Sent somthing that looks nothing like item still trying to ge refund

I had a genuine question concerning the shipping time. 1 week later I didn’t have the item sent yet while on the site it said on stock.
I contacted the customer service, and got in contact with the rudest person ever, MIA.
She said that « in stock » meant it was being able to be made in 7 days and not that they had it actually in stock.
I replied that it wasn’t specified anywhere when buying the article and that I was hoping to have it sent earlier. All I got was a very immature and unprofessional back and forth email exchange leading nowhere.

The customer service is terrible I didn’t have the chance to see the actual clothe yet, this review is deserved.
It is NOT a cheap wesbsite and I thus I would expect a better customer service.

Thank you not MIA for the bad experience. You represent the company when talking to client and maybe you should act and talk a little better.

When I purchased many items in one order, at checkout perhaps a glitch occurred and changed the sizes of 3 items and added 1 item to the order. As soon as I realized it, I contacted the store minutes later to inform them of the error.
Mia who replied said they do not do refunds or you cannot amend your order. That is absolutely ridiculous, what clothing store in the world does not change or amend orders, or even if the size is not right, you should be able to exchange it for the correct one. I found Mia to be outright dismissive and I would never purchase anything from this shop again. My friends and I are all going to stop buying items from here. Terrible customer service, waste of money!

I ordered clothes worth €194.92 from Badinka on June 20 using a new-customer promo code. When the package finally arrived on July 16, everything was much smaller than the listed sizes and the fabric quality felt very cheap and unbreathable. I immediately requested a return and sent the items back within their 30-day period, paying the return shipping myself.

After a month with no update, I contacted them — first they said the package hadn’t arrived, but when I sent proof of delivery, it was suddenly “found.” I was then told I’d only receive store credit instead of a refund (even though I paid by card) and would have to pay shipping again if I wanted to reorder. Altogether I’ve spent almost €50 just on postage for clothes I can’t wear.
I wish I’d known that returns only result in store credit and that return shipping to Bulgaria is so expensive. Hopefully this helps others make an informed choice before ordering.

Update on my latest order - I have been told (lied to) that my order has been dispatched whilst the DHL tracking shows that the shipment has not yet been handed over from Badinka to DHL.

Badinka customer support tries to keep unhappy clients quiet by blatantly lying to them.

My order should be delivered tomorrow and it's nowhere near on time - this accounts for the production time of 4-6 days PLUS the express shipping time of 1-3 days.

I have responded via email requesting that my express shipping costs be refunded immediately and I have been flat out ignored.

ZERO compensation. ZERO care.

Really disappointed regarding my ongoing order - I’ve been told that there’s been an unexpected delay in production and after asking for more detail &/ timelines around expected delivery via email, I’m being ignored. I’ve also not been offered any compensation whatsoever for the delay in their side.

I understand that Badinka is made to order, but this was not well communicated at all. When checking out, there was no indication that my items would be made to order - giving me the impression that the items were in fact in stock. After querying this I was told to wait 4-6 business days extra, which I was happy to since I was aware of the terms on their website.

However it is now 8 business days since I made my purchase and I have not yet received tracking information.

all of the peices i have gotten have been the absolute best quality, so comfortable and durable for me to re wear them all the time!! badinka is my go to for fits!!

I love the brand, the costumes makes you looking amazing. I always try to check the pictures to try to fit better on me by people that have a similar body type.

Bought the SpiderGwen costume on Etzy with them (same shop) and everything went great. Fast shipping, great quality and the measurements were perfect.

DON'T BUY! I spent $151 on a bodysuit from Badinka and regret every cent. The sizing was completely off, and the design is uncomfortable to the point of being unwearable — the zipper digs into your throat and makes the piece painful to wear.

When I attempted to return it, I was told I had to pay return shipping, which I accepted. What they failed to make clear until after the purchase is that the return address is in Bulgaria. The cost to ship it back? Over $200 — more than the item itself. Nowhere on their site is this made obvious to U.S. customers, and most buyers would assume returns could be sent to a U.S. address.

