The team at Avensure are always very friendly and responsive. I can always get through to somebody very quickly. My allocated consultant is very helpful and ensures consistency, but if she is unavailable there are always other team members who are able to help.

We are about to renew our third term with Avensure as our HR Employment advisors and cannot be happier with the service they have provided over the past six years. I'd like to highlight my interactions with Alfie who has provide a high level of advice and support in assisting the company in dealing with HR issues. Their documentation team have been brilliant in supporting us to review and revise our policies and contracts. They are responsive and friendly which is helpful for a small SME who require HR advisory services.

Great clear communication

received a letter supposed to look like an official government letter say i had to attend training re government changes in law headed "ATTENDANCE REQUIRED". the letter went on to say i had a "Legal Obligation to stay informed"
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCOMSTANCE BE FOOLED BY THIS UNDERHAND MARKETING PLOY. when i called the company on 0330 995 0360 the lady was unable to help and said she was just told to send the letter out.

Have found Avensure employees / specialists very informative and responsive. I have worked with numerous employees who have been supportive: Alfie Hand, Ian Denton, Tracy Kirby & Jason Clark.

Overall, Avensure provide a good service. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It is good that there is always someone available to help.
The service perhaps isn't as good as the initial salesperson made it out to be.
Whilst the staff who work on the HRIS are very helpful, the system itself isn't particularly user friendly.
