The underbelly underwear were super comfortable during pregnancy. Over the belly ones were slightly restrictive but may be good post a c section. I returned these but it was easy to do.

Ordered two packs of magnetic child…
Ordered two packs of magnetic child locks. Unfortunately only one pack arrived, but a quick email exchange with Mika at BabyGo resulted in the remaining pack delivered next day. Customer Service is extremely good and the cupboard magnetic locks are awesome. Genuine 3M sticky pads, a doddle to fit and so easy to use. One particular plus point is the ability to switch off the locks when the Granddaughter is out of the kitchen. Very useful when emptying shopping bags and restocking the cupboards. All in all, fantastic product and excellent Customer Service

Purchased baby proofing
Purchased baby proofing items which were very good quality. Initially received a delivery very quickly but an item was missing. Lucy at customer service was really friendly and helpful in finding the missing delivery and in the follow up too. Leah in the content team was also super helpful in pointing me in the right direction for support. Would recommend!

Fantastic Pregnancy Belt!
I purchased the pregnancy belt in the large size for my daughter-in-law and she is finding it extremely useful. I initially purchased the medium size but she found this a little tight. Our first grandchild is due in 4 weeks time and what with the heat that we’ve been experiencing, she says that the comfort and support that the belt provides has been a god send as she has been suffering with awful Pelvic Girdle Pain. I’ve been delighted that I could find a product that could really help her, so thank you BabyGo!

Excellent customer service
Lucy from the customer support team was amazing. I purchased a baby-proofing kit a few years ago and between my first and second child, had lost a few pieces and the stickers that go on the cupboard fronts. Upon contacting customer services regarding getting some replacement pieces, Lucy dealt with my request quickly and efficiently and I would say went above and beyond for me. Great customer service!