When I pointed out how misleading this is and suggested they make their return policy and location abundantly clearer, customer service became dismissive and unprofessional, even addressing me condescendingly as “dear.”

Do NOT buy from this shop. I placed an order on September 9, 2025 and was told shipping would take 5–8 days. It has now been more than 3 weeks (October 1, 2025) and I still haven’t received anything. I even messaged them on Instagram asking for the tracking, but they completely ignored me. This shop is unreliable and a waste of time. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Lovely brand! Great contact, quick delivery! And I adore every piece I’ve ordered.

I placed my order weeks in advance for a Halloween party to ensure I would have enough time to try it on and exchange it if necessary. Despite this, I still have not received my order. I’ve been in contact with customer service, but I continue to be told to “wait,” even though the tracking shows it has been sitting in New York for over seven days without movement. This strongly suggests the package is lost, and I feel I’m being given the runaround. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be ordering from this site again, regardless of how appealing the products may look.

I absolutely love this brand. It’s so creative and unique. Very high quality and well made designs. I love that it is very original and no one has my outfit at a festival. I enjoyed my outfit and you can definitely wash it and re wear it because the fabric is durable and does not rip easily. I will be buying more cute rave outfits from them 100% recommended. Super happy with my past purchases.

Scam. My checkout price was $126, but my card was charged $281. I emailed them several times, no refund, no solution. This is a clear fraud. I have already filed a fraud complaint with my bank. Be very careful and do not trust this brand.

Also erstens war mein S viel zu klein (trage aber bei zara/H&M eine XS meistens) dann habe ich mir eine M bestellt (an armen immer noch eher eng) unterdessen habe ich VERSUCHT die XS zurück zu schicken.... musste die Adresse nachfragen. Das beste war dass das Paket nach 3 Monaten zurück zu mir kam!!!!!! offenbar hat es dort niemand angenommen oder was auch immer das Problem war. Tja und jetzt ist dad Geld weg. Man hat mir eine Gutschrift empfohlen (habe aber weder Code erhalten noch sonst was) Bin schon verärgert😡

do not purchase from here , i spent £30 on a green mask thinking that it looks quite strong and comfortable to wear. well definitely for from the photo and defiantly a £2 mask, do not purchase it! if i would be able to upload a photo you would truly laugh. STARS = 0

Horrible Customer Service No Real Answers or Contact. They do not follow through with the timeline they give. It takes days to get unhelpful snarky answers if any back from them. I would NEVER order from them. They are not a trustworthy company in my experience. The items were pretty cheaply made not great quality.

I spent over $200 on two rave outfits from Badinka (the Trypophobia Mesh Shrug for $80.98 & the Ultra Male Bodysuit for $129.99) and was beyond disappointed. What you see online looks nothing like what arrives – cheap, flimsy material nowhere near the quality of their photos.

Their website return policy states: “If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it doesn’t fit, has an imperfection, or it’s just not your thing)” – make it sound easy and customer-friendly. In reality, it’s the opposite. My order shipped from Oregon, but when I tried returning it, I was told I’d need to pay out of pocket to ship it all the way back to Bulgaria (~$25).

Customer service dragged me through endless back-and-forth emails, trying to bribe me with discount codes to keep items I didn’t want. After nearly a month of wasted time and screenshots, all they offered was confusing store credit. It got so shady I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to have a chance of getting my money back.

If you take 5 minutes to look up real reviews (not the glowing ones on their own site where they brag “See why rave lovers adore our bold, sexy, and daring festival styles”), you’ll see tons of complaints exactly like mine. The reviews on their site are cherry-picked or fake to make them look reputable, when the reality is the opposite.

Bottom line: Badinka sells overpriced junk and uses shady tactics to trap customers. If you order, assume you’re stuck with whatever poor-quality item shows up.
