I ordered for the first time for a event and accidentally ordered an item that was already included and mia helped me out and refunded me it quick and shipped my packaged fast very good customer service and will forever be grateful for Mia( the best ever ) :))))

I love BADINKA!! They are such durable material and have gotten me through so many festivals. I own 5/6 bodysuits and each one came perfect! I will say it is better to size up! I am usually an XS and I get a S (5’3 103 lbs). Size down if you wanna be snatched but be prepared! Wait time varies but I have always gotten my package in time if I order 3 weeks out (it usually comes sooner but don’t risk it!)

DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THIS WEBSITE THROUGH THE BOGOFF DEALS!

I requested a refund on both items i ordered through the buy one get one free offer, because they were too small only to be told i can’t get my £98 refund because i bought them with the BOGOFF discount code and both items are considered to be discounted even though the code states “BUY ONE” get one free so according to badinka i am only entitled to £98 store credit. There is nothing else on this website i would like to buy so i have been ripped off and conned out of almost £100! I was so excited to receive my order now i’m just disappointed and out of pocket. Don’t fall for this scam as i did.

Great bodysuit made of quality materials. Size was correct. Shippping was quick.

Disappointing and overpriced.
The dress I received looks nothing like the photos. The fabric and stitching are the same low quality you’d find on cheap Chinese websites, but here you pay ten times more. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, and if you order using one of their promo codes, they say you can’t return or get support. Definitely not worth it.

Customer service was great! Had an issue with an order and they very sympathetic and accommodating! The quality of the product is top notch too! Plan on ordering more in the future!

J'ai récemment commandé un masque en vinyle pour mon costume de Catwoman. Même si la boutique était très occupée pour Halloween, j'ai eu une réponse rapide et mon article est arrivé à temps. J'adore cette pièce, le masque est confortable, de bonne facture, vraiment très joli et sexy. Tout simplement le même que sur la photo. Je suis ravie de l'avoir acheté dans cette boutique.

I bought a body suit from them. Such high quality, fits amazing (good amount of stretch), and the designs are TO DIE FOR! The designs are made to fit a woman’s body, it makes you look snatched in all the right areas. Very highly recommended buying from them! I ordered an item and payed for express shipping to have it arrive October 30. It is currently November 4th and the shipping is still delayed. They did not ship the item until I emailed them about the order. Now they aren’t giving me a refund because the order is in the process. Not going to arrive for at least two weeks after what I paid extra for. Would not recommend ordering anything from this website. There are other more professional companies out there.

Not sure why they have a low score. I have bought from the 2 times and both times the outfits were beyond our expectations, fabric is top notch and delivery time was spot on. 5 stars. Going to be buying more outfits for cosplay ideas.

I’m going to a festival early November and ordered my outfits on time - they also arrived on time. Unfortunately they ran a little too small so I got very stressed about time because I knew I had to return and order a new outfit just like they say in their policy. Anyway, I contacted them and Mia responded right away, trying to help me as much as she could. I returned my package the next day and even though it hasn’t arrived at the destination she sent me a custom code for 110% of my initial order price! It was so helpful and now I was able to reorder and hope it arrives on time. The only thing I would change is to maybe mention in their policy that shipping/returning is very time consuming even with express delivery and that you should be aware of that. And say where the store is located, I thought it’s in the US but then I had to ship to Bulgaria which obviously takes longer. Besides that everything was great! :) Thanks again to Mia

I ordered items before my festival. Items did not arrive on time. Ok, I understand, because the delivery company made problems. But... When I finally get my items, and only one was good, because the rest was to small, even when I took my size... and checked the table with the size. I decided to sent items (2 from 3 items ordered) back. I PAID FOR RETURN BACK, because when you try to find out how this should work-it is impossible for normal person. I can't understand their return policy, and I really tried. Maybe I am stupid, because I fell stupid when I am exchanging emails with Badinka customer service. Every email is something new, only to not give me money back. And I spend on BADINKA 300€. I don't recommend this company, they try to make you idiot and steal you money. That's all.

🚨 WARNING: SCAM COMPANY – DO NOT ORDER 🚨

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever purchased from. Their return policy is an absolute joke — they expect you to ship returns to BULGARIA at your own expense, which can cost almost as much as the order itself. They don’t mention that upfront, of course — you only find out when you try to return something.

When I reached out, they offered me a “store credit” to keep items I didn’t even want, plus a coupon to “buy more.” Seriously? Why would anyone ever want to shop here again after this kind of scammy behavior?

Their entire operation feels deceptive and dishonest — they hide behind ridiculous return terms and then act like they’re doing you a favor. Customer service is completely unhelpful, dismissive, and manipulative.

I will be disputing the charges with my bank and reporting this company for fraudulent practices. Save yourself the stress and do not give them a single dollar. You’ll regret it.

Requested Resolution:
• A full refund for both jumpsuits.
• Accountability for the poor quality and lack of customer care.
• A review of Badinka’s business practices to prevent future customers from experiencing similar issues.
