The underbelly underwear were super comfortable during pregnancy. Over the belly ones were slightly restrictive but may be good post a c section. I returned these but it was easy to do.

Sent me the completely wrong item and when I emailed them they asked me for a picture of the item I ordered. I had to email back to reiterate that they sent me the wrong order so I could not send them a picture of what I purchased as I didn’t recieve it. Basic communication is just difficult. Let alone being very disappointed at receiving the wrong order

Don't buy the underwear!
Don't buy the underwear!! Falls apart after a couple of wears and they refuse to offer a refund . . . Haven't tried the other products but I'm dubious to be honest.

I had a very positive experience with the company. Lucy Flynn contacted me to let me know that one item from my set was unavailable and offered a refund. When I asked to cancel the full set, my request was handled promptly and positively. Excellent customer service and a great focus on customer satisfaction.

I'm still waiting on part of my order and don't know when it will be delivered. I'm also still awaiting a response from customer service about an item that is out of stock.
Update: after my review, I immediately got a response from a BabyGo customer representative. I now have all the items I was waiting for!

sports bra look, firm but comfortable

Great quality leggings for pregnancy and beyond. Really supportive and stretchy so plenty of room for growing!
Also helpful customer service, there was a delay on postage (due to the courier, not Babygo) but Lucy was very responsive in dealing with this when.

After leaving review. Prompt customer service, in touch every step of the way and immediately sent the pregnancy pillow. Arrived the next day.
Love the baby go pregnancy pillow, has helped my sleep on my side comfortably and reduced my hip pain

Small sizing
Order arrived promptly and the baby grow is good quality. However as others have mentioned the women's sizing seems very small. I’m a size 10-12 and ordered the medium postpartum underwear and they only just fit, they’re very tight and not particularly comfortable. I don’t think they’ll get much use unfortunately.
EDIT: BabyGo contacted me following this review and arranged for a refund of the underwear despite it being outside of their policy, really appreciate the goodwill gesture.

Ok...not great
My order came very promptly which was great. However my trousers only came in size labelled bags no tickets or anything demarcating it on the leggings themselves. So, makes me question if they're new or someone's returned items? Equally, hard for trying on because multiple pairs in the same colour/different sizes, you can't tell.
I'd say they run a bit of the smaller side of sizes.... They also discoloured immediately when it rained. Unfortunately, I'm not sure I'd purchase anything from here again.

Easy ordering and quick delivery
Easy ordering and quick delivery. I ordered 2 items and they came separately but still in good time. The safety pack is good and as my granddaughter is now on the move and opening drawers and cupboards it was good to be able to get everything we need in one good value pack. The magnetic locks are great as you can’t see them. We didn’t want nothing obvious or that would damage our new cupboards. We bought some spare magnets so always have them handy. The fact you can fix them in place means you are not having to hunt for them. Great idea!
