Upon ordering for the first time, it was a little confusing with the buy 2 get 1 free special. After contacting support to assist, they have been amazing and responded very quickly.

The bracelets I ordered are gorgeous and I've been wearing them for over a month now, I do not take them off. I wear them in the shower and get them wet everyday just as advertised they do not tarnish! They are k18 gold which means they should last forever and seems like they will! I am honestly obsessed with them and will be ordering more soon 😍

A mix up meant I received some with dimantes instead.

when my order was delivered the necklace had a knot in the chain that I couldn’t get out. this was a gift. spoke to a lovely girl in customer service and. nothing was too much. she immediately re-ordered and posted a new item. received in time for birthday. not often you get good customer service like that. and product was great.
