Great quality items, fit was exactly as described and easy to wear. Shipping took about 2 weeks, which was in time for the event I wanted them for. Very pleased with the service :)

I am so pleased with the items I received from BADINKA!!! Absolutely beautiful pieces that look and feel high quality and well crafted. I spent awhile looking through different stores and I fell in love with the unique designs and patterns this company offered. I’m so excited to wear everything I got, especially my new butterfly wings! I’m also grateful for the prompt and kind customer service I was shown.

Absolutely GORGEOUS products. I’ve bought a few pieces from them. Extremely high quality. I’ll probably buy more, to be honest. I have 8 pieces from them. No other graphic print items I’ve bought anywhere else come even close.

WORD OF WARNING

Shipping is EXORBITANT if you have to do a return from the USA; expect close to 40 bucks. I ordered a suit that was too large because the reviews said to size up… whoops! I was aghast at the return shipping cost, but badinka offered me a 70% off code on a replacement, AND a bogo code. For that kind of cost difference, I’ll happily make something out of the mesh suit that was too big; arm warmers, leggings, whatever. So on that first bodysuit order, maybe buy something on sale to test the fit. Rather than a bunch of pieces.

ANOTHER WORD OF WARNING: if you have a substantial size difference of body parts, be prepared to have alterations done on the body suits. I’m a 14 on top and an 8 on the bottom, and the legs are VERY loose on me. Which is fine, I can sew… and these prints are better than any others I’ve seen. Absolutely GORGEOUS.

Kann mich nicht beschweren. Lieferung erfolge sehr schnell und Qualität finde ich auch gut. Habs noch nicht auf Party getragen, aber ich hab das Gefühl dass es sehr schön aussehen wird. Und ich werde auf jeden Fall nochmal dort bestellen, weil das tatsächlich absolut meinem Geschmack entspricht 😁 bin gespannt ob ich dann weiterhin so zufrieden bin 🙏

I had a problem with my BOGO item after I purchased my order. I reached out to customer service and they were very responsive. I wasn't receiving email notifications for some reason and they reached out to me 3 times (which im glad they did!). I provided everything they needed and they added my item with no hassle! Customer service was 10/10 and ill definitely be ordering from them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

On Nov 2 I placed an order for 2 items totalling about $150 which included “shipping protection” promising a 6-9 day delivery.

After 26 days they decided to set my status to “delivered”. (It’s been a month now!) My mom works from home and other packages had arrived from other vendors (on time and early, mind you) and nothing from this scam site, BADinka.

I tried to send an email to their “help” email and all they could tell me was to “ask my neighbours” if they received my package instead. Ridiculous. As no other vendor has ever had issues reading my address correctly. (In the near 30 years we have lived here) We also live in a nice neighbourhood and, should someone have received my package by mistake, it would have shown up by now.

False “delivery” status scam website.

We had very good customer service from Badinka. Shipping to Australia was quick and their process for returns (we ordered the wrong size!) was efficient! Definitely a great place to get quality, and very sexy, festival wear!

Ich habe eine Hose gekauft, allerdings ist diese, entgegen der angegebenen Maße, so an dem Hosenbund so eng geschnitten, dass diese maximal ein 4 Jähriges Kind tragen könnte.

Habe eine S bestellt. Laut eigener größentabelle soll diese ca 89cm Hüftumfang unterstützen, die erhaltene Hose hatte allerdings einen Hüftumfang von 54cm (60, wenn ich diese aufs äußerste gestreched habe).

Und anstatt den offensichtlichen Produktionsfehler einzusehen, stellt man sich dumm und gibt dem Kunden die Schuld. Will man die dann zurückschicken soll man selber die Rücksendung bezahlen, da man ja das richtige Design bekommen hat.

Schlechtester Support den ich je gesehen habe. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Love their outfits! I bought 2 bodysuits and the quality is worth every penny I spent! I had so many compliments on them! I will definitely re-order from them. One thing to take into consideration is that since they probably don’t have a large stock, they make their product on demand so I will advise to order at least 3 weeks before your event!

Excellent quality cosplay suit! I recieved many compliments from people. State Folks, plan to order early if needed for an event. Arrived much faster than most overseas products!

My order arrived quickly and was exactly as I anticipated. It is a very high quality set. It fits perfectly. Read the size chart closely. I am usually an XS everywhere but based on the chart I ordered the small which was the correct choice. I received so many compliments when I wore it. I would definitely shop here again.

I ordered two zombie bodysuits for Halloween. I followed the size chart for each. I paid for faster shipping for one and regular shipping for the other. Both arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The quality of the zombie design was great. It was richly saturated, detailed, and not pixilated or blurry. The fabric is soft and they both fit great!

Costume was exactly as anticipated, and I got amazing feedback. The customer service response was second to none! The lead time and getting my costume before Halloween was important, and they came through with that request! Very impressed with this company, I’d recommend and order from them again for sure!

I cancelled my order 5 minutes after placing it due to finding a lot of reviews saying the customer service wasn’t great.

I was told a day later it was impossible to cancel, order arrived and both have a mirror effect in the images but it’s clearly matt in real life so it’s obvious they have photoshopped the images in the reviews and faked the reviews

The quality and materials of the clothes are excellent. I get so many compliments on my outfits from Badinka. Shipping is fast and easy to track. Customer service is exceptional with great communication and is very responsive, they go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Looking forward to more designs coming so I can get my next order in and be festival ready.

I love all of it.. the materials are of high quality and fits perfectly (true to size) for me. The designs were stunning. 🤩 I have 4 pieces from Badinka and have worn them for a photoshoot. I received so many compliments from them. 😍
