A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. This company is a fraud racket from start to finish. We hired them to move items from CA to Idaho. They quoted a good price and once they had our items loaded, the stopped communicating entirely. They finally responded A MONTH after their scheduled delivery date and told us that unless we paid an additional $3000 "shuttle fee,' they would not deliver. We threatened to sue and they caved. When our belongings finally arrived, about $1500 worth of my tools has been stolen. They have never responded to my effort to file a claim on their insurance. They don't move items themselves. They are merely a broker who contracts out to other fly by night local movers. What you see in the website is all fake. I have formal complaints ongoing with federal and state commerce authorities.
IF YOU GO WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU ARE IN FOR THE NIGHTMARE OF YOUR LIFE.

Do not trust this company . I am a carrier. They rented a trailler with me. And not paying for it for 3 months ! They are thieves! Police report already done and court is waiting for you

If I could give 0 as a rating I would. This was the most ridiculous, stress inducing, waste of money, nightmare experience. This company is unreliable, untrustworthy, and over all just garbage. Not to mention they don’t even have operating authority to transport household goods or have up to date insurance to be performing such services. Avoid this company at all costs (unless you love headaches). They picked up our belongings at the end of January and we didn’t receive our items until March. No one answers their phones and it’s an all day game of telephone tag trying to get ahold of anyone. They never give legitimate, specific information regarding where your belongings are or what is happening with the transit of any items.The boxes when they arrived were also completely damaged and the sturdy plastic totes were mangled and misshapen. Numerous items were damaged. Last minute they also stated they couldn’t even bring our belongings to our new address due to “road restrictions” (there literally aren’t any, confirmed via the department of transportation) and we had to meet them with our OWN truck to get our stuff. From start to finish this company has been a hellish nightmare to work with and so unbelievably unprofessional. Do not give this illegal operation any more business.

This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you value your sanity, your money, and your belongings, do not hire West Coast Express Moving and Chiarella Transportation and Relocation Inc.

Here’s what happened:
• They picked up my mother’s items on May 2, 2025. We didn’t see her belongings again until early September. Four months!
• We were originally promised delivery by June 4. Then, after the fact, they claimed they had “30 days from that date” to deliver. Total bait and switch.
• They doubled the charges after her things were already on the truck, leaving us no choice but to pay under pressure.
• They rarely answered phones or emails, and when they did, they were dismissive, rude, and dishonest.
• We caught them in multiple lies about delivery dates. Calls were hung up on, texts ignored, emails never returned.

This company operates with zero integrity. They lie, they dodge responsibility, they extort more money mid-move, and they treat customers with absolute disrespect.

Save yourself the nightmare—do not use West Coast Express Moving under any circumstances. I wouldn’t trust them to move a single box across the street.

West Coast Express Moving can be described in one word – a company of crooks. After loading my stuff, after I had provided them with a list of my belongings in advance, including their dimensions (!), they tripled the price of the transport. I received my stuff after almost a month and a half and dozens of fruitless phone calls. Almost half of my furniture was broken and unusable, not even repairable. After that, despite the contract and prior arrangements, they cut off all contact. I will repeat once again – they are crooks. Beware of them!

I would give ZERO stars if that were an option! Bait & Switch. Quoted $1,800 and then after everything is on their truck $6,000!! It’s been almost 30 days and I still don’t have my stuff delivered

They were very friendly and knowledgable. Nick, Almaz and the rest of the team were very quick and efficient moving my belongings. I would use them again on the next move! Moving costs are comprehensive for the services and very reasonable. Everything was packed up very secure. Nick and Almaz were awesome!

Unless you want to wait 21 BUSINESS DAYS for your bed I highly suggest to NOT use this company. It was not communicated to me when I signed the contract that I would have to wait almost a month for my items. I was just told "You're the boss." I would also not recommend them unless you want a portion of your things quoted actually moved for you. They expect you to pay 3,000 more on top of what they quoted you for. It's definetly a bait company and I wouldn't use it if you have limited money to move.

