Extremely disappointing experience. The low advertised price felt misleading because shortly after ordering I was pressured to pay significantly more for “expedited fulfillment.” When I declined, the order sat unfulfilled for about 20 days before ultimately being canceled entirely due to “fulfillment circumstances.”

Advertising attractive pricing but then steering customers toward costly upgrades to actually receive the product in a reasonable timeframe is not a business model I can recommend.

Received a damaged item, but their customer service was impressive. Fast reply and hassle-free replacement made a big difference.

Eventhough the courier messed up my order, the company stepped up right away. Smooth replacement and very professional handling.

Placed an order and then needed to cancel the order. I’ve spent over 24 hours trying to contact the company by phone and email since order was placed. You can not get a hold of anyone and no one will respond back. Do not buy!! They are scamming people and never follow up. When your spending 4k on something you should be able to speak with a customer service agent over the phone!

The item arrived damaged due to shippin, but the company handled it perfectly. Quick response and a fast replacement--great service.

Great prices but slow to respond to questions. Took 2 weeks to respond to my question about shipping date and when they called me back two weeks later they asked me for an additional shipping charge of $100 to get within 2 weeks. From time order was placed to time I should receive product will be almost 4 weeks and paid $100 more

Price was very competitive.
Malcolm with customer service was awesome.
However, when products were shipped, I never received a tracking number or shipment details.
Products were shipped with the incorrect address and phone number, causing further delays and confusion.
But on the flip side, Malcolm with customer service was awesome in helping resolve these issues.

Customer service and delivery was excellent. The delivery was on time (faster than expected) and I received exactly what was ordered. I will be ordering from Backyard Provider again.

My thoughts on the walkout watch 3 are balanced. The health tracking works well for steps and heart rate but some of the smart features feel unnecessary. It looks sleek on the wrist and performs fine for everyday use.

Stay clear! They delay and delay and delay, then reach out to you to push their shipping insurance and other options. A week later, they tell me it's not in stock even though they list it as available.

Bad experience had to cancel order could not get a real person to help

We ordered an electric bike from Backyard Provider, and to be honest, I was a little put off by the "extras" offered - for example, +30 for a reinforced box. Then the order confirmation email said that a customer service agent would contact me. ... ?What?! Why?! I was suspicious...were we getting ripped off?

Malcolm reached out and told us that their supplier did not have the color bike I had requested. After getting the color sorted out, the bike was shipped and arrived via Fed Ex within a few days. It was in perfect condition, the correct color, and arrived within a few days. (We did not pay for a reinforced box or any of the other extras that were offered.) Malcolm emailed updates when the bike was shipped and when it was delivered.

All that to say their customer service is excellent, we got what we paid for in a reasonable amount of time, and we would purchase from Backyard Provider again.

Backyard Provider has very good customer service. I waited on my review for a while, because I wanted to ensure the Basketball Hoop was installed and used. But getting in touch was easy and pain-less. I was hoping for a little faster shipping, but its hard to know shipping timing, with large items coming all the way across the country. Especially with winter weather. They were easy to get a hold of, and gave a great estimated date of arrival which was helpful to schedule the cement delivery, to install the hoop. The hoops in and works great, plus Backyard Provider had incredible pricing. I will definitely be doing repeat business with them.

made a purchase from this company of liars, which offered two-day shipping. It took them five days to contact me, only to tell me that the item would arrive 22 days later. And when that date arrived, they canceled the order because they didn't have the item in stock. I don't understand how these liars manage to stay in business.
