The team at Avensure is extremely knowledge, accomodating and very quick to respond. They help us navigate a wide range of HR issues with confidence. Their documentation team have been excellent in supporting us to review and revise our manuals and contracts. We found their service to be very helpful for a small SME who require HR advisory services. Highly recommended.

Letter sent to the business using an address that was four years out if date. Zero ability to say where data was obtained from which is required under U.K. law and a totally inept complaints procedure. As they can’t manage their own business there is no way they could be trusted to advise others.

The reply below is little more than a form letter refusing to be accountable for not checking the error in the data you hold. Saying that you have no process to prevent data re-entering your system shows a complete lack of system integrity in your data. Perhaps you should invest in better processes and a new system that is fit for purpose.
