Excellent Customer Service
The products arrived but 1 item within the box was missing. I emailed customer services and Lucy responded quickly, professionally and politely, and arranged to send out the missing pieces with a few extras because of the inconvenience. Very pleased with the excellent customer service.

Babygo postpartum underwear have been a life saver for me since my c-section as they provide support and comfort around my scar/belly.
I accidentally placed an order with the wrong size items so sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled. Ordered a new born baby grow and a…
Ordered a new born baby grow and a pregnancy/labour ball. The items were sent separately, so babygrow arrived within a couple of days and we received an outstanding payment notice from Royal Mail for postage of the ball. After contacting customer service, Lucy got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue, the weight of the item had been inputted incorrectly, so this was paid by BabyGo and the item was delivered after a couple of days. There is a 'free returns' charge with BabyGo and I needed to download a third-party app to track the delivery of items so that all felt a little convoluted. However, I was impressed and reassured by Lucy's quick responses and resolution to get my items delivered. Both products seem good quality, particularly the ball which is still fully inflated after almost a week, and also comes with a Pregnancy Book full of exercises and tips.

The website is easy to navigate, the online ordering is easy and delivery was very prompt, I was lucky to get what I needed at sale prices, so I got a bargain. Have ordered these pyjamas before for my granddaughter and they are great quality and also very comfortable.

I am leaving this 5 star review simply for Lucy's great customer service. I had an issue with a product I had purchased and she has been great and time efficient throughout. She was understanding, helpful and informative. I was skeptical when ordering online incase any issues do arise because you then need to contact help via through technology rather than in person but Lucy gave clear instructions and things seemed pretty straightforward. Once the issue was determined, a replacement product was then sent. Issue resolved with a positive outcome. Thank you Lucy for being ever so helpful and for providing such positive/pleasant customer service.

Product not delivered
Bought a pregnancy ball and it was supposed to be delivered on 18/9/26, it is 24/9/26 now and it still hasn’t been delivered.
The tracking status states that it is delayed with no updates. I have emailed Babygo’s customer service with my order number and they have been absolutely unhelpful, claiming that my parcel has been delivered when I have tracking proof that it is not.
At this juncture I would like a full refund as I have absolutely no faith that the company would deliver the product before my labour.

Love the maternity bras very comfortable. I had to exchange mine though as the size was too big even though I checked on the size guide so I’d advise sizing down if your borderline. I had some issues with exchanging and I emailed Lucy Flynn from the team who really helped me. Great service very happy will definitely shop here again

Not happy
Support pants for postpartum and csection. They aren’t supportive at all, they dig in at the bum and legs and aren’t high enough. Really shocked with how poor these are. Not sure on how lawful it is but they state knickers are non returnable yet i believe if they arrived in a sealed hygiene wrapper or sticker and that seal remains intact, the company cannot refuse a return just because they are underwear.
I would like a return babygo.

I’m sorry to hear that the postpartum support pants haven’t met your expectations and that you haven’t found the fit and support you were looking for.
I understand your concerns regarding our returns policy. Our hygiene restrictions are in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, as underwear is a close-to-skin garment. We can accept returns of knickers where they are completely unworn, have not been tried on, and are returned with all original tags and hygiene seals/stickers fully intact.
However, once underwear has been opened or tried on, we’re unable to accept it back for return due to hygiene reasons.
If your support pants remain unworn and the hygiene sticker/seal is still intact, please confirm this and we can look into arranging a return for you.
