This is such a horrible company. I recieved the bag I ordered from them like 3 months later and the "leather" is not real and is disgusting. I am presently trying to figure out an address to send this bag back. They do NOT make it easy. Every site I go to it leads me nowhere. HELP!!!

TERRIBLE. Website says they ship within several days. It's been almost 2 months and I received only one of the two LEATHER bags I ordered and it's NOT LEATHER. I've written several emails and they keep telling me it's too expensive to return the bag. NIGHTMARE

This is a scam. Bags are not leather and look nothing like adverts. They then add clearance sale so you cant request a refund for the ridiculous items they send you. complete waste of money, into the bin they go.

All of these bag companies are run by the same scammers, there is Saobag, qnfbag, baginc. They all use the same website, the giveaway to anyone considering buying from should be that there is no contact information, no phone numbers, no name, no company address or location provided, no emails, although I did find one fake one which came back as undeliverable. Stay away from these companies.

I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN from this company!! I have YET to receive my order!!! I have emailed several times and of course, the bogus number on the website does not work! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

THE WAIT WAS HORRIBLE...ON JANUARY 14,2021 I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE...AFTER OPENING IT,A PAIR OF BLACK ORIGINAL STYLE RAY BAN SUN GLASSES!!!!!!!!! OKAY, EMAILED REQUESTING A REFUND AND I WAS TOLD TOO KEEP THE RAN BAN. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BRAHMIN MINI KEY WALLET NOR THE REFUND OFFERED!!!! A ONE STAR IS WAY TOO GOOD FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY, WHAT GOES AROUND COME AROUND BAGS2020!!!!!!!! THE WORST CONSUME COMPANY I HAVE EVERY DEAL WITH...DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY,OR GIVE IT TOO THEM!!!

I ORDERED ON FEBRUARY 11,2021 FOR A PURSE$179.00. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY TRACKING INFORMATION ABOUT MY ORDER. I HAVE EMAILED OVER 7 TIMES AND SOMEONE NAMED MARVIE SY SAY BECAUSE OF HOLIDAY THEY WOULD NOT BE PROCESSING ORDERS UNTIL FEBRUARY 22 & APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY. WELL DAMN THERE WAS NOTHING ON THE WEBSITE SAYING THERE WOULD BE ANY DELAYS IN PROCESSING ORDERS.
I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED IF THERE WAS A WARNING ON THE WEBSITE.
WHEN I EMAILED MARVIE SY BACK HE/SHE SAID," I APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY. THEY ARE PROCESSING ORDERS NOW. I AKSO TOLD HOM/HER THAT I WANTED EXPRESS SHIPPING PER THE WEBSITE SITE STATED," CHOOSE THE METHOD OF SHIPPING THAT FITS UR BUDGET" BUT I DIDN'T SEE ANY AREAS TO CHOOSE FROM.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY TRACKING INFORMATION AS OF FEBRUARY 25TH ON MY ORDER, ANOTHER EMAIL FROM SAME PERSON(MARVIE SY.) SAYING STILL PROCESS.

BUT NO PROBLEMS CONTINUE TO TAKE ORDERS AND MONEY.

This company must be a scam. Return address is a private one in California, while the company address is in NYC. I followed all instructions for the return and they sent the bags back again to me. Not sure what to do now. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Supposed leather bag is plastic. Avoid this company I feel may not be not legit.

really bad bag...the bag is not in good quality and come w a plastic bag not even in a box, have a bad smell to it. on the bag have a different company name on it...im so mad right now! dont buy from them!

i just got my bag today...3 weeks later. The bag looks nothing like it is in the picture. Evidentially Free Glory is owned by Shein. WHAT COMPANY INVENTS ANOTHER COMPANY JUST TO SELL SOME BAGS THEY COULDN'T SELL ON THEIR MAIN WEBSITE?

Do not order from this company. They are terrible. I ordered on 23rd June. Took a few weeks for my bags to arrive. Definitely not leather, I ordered leather ones. I opened a case on PayPal. I returned the bags, despite knowing this, the infamous Marvie emailed me asking me to keep the bags. I just want my refund of $361.80. I have been so upset about this. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I ordered the Chloe box bag dupe on September 27. Ordering was easy. I read reviews about the bad customer service and shipping. My bag arrived today October 5. No problems whatsoever. It is beautiful. The quality is amazing and it looks just like the picture. I will be ordering again!

I didn't want to give a star at all. I ordered a belt bag on the 1st of August and had a message within a couple of days thanking me for my order. My bag still hasn't arrived (1st September) I have messaged them 3 times and no reply whatsoever. I have asked for my money back and no reply. Not sure what to do now!!!

So I was skeptical due to all of the negative reviews but will order again! I ordered mid July. It took a week for them to reach out but they emailed me because one of the items I ordered (small bag for free shipping) wasn't in the color I wanted. I told them my second choice. It took a week or two and then I got my shipping notification. The bag came from HK to my front door in the USA in 4 days - incredible! My bad arrive and I'm floored, it is stunning!! Exactly how it looked online. I was so nervous I was ripped off but this bag is perfect! I didn't want a fake designer bag bc I'm not going to pretend I can afford a $6k bag but I liked the shape of one so it's more inspired and I love it. I'm sad they have so many negative reviews. Marvie was great and I am so happy. I will say the small wallet I ordered to hit free shipping didn't arrive in the color I selected but they sent me two so it's fine. I didn't really want it anyway, I just wanted free shipping.

Do not order from this company took 3 months to get my bag and. It is not authentic. Said i would get it in 10 to 15 days.when Not true these bags are fake. No proof of authenticity no card number or nothing. Don't waste your money. Do not order from suchbags.

I ordered two pair of shoes from banGing, it's been over two months and still haven't received them. I been trying to track them and it tells me can't find anything. I been emailing them and no response. If a company would be legitimate they would take responsibility. I found this sight, after reading the complaints, I now know that I have been reap off by this company. I was reading a customer comment that she used PayPal and took care of the account. I used PayPal to and ill be calling them. I will never ever order from companies I didn't know.
