Your company is fantastic I use you all the time the only issue I have is the delivery doesn’t give options to leave in safe place I missed the first delivery because they came earlier than the said time sent to me on tracking and I had to get someone to come to my house and wait for the re delivery the day after. If I didn’t do this I wouldn’t have been in to receive them and apparently they would have gone to there base in preston for me to pick up which is 2 hours round trip.

Used DHL signature only to deliver which can be annoying but shoes they care. Recommended.

They sent a racquet that was different to the one listed on the website. It had a thinner handle than advertised - it was listed as the wrong size. When I tried calling there was no answer at any time. E-mails are responded to immediately by AI. They may claim to be a family owned business but that does not mean a personal service is delivered.

Dreadful service - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I write poor reviews only very rarely but the customer service from this company is exceptionally poor. I have been trying to get a delivery unsuccessfully over the last five days. On each occasion I have raised with their customer service that the delivery company have failed to deliver and all you get is an AI generated response that provides no help. I have requested someone to call me but no-one in customer service has bothered to get back to me. I am now seeking a full refund and will order from a professional company instead.
