We visited their Derby store (abbey street) because we wanted to look at silver cross prams, and they are the only stockist in Derby. From the moment we entered the first time, we were welcomed, and helped by a lovely woman called (or Diana - sorry lovely, only heard your name in passing). She was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to show us lots of stuff about the silver cross prams, but also lots of other brands too. We wanted to see the Silver cross Cove 2 in person, and she told us when they expected to have it in store.

We returned this weekend, and was helped by another lovely lady called Susan, who showed us the new features of the Silver Cross Cove 2 (again, she was incredibly knowledgeable), and helped us get our travel system ordered. The offers they have on their travel system bundles are fantastic. We are so thrilled about this, because as any expectant parent knows, there are many many things to buy, and lots of money being spent in the run up to the baby arriving.

The service we have received was incredible, and the people who work there are all so lovely, knowledgeable and passionate! We thoroughly look forward to receiving our pram. We will 100% come back to this store if we need to buy anything else!

Went to a show to buy a push chair. Unfortunately the advisor failed to tell us the one we brought was a travel pushchair and not an everyday one. hence, we can not use it as my baby head is bouncing up and down. Customer service is not helping

Avoid them. They were so delayed in sending the items and really poor communicators, only when we reached out to enquire did they send any updates and had to be chased. Mis sold us items then blamed us. Best thing to do if you go to a baby planet event is see the products then go directly to the companies. The discounts are very poor anyway.

We popped into the Derby store today and was greeted by Diane, she was extremely helpful and we found exactly what we were looking for. Very pleasant experience!

We recently ordered the iCandy Peach 7 Travel System from Baby Planet after finding they offered the best price by far compared to anywhere else we looked.
Delivery was free on orders over £50, although our order remained as "pending" for a few days. Without us needing to chase them, Baby Planet emailed to explain there would be a slight delay and let us know when to expect an update, which we really appreciated.
Around nine days after placing our order, they called to confirm they had most of the travel system ready to send with next-day delivery. One item was still outstanding, and they gave us the choice of waiting for everything to arrive together or having the available items sent immediately, with the remaining item to follow. We chose the latter.
The main order arrived within 24 hours via tracked delivery, and the final item arrived the following week as promised. Everything was in perfect condition, and we've had no issues at all.
Overall, we're very pleased with our experience. Baby Planet offered the best price we could find, kept us informed throughout, and delivered exactly as promised. We'd happily recommend them and would order from them again.

Really lovely experience! Ellie was a great help and let us try the car seat in the car. We didn’t feel pressured, and there was zero hard sell. I would absolutely recommend and would use again!

today me and my partner visited the derby store as first time expectant parents, we had Ellie show us how to set up and dismantle the pram we had chosen. she was incredibly patient, supportive and very willing to help. she answered any and all questions we had so we opted to buy on the day after feeling incredibly confident as to how to use this safely and efficiently after demonstration. Thank you ellie! :)

I spent over £1,300 with Baby Planet and have experienced nothing but problems.
Their website allowed me to book a Sunday delivery that they don’t even offer. One of my car seat bases wasn’t dispatched, and nobody informed me that the pram adaptors had been recalled and would be unavailable until after I chased them.

I originally came across Baby Planet at a baby show and felt confident placing a large order based on that experience, which makes the outcome even more disappointing.

Instead of taking ownership, I felt my concerns were repeatedly questioned, despite the issues being caused by their own mistakes. The communication throughout has been poor, and the customer service has been even worse.

To top it all off, after all the stress and inconvenience, they offered me a £30 store credit only which I refused as I will never order from here again.

Mistakes happen. Refusing to take responsibility and treating customers this way is unacceptable. I will never shop with Baby Planet again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their money here.

Ordered a nursery furniture set a month ago and have been messed around with the delivery date constantly. Have wasted 2 days off of work waiting for the delivery to turn up because they have told me its coming on those set days and then the delivery company have contacted me both times to say the delivery has been cancelled at the last minute as they haven't received the items from BabyPlanet. No words from BabyPlanet either time until I reached out to them asking why this is happening, and still no reasonable explanation. Find another site to order from, this site is an absolute con!

This company have still to refund me from a returned order in January. They have lied and showed a refund to an account which does not belong to me or was never used to make the payment. Finally in June they replied saying sorry they forgot to refund me then since then have told me they have refunded it to an account and showed me the last 4 numbers which is no card or mine which I explained. I was then told days ago to give my number so a manager could call, since then there has been no phone call and 5 ignored emails. This company are absolute scammers, from forgetting to refund me since January to kidding on they have refunded me to ignored emails they are a disgrace. AVOID THIS COMPANY
