The underbelly underwear were super comfortable during pregnancy. Over the belly ones were slightly restrictive but may be good post a c section. I returned these but it was easy to do.

Not happy
Support pants for postpartum and csection. They aren’t supportive at all, they dig in at the bum and legs and aren’t high enough. Really shocked with how poor these are. Not sure on how lawful it is but they state knickers are non returnable yet i believe if they arrived in a sealed hygiene wrapper or sticker and that seal remains intact, the company cannot refuse a return just because they are underwear.
I would like a return babygo.

I’m sorry to hear that the postpartum support pants haven’t met your expectations and that you haven’t found the fit and support you were looking for.
I understand your concerns regarding our returns policy. Our hygiene restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, as underwear is a close-to-skin garment. We can accept returns of knickers where they are completely unworn, have not been tried on, and are returned with all original tags and hygiene seals/stickers fully intact.
However, once underwear has been opened or tried on, we’re unable to accept it back for return due to hygiene reasons.
If your support pants remain unworn and the hygiene sticker/seal is still intact, please confirm this and we can look into arranging a return for you.

Wrong birthing ball colours sent
I ordered two oatmeal-coloured birthing balls but received two from an incorrect batch that were a lavender shade instead. This was disappointing as I specifically chose the oatmeal colour to match the nursery décor.
Customer services initially explained that there had been an issue with the colour from a previous batch and that the problem had been resolved. They then informed me that replacement oatmeal birthing balls had been arranged for next working day delivery. However, a few minutes later, I received a follow-up email advising that the 75cm oatmeal birthing balls were actually out of stock and that the replacement could not be sent after all, which was quite disheartening.
They offered a 20% discount and the option to choose another colour. As arranging an exchange would have been a hassle, we decided to keep the ones we received.
Although the situation was frustrating, customer services were apologetic and tried to find a resolution.
FYI: If you’re buying for someone around 5ft 3 or under, the 75cm birthing ball may be too large, so check the sizing guide carefully.

Easy to fix
Easy to fix, great at stopping kids opening doors.
Older kids have broken a couple aleady and it a bit of a pain remembering to use the magnetic device every time you need something.

Sent me the completely wrong item and when I emailed them they asked me for a picture of the item I ordered. I had to email back to reiterate that they sent me the wrong order so I could not send them a picture of what I purchased as I didn’t recieve it. Basic communication is just difficult. Let alone being very disappointed at receiving the wrong order

Don't buy the underwear!
Don't buy the underwear!! Falls apart after a couple of wears and they refuse to offer a refund . . . Haven't tried the other products but I'm dubious to be honest.
