Awful product. Not able to return as there is no way to contact them.

Delayed receipt of dress which was not as described and despite 3 emails to request return and refund details, no response. I am appalled and totally disappointed. Please do not purchase from them.

I ordered 2 dresses £78. Paid £38 to send back to China on 10 th January 2026. 3 months later and still no refund!

They have now blocked my emails….. furious!
They need shutting down.

Cheap rubbish. Took weeks to arrive not the 48 hrs as stated when purchasing. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I ordered a dress of this site and when it came it was nothing like in the picture and size was wrong.
They come from China so they offer you 10 per cent back and you keep the item.
I have lost £50 as there is no chance of a full refund.
This site is a scam.

Do not order anything from this website. Firstly they are based in China and will not deliver anything within their advertised delivery times. When you finally receive the product, the quality is very poor and not worth the cost. Then if you want to return the item they refuse to give you the return address. They offfer money off further purchases and a mere 20-30% refund on what you ordered. After many emails they finally send a return address and it’s clearly a persons home address. It cost me a further £20 to send the package back to them (they are refusing to refund that shipping cost). The package is stuck in customs now and they are still refusing to refund me the money. I doubt I will get any money back from Avery.

This company is an absolute scam what I received was nothing like advertised. I've never seen such bad quality and it's not a London brand it's Chinese and you have to pay to send it back there.

I would give zero stars if possible and I hope you’re reading all the reviews on here before getting sucked in from an IG ad!

I ordered 2 items from this website, upon receipt I was shocked at the poor quality, to say they were not as described, is a serious understatement.

I contacted Avery via email to request a return and full refund and provided a clear explanation on more than one occasion. Despite this, I was not given a return address. Instead, I was offered various alternatives including store credit and partial refunds (ranging from 15–20%), while being allowed to keep the items. I lost count of the amount of email replies I sent.

I declined these options and requested a standard return and refund in line with consumer rights. In the end, Avery were not complying, so I raised a dispute with my card provider (AMEX). A full refund was only received after the card dispute process - this was the only way I would have got my money back.

Throughout, I was willing to return the items. However, the returns process was obstructive and unnecessarily prolonged, they never provide a returns address which goes against everything they state on the website.

Warning: this is not a UK based online shop, the goods are shipped from China and take ages to arrive. Please avoid the hassle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Items are cheap, and shipped from China. All emails are from ChatGPT so no speaking to a human. They refer to their policy which does not cover faulty items and refuse to give full refunds. Returns are at £20 to China, even when items are faulty - under UK Consumer Laws customers are entitled to a full refund , and should not be out of pocket. Yet Avery London refuses to abide by the law.

Very poor quality clothing advertised dishonestly using misleading marketing. I thought I was buying a suede dress that took weeks to arrive. When it did, it was a cheap nylon and fit for nothing but the bin. Company states it is based in London however if you wish to return an item, you have to send to China at your own cost.. absolute scam of a company!! avoid at all costs..

The worst company I’ve ever engaged with! Never buy from this company, they are scammers and shouldn’t be allowed to run.
Ordered a dress, it took two months to come even though they promise ‘quick UK delivery’, I then wanted to return it which they tried to not allow. Eventually they allowed the return but said I needed to pay £20 to send it to china! Four months later and regular emails to them, I still don’t have the money. Never buy from them!

Do not order from Avery! It's scam. Doesn't look like what is advertised , impossible to return! They want me to return to china and pay for it myself! It's a scam.

Dress finally arrived after weeks and the quality is awful
Cheap tacky material - I asked for a refund but they tried to offer me 15% back and to keep the dress I refused and said I want a full refund which they have agreed but want me to pay the full return postage to china!!!!! Furious!

Same as everyone else here.. ordered the £40 blue dress that was all over Facebook adverts, thought from the advert that it was shipping from somewhere in the UK, their 48 hour delivery turned out to be a 3 week wait and got a dress that would cost £3 on temu/shein. Return policy is appallingly - contacting bank tomorrow for a chargeback.

Ordered a "suede blue dress with lovely details showing.
When dress arrived its not suedes at all some kind of cheap polyester! can hardly see any detail nothing like photo. you have to email for a returns address and they send you an email saying return will probably be around £20 as its going to China and if its lost no responsibility taken by them. Then they say are happy to give you 20% of the order price back though so £8 back for a forty pound dress which is shocking quality !! or pay 20 in postage but risk them saying it hasn't been received or lost so out of pocket again. Absolutely scam , do not waste your time .The items are extremely cheaper version of what is on the pictures and is shipped from China. They misleading people is UK shop

This company is a joke. I would strongly advise not ordering from them. The coat I received looks nothing like the pictures on their website. It was clearly sold under false advertising.

I sent them photos showing the difference, and instead of taking responsibility, they’re telling me I have to pay to ship it back to China—even though they are the ones who misrepresented the product.

Customer service is terrible. Communication is slow, vague, and unhelpful. I’ve made multiple complaints and waited days just to get basic responses.

I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I’m not paying for a cheap coat that is nothing like what was advertised. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this company.

I bought the jacket. I received the package after 3 weeks. The jacket is not like in the pictures, the fur color is different, the fur is of the lowest quality (i.e. it is a fake down). The material of the jacket is of very low quality. I do not recommend. It is a scam !!
