on their website on 4 September and a followup on and I've not received an response for over a month.

I bought a Bagotte robot vacuum off Amazon in July and have been trying to get a refund ever since. Nobody has replied to any messages. The customer service is appalling, but not as bad as the "vacuum" .. I could hoover up with my mouth better! It's terrible.

J’ai acheté l’aspirateur BG800 en novembre 2022. Il fonctionnait très bien jusqu’au mois dernier où il ne sait plus jamais allumé. La batterie est morte. Plusieurs essais de contacts avec le support aucune réponse. Ils font les morts.

Anfänglich war der Support super, wir haben 8 Bagotte BG 600 Max, mit Glück laufen sie einfach seit Juni 2021, mit Pech treten Defekte auf, die vom Support zügig behoben wurden. Inzwischen haben wir aber 4 defekte Saugroboter, die nicht mehr repariert werden, der Support antwortet einfach nicht mehr.
Die Firma wurde vielleicht aufgelöst oder umbenannt?
Wir haben nun die baugleichen Deenkee DK 600 MAX als Ersatz gekauft, die Bagotte gibt es nicht mehr.. totale Enttäuschung über den Bagotte Support!
Support eingestellt.. Garantie verweigert.. Produkt und Firma umbenannt?!
Das ist ein Fall für den Verbraucherschutz und für die Polizei!
Alle unsere Freunde, Nachbarn und die ganze Verwandtschaft haben jetzt auch Bagotte Saugroboter auf unsere Empfehlung.. es ist eine Schande!

Poor quality vacuum and worst customer service
I bought a bagotte vacuum and the vacuum has just stopped working after a few months. I have been trying to communicate with the company's customer service insistently, but I have not received a response. It is a shame that companies like this exist. They are not respectful or professional. I'm going to sue them.

These people at Bagotte are scammers. They basically ghosted me after promising to send a replacement BG800. This was months ago and they have stopped replying to emails. I highly doubt they will follow through with the replacement. I am actually furious! Beware of this company.
New product sent - no quibble
I bought the BG600 last Nov - it’s started to have cliff failures as it went onto my rugs - also kept struggling to find its way home to charge - something that never happened before - contacted them - they were really good and sent me a new one out. Let’s hope this one continues without developing a fear of going onto my rugs!
