I recently had the pleasure of receiving Botox treatments from Mr Dario Rochira, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Dario's professionalism and knowledge made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. After much consideration I decided to have surgery to get rid of my ‘man boobs’ so contacted Dr Rochira.
His warm, calm and professional approach made me feel at ease during the first consultation and the reason why I was certain I made the right decision. He explained everything from preparing myself for the procedure, the surgery itself and then the post op care I would receive.
My pre operative assessment with the much friendly Nurse, Stephania, who was thorough, detailed and also spent time giving me an opportunity to discuss any questions I had.
The day of surgery was seamless, there was friendly team led br Dr Rochira and surgery was over in no time.
I received excellent care post operative too over the weeks by both Stephania, and Dr Rochira.
Here I am seven weeks post surgery, excellent result and feeling much better about myself.

I cannot recommend Dr. Dario Rochira highly enough. I underwent breast augmentation (breast implants) with him, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Dr. Rochira is not only an exceptional surgeon, but also a true professional — calm, attentive and thorough. He took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all of my questions in detail, and guided me towards the most suitable options for my body while always respecting my personal preferences.

On the day of surgery, I felt genuinely reassured by both Dr. Rochira and his team. The clinic staff were consistently kind, organised and responsive, and communication was excellent throughout the entire process, including post-operative care.

Most importantly, my results are beautiful, natural-looking and proportionate — and they have restored my confidence in a way I did not think was possible. If I ever choose to have another aesthetic procedure in the future, I would only trust Dr. Rochira and his team.

I had a consultation re fat being added to one of my breasts . I found Mr Rochira to be a rude and passively agressive man. In my opinion he should not being working in this field of medicine

I had a consultation with this surgeon , he was extremely passive aggressive and standoffish not wanting to do any morphs or even really discuss the treatment. Saying it was very expensive.

He eventually said I needed to lose weight and I don't need this surgery he requested I still pay for the consultation.

I had the rhinoplasty with another surgeon who was happy to do it and fix my deviated septum at the same time and the results look amazing. It worked out well in the end.

I don't know if it was racially charged or just being ugly I don't know to this day. Ironically I needed the surgery more than most of his other patients.

I am more than one year post-septorhinoplasty and I'm not happy with the results or care received from Dr Rochira.

Despite having some asymmetry in my nose prior to surgery, this has not been corrected and has been made worse despite paying £9500 for the surgery. I have been left with a nose that looks wonky and very different on either side of the midline. The nose now appears to deviate more to the left than before surgery. Prior asymmetry should not preclude a symmetrical nose outcome.

When raising any concerns with Dr Rochira at the follow-up appointments, he becomes extremely defensive and dismissive, he does not fully explain any reasons, does not take any responsibility, and rushes you out of the clinic.

One of my concerns was that excess bone was left on the lateral side wall. At the 3-month follow-up, he thought it was swelling, until he touched it and agreed that it was bone, after which he backtracked and said it made it "look more natural". In the one-year follow-up, he told me I was being a perfectionist and was making it up.

Dr Rochira lacks detailed assessment and professional consultation skills. He did not check inside the nose at any follow-up appointment, despite the fact that I flagged I may have had an adhesion inside the nose. He did not ask to take any pictures at the follow-ups to compare to the before pictures, probably because he knew the result was not good.

Don't fall for the curated social media pictures and find another surgeon.

I had my surgery with Dr Rochira on the 19th Jan 2023. I had my initial consultation with him in October 2022 and he was very approachable and very professional. He outlined his expectations and as I had done my research prior I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. His goal is to keep you looking natural with a nose that suits your face, in comparison to some surgeons I’ve seen who place the same nose onto every patient. The whole process was smooth from start to end. I was so nervous about the surgery on the day but the care I received was fantastic. I am now 3 months post op and I can easily say I’d do it again if I had to. The bruising was pretty much none existent and there was very minimal swelling. No pain whatsoever, just an uncomfortable sensation like when you have a bad cold. My advice would be to do your research beforehand and you’ll be prepared for the results after the cast comes off. I knew I would be swollen at first and it wouldn’t be the final result. 3 months later and my nose fits my face and it frames my whole face so much better. Healing takes up to a year so I am not finished with my journey yet, but I am beyond happy with my result. My self esteem and confidence has increased hugely thanks to Dario and I’ll forever be grateful. I used to be obsessed with my nose in a negative way, I hated my side profile and when I smiled my nose would droop down. Now I’m obsessed in a different way and I can’t believe it’s my nose. Anyone worried about getting this procedure that wants it done, Dario will look after you and create a better version of yourself. I can only speak on my experience but I can’t fault his services and his expertise. Thankyou so much Dario!

I had a preservation rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago done by Dr Rochira. It was a painless procedure where I had no bruising at all after the surgery. They made me feel extremely comfortable and I was in and out the same day. The nasal packs came off after a week and the cast a few days later. I am thrilled with the outcome and now feel confident with my appearance. I would definitely recommend Dr Rochira as my surgery results were superb.

How do I express this in words? Dr. Rochira has absolutely changed my life, my outlook on myself and my overall happiness. It’s the most beautiful outcome I could’ve ever recieved. Having preservation rhinoplasty was the best decision I ever made.

Dr Rochira is an expert in what he does. He doesn’t create noses that all look the same, he creates a nose which fits your facial features. I think this was incredibly important to me because largely one of my fears was that I wouldn’t look like myself anymore! I absolutely love my nose, and it fits my face perfectly. To be honest, I got used to my new nose so quickly that sometimes I forget I’ve even had it done!

Preservation rhinoplasty is an amazing approach too, and something that really attracted me to Rochiras practice. Preservation rhinoplasty doesn’t leave any scars around your nose like normal rhinoplasty and it’s a lot less invasive. I find it tricky to get time off work so being able to only have 1 and a half weeks off work was incredible.