A GREAT experience moving my things from a storage facility to a high rise. Josh was easy to work with and the guys (sorry, I am bad on remembering names) were on time, worked quickly and efficiently to make my move relatively stress free.

Great moving experience. The two person crew was on time and very efficient, we had a lot of heavy furniture going from a third floor apartment into a new house and the crew crushed it. Would definitely recommend their services and will use again if needed.

Ryan, Dustin, and Justin were fabulous! They were professional, cheerful, and very polite. They took extraordinary care with the many, many items and furniture they moved. Would highly recommend.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. The movers were rude. Added an additional $1250+ to the original estimate for standard mover activity. I only had 41 pre taped boxes (mostly small) and a bike. I was making a major life change and the person who picked up my things was rude. 1 box was damaged and lost boxes and my ebike bike in the move.

They were also very thorough and very professional. We've dealt with movers before and never had an experience comparable to this! Bottom line: West coast express moving are profession, careful, considerate and fast. The move was quicker than we anticipated and everything was handled with care. I don't want to ever move again, but if I do, I want West coast express moving to do it! Thank you guys!

Very professional, quick and easy to set up with and get a quote. I really recommend them and their services as they really cranked when they needed to, and there wasn’t a lot of wasted time with chitchat. It was just let’s get busy, by the hour, wrapped nice item up safely and moved without issue. I moved about a two bedroom apartment and didn’t have a single broken glass or a piece of porcelain. I highly recommend these guys! Book them before they fill up!

West coast express moving did a great job moving my daughter from her 1 bedroom. They were so helpful, assisting in wrapping furniture and getting her set up in her new place. Thank you we will use you again.

Horrible, incompetent business. I sought out WCEM for a California to Texas move where they vowed they were a moving company and did not broker movers. My belongings took over three and a half weeks to arrive at their new destination, with little to no correspondence on the matter from WCEM. I, myself had to initiate any and all correspondence or seek updates on ETA. The delivery company was an entirely different moving company.

More than half of my boxes arrived BROKEN, furniture DAMAGED, and over 20+ boxes remain MISSING. It's evident my belongings were picked up and dropped off arbitrarily throughout the course of transporting, as WCEM proceeded to secure booking after booking - only to fail abysmally to maintain necessary order with each client's respective items.

I have moved across the country countless times, employing countless moving companies, and have NEVER had this happen, EVER. I have none of my clothes or shoes. I lost dishware, cultery, crystal, expensive cookware, the list goes on. I maintain my aforementioned rationale that my 20+ boxes of missing belongings were stolen and/or received by other patrons within the carelessly haphazard mass move.

After airing my grievances and expressing my more than justifiable frustrations, I was told that with continued nonchalant disregard, I could file a claim. A claim that is stated to take up to FOUR MONTHS from file to potential resolution close.

If you seek out the services of West Coast Express Moving, I implore you to save the "experience" for one you actually desire to forego.

I am presently using this company to transport my stuff from WA to AZ. While it’s a little over a 20 he drive between the 2 and the driver left on Monday it is now Sunday night and I haven’t heard a peep from them as to where they are. I’m worried sick and no one responds to my calls or emails. I had to stay I. A hotel and because I don’t know anything I am just trying to extend my stay but don’t know how long to do it. It’s during the holidays and every hotel is booked so it is awful cause if I can’t stay where else can I book a room in town? My adult children are worried and even told me they think the company is completely unprofessional or even wondered if it’s a scam!
Does this company care about the many things a customer has to do besides waiting for them to arrive? No! I’m furious and it’s needless if they would call or email to keep me informed where along the route my stuff is!!!!! Hate this experience and you can be sure I will use all my social media accounts to share this terrible experience in due time! I do not recommend them at all! I’ve never been left not knowing in all the years I’ve moved! Find someone better folks and save yourself a lot of stress!!!
