Premier Dead Sea Europe Anmeldelser

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Ihrem mehr als zufrieden stellenden Service. Danke Galuh Mega. Viele liebe Grüße Sandra Lorenz

Great company with high standard products! The costumer service is outstanding, with heart for the costumer!

Excellent products and exceptionally responsive service!
I have been using Premier Dead Sea products for almost 20 years and have consistently found them to be of very high quality and particularly well suited to my skin.
I recently ordered the Perfection Bio-Performance Liposome Gel-Serum from Premier Dead Sea Europe. The serum absorbs quickly without leaving any shine, stickiness or residue. After application, my skin feels slightly firmer, and my pores appear less visible.
Unfortunately, the pump on the bottle arrived defective. I contacted customer service and provided a short video of the problem. They replied within 30 minutes and immediately offered to send me a replacement product. The matter was handled quickly, professionally and without unnecessary complications.
Both the product quality and the customer service deserve five stars.

This company has excellent products Perfect for all types of skins
Galuh Mega was very attentive, with very good recommandations and understanding of customers need.
Excellent experience since more that 10 years

I sent them an email to let them know my device was broken and it took them over a day to respond. Then I sent them all the information and no one responded back for over 3 days, I finally called them and the lady from Florida responded back. But overall the customer service is very slow with no response right away. Very frustrating. Basically you have to call to get service.

Galuh Mega my warranty representative was excellent!
He was very understanding and services were prompt. I received my replacement device within days.

Very good skin products! My skin looks amazing with visible firmness and wrinkle reduction.

“Excelente producto. Destaca por su rápida absorción, textura ligera y buena capacidad de hidratación sin dejar residuo graso. Muy recomendable para rutinas diarias

Cause I get free face procedures if I make a purchase in Premier :)

The esthetician and product consultants were very helpful in helping me start using your skin care line. I am excited to watch for improvements in my complexion.

He addressed my question and provided a solution.

I used to get your products at a kiosk at the mall. I always bought extra to have on hand. One day the kiosk was gone but I had plenty product to last for some time. When my husband lost his job, we had to tighten the spending which meant as I ran out of products, I had to find a less expensive one as a replacement. Time passed and I forgot about your products until a few month ago, when cleaning out the bathroom cabinets, I found and old tube of the exfoliating/cleansing gel. Couldn't use it but I went online and stocked up again! My skin has never looked better! Your products are fantastic! Thank you!

I received your Premier Perfecting Cream from my late sister and was delighted because it moisturizes my face perfectly without any irritation and without causing blemishes. I was unable to continue using Dr. Sabah's anti-aging cantalope melon products as they irritated my skin, but regular use of your perfecting cream has finally provided my face with moisture without weight and without any of the negative effects I have had to so many other skin care lines, including Mary Kaye products. I'm delighted my sister gifted me with your perfecting cream and makes me interested in your other products too!

Excelente servicio