I also want to add that I really appreciate that Dr Rochira didn’t mind taking his time with me. Rochira was the first surgeon I met with for a consultation but it was until about half a year later that I decided to come back and go ahead with the surgery. Rochira is realistic about outcomes and I felt at ease with him knowing I was in expert hands.

Overall I just really want to say thank you to Dr Rochira, you’ve simply changed my life.

I had preservation Rhinoplasty with Dr Rochira in December 2020. I had such a great experience from my first contact with his PA Tiffany (Thank you Tiffany for all your coordinating with me, you are brilliant!) to my first consultation and all the way to the day of my surgery. Dr Rochira is an absolute expert at what he does and instantly can see the improvements that he can make to suit your face, whilst also managing your expectations.
Day of surgery was also stress free, I felt very well taken care of and at ease by Dr Rochira and the rest of the medical team. Dr Rochira even personally called me 3 days after my surgery to check in on my recovery which I really appreciated.
Another great thing about Dr Rochira's preservation rhinoplasty technique is that the recovery is very smooth, I had very minimal bruising/swelling and my cast could come off 7 days post op.
My results are all I ever wanted, a perfect nose which fits the rest of my facial features. It looks so natural and like I was born with it.
I would recommend Dr Rochira to anyone, he is friendly, professional and an amazing plastic surgeon!!

Dr. Rochira is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Having planned to have plastic surgery for about 2 years before actually having it done to having 2 consultations with him - I never doubted his abilities. He was so patient and kind during both my consultations and never rushed me (even though I asked 5000 questions).

I'm really grateful to him as this rhinoplasty was one of the easiest surgeries I've ever had done (I've had non-cosmetic surgeries in the past). The service provided by surgical facility he works with was also very good. Truthfully, I didn't have to search very far whatsoever after seeing him for rhinoplasty consultation. He has given me such an undetectably good new nose that my family who haven't seen me in a year don't even truly notice how much my profile has changed (I had a typically Middle Eastern hump before and didn't tell them lol). I'm 4 months post-op and through the use of retinols only, my open rhinoplasty scar is almost invisible. He produced a very natural result which I'm pleased with as I did not want a very upturned or whittled-down, thin nose.

Would highly recommend him over other surgeons as he also fixed my breathing issues (deviated septum + enlarged turbinates).

I'm happy to talk to other patients who might be considering surgery but are apprehensive.
PS - all plastic surgery is a highly personal decision and should not be influenced by others !

I had a breast lift and augmentation on 6th may with Dario Rochira.
I was naturally anxious that week leading up to my surgery, Lucy and Bernadette were at the end of the phone to answer any queries and were so easy to talk too.
When I arrived at The private clinic, Fitzroy, I met my nurse (I’m so sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) who was so lovely and straight away put me at ease.
I met Dario again for the second time after my initial consultation.
Darios energy was one of the reasons I choose him as my surgeon, he seemed
very professional yet with a friendly, genuine manner, quite chilled almost, which I liked, and my anesthetist who also put me completely at ease and was also very happy and friendly.
I was most nervous about the anaesthetic as I had never been put under before.
What I loved most about this whole team is how I felt so looked after what could have been a scary experience, they managed to turn into one of the most lovely experiences in my life.

Literally they felt like a lovely little family there to look after me and that’s just what they did.
The anaesthetic was not a worry at all, I drifted off listening to my anesthetists voice thinking of a beach and my daughter.
What felt like seconds I woke up with a lovely new pair of boobs!
Owen and another lovely lady (again her name I’ve forgotten because I had just come around) looked after me after surgery, I felt so at home there, the whole team were amazing.
I’m only 4 days into my recovery, I haven’t seen my breasts properly yet but by what I can see they are amazing.
Dario is a true artist.
I am still blown away how beautiful the whole experience was and I have my follow up appointment in 3 days and I can’t wait to see my new perkier breasts, I completely left it up to Dario and I think he’s given me the breasts of my dreams already.

When I met with Dr Rochira I knew instantly he was the right surgeon for me because he knew exactly what I wanted and not to mention how friendly and approachable he was. I was in contact with his lovely PA Tiffany leading up the surgery and she was fantastic and so efficient (I would recommend going to his private clinic instead as you will get full access to Dr Rochira through Tiffany at any time) After my surgery I had minimal pain, barely any swelling or bruising. He came in and showed me a picture of my nose after the surgery and I was so happy with the way it looked and so was he! After 11 days I got my cast off and I was so shook when I saw my nose for the first time, I couldn’t believe how natural, small and perfect it was. He did such an incredible job and has given me my confidence back, he is truly an exceptional surgeon that really cares about his patient’s and absolutely loves what he does. I am 5 weeks post op and everyday it looks better and better, I really can’t thank him and his team enough!

Just coming back from seeing Mr Dario Rochira I am delighted to say I am incredibly happy with my results. I am 6 weeks post opp and my nose looks incredible, I am so happy with my results. My journey with Dario started back in January 2019, he was the first surgeon I met, and I met a few more after. I was satisfied with the initial conversation I had, he was very realistic and knew exactly my concerns. I appreciated his approach is asking me what problem do I see with my nose, and as I explained he listen. The fact he asked me what my concern was, was incredibly reassuring. I thought long and hard about planning my surgery and I knew he was the surgeon for me.

I had my opp in December 9th, and the entire experience with Dario was great. He gave me a realistic approach and he was clear about what he could achieve. I had Preservation Rhinoplasty nearly 6 months ago with Dr Rochira and I couldn't be happier with my results and the whole procedure from start to finish.

My nose is now starting to settle to my face and it looks so natural and in shape with the rest of my features.
